B6 Orchidee is a 85 m2, 2nd floor 2 Bedroom apartment centrally located in Flic en Flac on the beautiful West Coast of Mauritius. Flic en Flac beach is one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches on the island, protected by a reef the calm waters are perfect for year round swimming. Minutes

The apartment is fully furnished, both bedrooms are air conditioned, the main bedroom has an en suite , there is a second bathroom/toilet for guests. The spacious open plan kitchen / lounge / dining area offers fully equipped kitchen, HD flat screen satellite TV, free WiFi, (newly installed fibre optic)and Canal plus opening onto a balcony overlooking the swimming pool

The complex is built around a large L-shaped pool with tropical landscaped gardens, 24 hour gated security and onsite parking.

Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, banks, ATM's and bars are all within easy walking distance from the complex.
The 2 bathrooms have recently been refurbished You will also have a water filter attached to the tap for drinking water - no need to purchase bottled water, much better for the environment

My second stay

Second time I rent it and would comme back, for sure. I especially appreciate the cleanliness, that's the principle fact for me. Don't need a car, everthing was close, supermarket, ATM, hairdresser and the beach. One more thing, very good beds, I sleep so well, good hot water pressure ans sunshine everyday! I would recommend this flat definitely!

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer ruhigen Anlage und ist nur einige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Auch ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt.

Lovely stay, great location

My girlfriend and I spent five weeks here working remotely and everything was great. Five minutes from the beach, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The pool is lovely and the apartment has all the amenities you would need. Would stay again!

Excellent séjour dans ce grand appartement bien placé, au calme et proche de la plage (600 mètres à pied), du supermarché et des restaurants. Résidence sécurisée, agréable, la terrasse est très appréciable et nous avons toujours eu des réponses rapides en cas de questions. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Une petite "maison" très conviviale

Vraiment, je n'ai pas grand chose à dire. J'ai eu une très bonne impression sur le site, et dès lors que j'ai pris les clefs, cette petite maison "enchantée" m'a donnée plein d'énergie... C'est un endroit très tranquille, très propre et la sécurité est un de vos points forts. Merci aux personnels qui assurent notre tranquillité. Le soir, c'est tellement agréable de faire une petite promenade pour s'aérer et déguster de bons petits plats dans les restaurants du coin... Je m'abonne Encore merci

Great place to stay

Spacious, kitchen is well equipped, nice veranda to relax, close to supermarket, beach, restaurants, but at the same time, away from the buzz, so it is pretty quiet. The swimming pool is massive and great. The guards of the property are nice and super helpful.

One of our best apartments on Mauritius

The apartment complex is very well maintained, especially the spacious pool. The reception and departure went smoothly, all staff was very friendly. The apartment is modern, cosy and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed eating on the "palmy" balcony and appreciated having a second balcony for drying towels, swim suits etc. The washing mashine works properly. It´s only a five minute walk to the supermarket or to the beach and to the restaurants there. When returning to Flic en Flac we will book the apartment again.

Tolle Wohnung in einer schönen Anlage.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder - ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts, ansonsten sehr positiv kostenfreies WLAN und französisch-sprachiges PayTV (canal+). Toller Balkon mit Blick in die Palmen und regelmäßigem Vogelbesuch inklusive. Im Zentrum der Anlage ein großer Pool für entspannte Tage. Die ganze Anlage gut geschützt durch einen ständig besetzten und sehr freundlichen Pförtner-Dienst. Um alles Weitere (Organisation von Flughafen-Transfer und Ausflügen) kümmert sich Herr Dawood.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter l'île Maurice

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement spacieux, très propre, parfaitement équipé et sa localisation qui nous a permis de rayonner dans toute l'île (séjour de 2 semaines). La résidence est surveillée 24h/24h. Des places de parking sont à disposition. Ménage inclus dans la location (1 fois par semaine). La plage est à moins de 10 minutes de marche (3 minutes en voiture). Supermarché de proximité à 3 minutes de voiture, centre commercial à 10 minutes (Cascavelle). Nous recommandons totalement cette location. Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Merci!

Très bon emplacement pour visiter Maurice

Séjour du 14/08 au 27/08/2018 à 3 personnes (2 adultes, 1 enfant). Nous avons vraiment apprécié cet appartement très bien aménagé et complètement équipé. La résidence est surveillée 24/24. L'appartement est spacieux et silencieux, la literie est de qualité. Entretien de la piscine et des espaces arborés au top mais l'eau est fraîche au mois d'août à Maurice :). Le supermarché de proximité est à 3 minutes en voiture, la plage aussi. Un autre centre commercial est accessible en 10 minutes de voiture (Cascavelle). Nous avons rayonné dans toute l'île, c'était formidable. Merci!

L'appartement de Frances & Terry est spacieux, très agréable avec deux grandes chambres, adapté aux bébés et idéalement situé quand on veut visiter l'île Maurice. De plus, celui-ci est très bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine. Seule petite remarque, un aspirateur à disposition aurait été un plus. Un grand merci à Frances & Terry qui ont toujours fait leur maximum pour satisfaire nos exigences notamment pour la garde des valises le jour de notre départ.

