Uncle Arnie's-Beautiful Lakefront Easy Walking Path to Lake

Come enjoy the lake! This two level 4-bedroom Lakefront home has plenty of space and easy access to your boat, to enjoy all the lake has to offer.

Living Room on Main Level and Family Room downstairs, gives you plenty of room for a group. Groomed, level path to the water's edge makes it easy to enjoy Beaver Lake. 55" Flat screen TV in the Living Room, and 43" TV in the Family Room. Wi-Fi/internet TV and Antenna for Local Channels for your convenience.

Main level has Living Room, Master Bedroom with Master Bathroom and a Sunroom, kitchen, dining area, laundry and 1/2 bath and full deck. Lower level has 3 bedrooms and one full bath, family room and lower-level deck/patio.

Bedroom 2 = QUEEN Bed
Bedroom 4 = 1 twin bed and twin over twin bunkbed

The Lost Bridge Village Recreation Center has a lakefront Community Swimming Pool open from Memorial Day till Labor Day. There is a charge of $5 per person per day. There is also a free playground for the kids, pickleball court, basketball court, and a lakefront picnic area with grills.

Lost Bridge Village sprawls over several areas around Beaver Lake including Whitney Mountain, which is the highest point over Beaver Lake. No fireworks allowed.

The lake community is very quiet and mostly wooded with lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery. Most roads are paved. No hunting is allowed. There are full time and part time residents that appreciate you respecting the covenants and their privacy during your stay.

Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield.

Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers
and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping

Wonderful Holiday Weekend Getaway

Holiday in Lost Bridge

We needed a place to stay for extended family and ourselves, and uncle Arnie‘s house was perfect. Close to the water, we walked down and enjoyed the water. The house was very comfortable and roomy had everything we needed.

Family getaway

Wonderful experience! Setup in the house was very nice, had a living room both upstairs and down so plenty of room for adults and kids to have own space as needed. Large wooded area between house and lake which provided a sense of seclusion (what we were going for). Can’t say enough about the owner/mgr, they were extremely accommodating and helpful during our stay - really went above and beyond to make our stay great and had quick responses to any questions that came up. Again, fantastic experience!

Beautiful location

Came up for spring break. The house was exactly as advertised. Great windows beds were comfy sheets were soft. Only wish the gas fireplace worked. Set in between Eureka Springs and Bentonville so you are able to hit all the tourists attractions. We brought food for dinner ample pots and dishes.

Nice House

We had a great spending time at the lake. The metal "planking" to the dock seemed a little dangerous because it was rusty. The house was nice, but not as nice as those we have stayed in before. Overall, though, I would recommend it. :-)

This property was fantastic! The house was clean, very functional, and had great beds! We had a wonderful time playing on the swim/boat dock with our family. We plan to return again!
