Great location; great house; very clean & well equipped. Kelly's husband HR (local guide service) was able to find us good fishing at short notice. All around great experience.
This is a five-star house for fishing the Beaverhead River. The house is newly remodeled and well done. The view and setting can't get any better. Stayed here to fish the Beaverhead and Big Hole Rivers. Great choice. The owners are awesome and if you are there to fish, they are outfitters. I suggest taking advantage of that.
If you are allergic to animals, I would NOT suggest staying at this property. We had cat hair in our bed and all over our clothes during our stay. My son and I suffer from allergies and woke up feeling terrible both mornings. The stench too, suggests pets live in the house before or after guests arrive. This was really a bummer as the house is gorgeous and of course having the water out the back door is amazing! Beautiful location! Just not for people who suffer from pet allergies!
This is a great place! Close to town and on the river. Everything is jam up and jelly tight. It was my, my wife, my dad and his wife. LOTS of room and first class appointments. I was blown away at how close the river was. I have fished and stayed at super nice places over the last 30 years all over the U.S. and Canada. This is one ranks among the top! If in the Dillon area... stay here! Thank you Kelly. Shaun J. whom Ive been fishing with for 20 years said to tell you hello.
This property was perfect for me and my family. We loved how private and peaceful it was. We spent most of our time out on the back deck enjoying the great view and watching the wildlife. The huge kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed when preparing meals. The BBQ worked great. The one bedroom on the main floor was perfect for my dad who has a hard time climbing stairs. All the furniture was very comfortable and we loved the large showers. We were sad to leave and wished we had booked a longer trip. We will definitely be back! PS. This is country living so expect bugs and best not to leave food out on the counters.
Had a great extended weekend in Dillon MT in this wonderful property. Being right on the river was a treat. Lots of wildlife to spot out while sitting and soaking in the Montanan setting. House was perfect for our group of 7. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds and easy access to the multiple restrooms for each guest. Plenty of storage for you to unload your suitcase into and full access to the garage with ping pong table! Kitchen was fully stocked - pots/pans/baking trays. Plenty of cooking utensils! And - HUGE grill on the deck to cook for a larger party. Simple check in and checkout. Would recommend to all.
What a beautiful home, there was plenty of room for all of us, enjoyed the table on patio that had a gas lite bar, we saw plenty of wildlife and even gave the muskrat a name, since we saw him (or) her many times in a day, we named him Marty. Kitchen was well equiped for our needs, altho we did bring our own large grill for breakfast cooking and crookpots. Have to mention that the clothes washer was difficult to run, don't know if it was the washer or the people using it.
All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.
This is a property that far exceeds your expectation and it’s advertisement. Gorgeous setting on the River with outdoor areas perfect for our large family.(10)
Wonderful stay on wonderful property but the bedrooms are fairly spartan. Nitestands would be a nice touch for people to lay personal belongings at night. Wallets, glasses, books, phones, chargers. Perhaps reading lights as well as ceiling lights. A chair in the bedrooms for putting on shoes or just reading. Overall a wonderful place and highly recommend it.
We could not have been happier with the property. Kelly was awesome to work with in both the check in and when we needed something she ran out what we needed. Beautiful place on the ideal spot to be in Dillon.
We checked in early after contacting the owners. This house was a 5 star home. Super clean, everything you could want and/or need . Huge and right on the river with Excellent fishing. Views from most every room. We will definitely return.

The house is absolutely beautiful and sits right on the river. The back porch is perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail. The beds are so comfortable and every room is spacious. We will definitely be back!

Great for a large group.!
At the end of the road in a mix of two other cabins, this a perfect family weekend. University of Montana graduation weekend was our reason for coming. Easily slep 9 people.
Fully stocked with utensils the kitchen is perfect. Lots of place for adults to sit, talk and watch the mountains