Great apartment with a perfect location for us

In the end my girlfriend and I stayed 7 days in the apartment for 7 days, and it was great. The apartment is spacious, in a great location with everything you need. Following long days diving or exploring the island we were always happy to come back and felt like home. For the two of us it was very comfortable but it easily fits a family of 4. Unfortunately we didnt get to meet Terry and Frances, but they were easily reachable through HomeAway and responded to any queries promptly. They showed some great flexibility as well, as in the end we had to extend our stay for 2 more days than originally planned. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily return to it if we come back to Mauritius.

Schöne Wohnung, in guter Lage.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist gut ausgestattet (vor allem die Küche), sauber und liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Großer Balkon mit guten Möbeln - haben hier immer gern gesessen und gegessen. Den 2. Balkon konnte man gut zum wäschetrocknen benutzen. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Pool ist schön groß,gepflegt und läd zum Schwimmen ein. Lediglich könnten die Liegen ausgewechselt werden und ein paar mehr zur Verfügung stehen. Ganz in der Nähe sind der Strand (mit einigen Foodtrucks) und verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Security-Männer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir wieder nach Mauritius kommen, buchen wir das Apartment gern wieder.

Home from Home

After spending a month here.... The apartment was very comfortable and welcoming when we arrived. Open plan kitchen, dining and living area are spacious with high ceiling. Bedrooms have plenty of storage and space and good air conditioning. There is a good sized pool surrounded by palm trees, with a smaller pool for children. Lovely balcony to eat on, we used all the time. All bed linen, towels, washing machine (invaluable for children!), kitchen items, wifi ,sky tv and maid service included. 1 English Channel, most French, or dubbed in French. Wifi very intermittent- do not expect broadband speed. If there is more than one device in operation, extremely slow. Kitchen utensils are a little tired. The staff are all very good and nice people, as are the owners of this apartment. The beach and shops are a short walk away with a refurbished well stocked supermarket a 10min walk. There are good restaurants nearby . Rib and Reef- amazing! Anari hotel and Twin Gardens for entertainment at weekend. The beaches are stunning and we had both day and moon lit walks along the white soft sand. Not to mention the picturesque sunsets. There is a park for children along the sea front open at very strange times 4-6pm during week, 11-12 at weekends! Also Cascavelle, the nearest mall has a good play area for children, open all the time. Casela zoo nearby. Orchidee is s quiet and peaceful complex. If you get a chance this would really be the place to stay. Thankyou.

Bon séjour

Appartement très spacieux et bien situé dans une résidence sécurisée, proche de la plage et d'un supermarché. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter des 2 douches car l'une était bouchée mais l'ensemble était sinon très convenable. Nous avons été bien accueillis et accompagnés par Dawood (taxi et responsable de la location) qui nous a fourni de précieux conseils durant le séjour.

Très bonne expérience

Nous avons passé trois semaines dans ce logement et nous reprendrons le même si nous repassons à Flic-En-Flac. Pourquoi? Parce que: - Le logement est très fonctionnel: cuisine aménagée (sauf four et lave-vaisselle), climatisation dans les chambres, bonnes literies, salles de bains refaites à neuf, balcon très agréable, balconnet pour étendre le linge, dernier étage donc pas de nuisances sonores. - Le complexe est très bien: piscine propre avec pataugeoire pour enfant (60 cm de profondeur environ), sécurisé, parking, gardien (Sydney) très sympathique, 5 min à pied de la plage (en passant par raccourci le long du cimetiere) ou 9 en passant par la rue (si poussette), 7 min à pied du SPAR. - Les propriétaires sont réactifs pour tout problème et M. Dawood gère sur place pour que le séjour soit parfait. - Ménage inclus, cuisinière à prix sympathique sur demande. - Nous étions un couple avec enfant et on nous a fourni lit et draps pour le bébé. Le transfert de l'aéroport organisé pour un prix raisonnable avait également un siège bébé. Le logement est également adapté pour deux couples indépendants car il y a deux salles de bains avec toilettes pour chacune. Pour toutes ces raisons, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, merci encore Terry et Frances :)

Nous sommes une petite famille de trois avec Booma le chien. Je suis originaire de Maurice, mais j'habites Sydney en Australie depuis 30 ans. J'ai toujours de la famille a Maurice et on visite aussi souvent que possible.

Elle est tres pres de la plage publique. Nous l'avons decore a notre gout mais aussi en pensant a la clientele qui aime le confort et le decor relaxant.

What makes this property unique

Balcon pour prendre votre petit dejeuner, avec vue sur la piscine. Je fais mon yoga le matin pres de la piscine. Le fait que ca soit securise avec un guardien 24/7. Le haut plafond des salles communes donne un air d'espace. Le fait qu'il n'y a pas de demeure audessus de nous. Pres de la plage, et ce cote de l'ile n'a pas de vent froid en hiver, il est possible de se baigner dans l'ocean durant toute l'annee
