This suite benefits from Modern decorative styling and is well suited for a family get together, or sumptuous dinner party (no noise complaints please). Fully air conditioned suite provides a luxury experience at a very reasonable rate. Facing South West you have spectacular Lake and Lagoon views from the living room balcony/deck where you can hang out and enjoy a BBQ in the midday sun or just relax on the and the 2nd deck. If you require space, then this is the suite for you with 2000 square feet of it.

Located in the South Building this 4 Bedroom (2 are windowless (dens)), features a large dining area and modern kitchen that is fully equipped with all that’s needed to accommodate 6 people. There is a King bed in the master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom featuring a luxurious claw foot bath for a long hot soak – and possibly a relaxing read of your kindle. There is an additional bathroom in the west end of the suite with a Queen bed in the Second bedroom, 1 Queen bed and 1 Queen Sofa bed in the spacious third bedroom (windowless den) and a Queen bed in the 4th Bedroom (Windowless den).

The suite is equipped with TV’s in the living room and all bedrooms which includes Cable service and high speed Wi-Fi (internet). This fully equipped suite comes with kitchen dining for 8 including a blender, toaster, coffee maker, bath towels, bed linens, an in-suite washer/dryer with laundry detergent and a gas BBQ on the deck. Within the building parkade you will find a reserved SINGLE car space located conveniently close to the South building entry point.

Parking restrictions: Max height 6′ 8″, width & length equal to ~150 crew-cab size truck.
This suite is also available for our Extended 8 month Winter season – September through April.

Always a pleasure!

We love Discovery Bay and have been staying there for many years. Last year and this we rented from the same owner and mgmt company. Some may not like picking up the key at the office but it was no issue for us and just a short drive away. We like the personal interaction. This unit was spacious and ideally located. The cookware and utensils have been well loved which is the only reason for a 4 star rating. Otherwise awesome unit and would definitely recommend.

Needs some attention but great location

Suite is spacious and location is good but property needs some attention. The A/C did not work efficiently and there was only one operable fan in the suite. This can be an issue for anyone staying in the 2 bedrooms with no windows. There are shower doors for those rooms so minimal privacy but would work for children. Pillows and bedding need to be updated and supplies were minimal as we actually ran out of toilet paper. Management company is friendly. No umbrellas at the pool which is tough with the heat. No direct access to the beach.

Roomy condo

This condo is very spacious. The patio has a view and just the right amount of shade. The location is excellent for walking to restaurants. Close to a beach. Would stay here again. Would have been nice to have a smart TV . Was just basic cable and DVD player.

Like another review says, this condo is good, not great.

The good: With two families staying here, the layout is fantastic with two bedrooms at each end and a huge kitchen/living room area in the middle. The location is also great with a view of the lagoon and lake. An extra wine/drink fridge was also handy. Cleaning supplies and towels were also plentiful. The less-so. This condo shows its age. With wear and tear items that you expect to be fixed on a unit costing this much. The ice dispenser was broken, the patio door requires Herculean effort to open and close, the tap in the bathroom is not actually mounted, moving around as you try to use it. One of the patio chairs is missing a screw so you and your guests can play Russian roulette to see who will fall backwards. The bedding in the master doesn’t fit, which is funny as that has been mentioned in another review. The bed frame in bedroom 2 squeaks like nothing you have ever heard. Planning a trip next month? Have them start the BBQ now and it may be warm by then. Other than that, the property was undergoing work so one of the pools was closed, both hot tubs were down and we had a steady stream of people drinking and partying which led to a visit from the fire department last night.

Great spacious place

Great condo very close to downtown so you can walk to all the restaurants, shops etc. The beach is a bit of a walk as you have to go around the whole complex but liked that there are water sport rentals and washrooms right there. Only recommendation that I would have is that some of the supplies could be stocked better for the amount $ per night. There were no cookie sheet pans so it made putting anything in the oven to bake very challenging. We had only 3 small white garbage bags and one roll of paper towel and very little TP. Would be nice if some of these items were stocked as appropriate for the number of nights booked. Other than that, great place and would stay here again

Good, not great

Great communication. Very accommodating for our family. The unit itself is spacious and has virtually all the amenities. An investment in some properly fitting bedding, some of the appliances, bbq and TLC in the master bath would have warranted more stars. Location is great to access downtown and while the beach is right there, it’s a bit of a hike to actually get there from this complex.

Great place; great location!

Walking distance from downtown. Nice view. Nice pool area although owners very sticky on pool rules, even seem miffed when following the rules...otherwise all very good. Would recommend staying here.
