Great location
Great location and view. A lot of cute restaurants downstairs. 5 min walk to the beach and lots of places nearby to grab dinner. Lots of room for a family and an amazing balcony to have a snack or grab a drink. The hosts left us a bottle of wine and some snacks upon arrival which was nice. The dishwasher is pretty run down and not usable (racks inside are melted and rusted) and there is no machine dryer (it is a washer with clothesline). There is a smell in the washrooms (as noted in other reviews) but all in all a great stay.

Best imaginable location in the town
We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Perfectly located, close to the port, but with windows on the walking area facing the sea. The beach is in 5min reach, as are all possible restaurants, tapas bars and shops. Large, free public parking located in the walking distance as well. The apartment is not new, but the location is really beating all other possibilities. The owners were very nice and helpful.

Five Stars and Then Some
Our stay in Alcudia was wonderful! The property was right in the middle of all of the restaurants/shopping and events. That being said we were not disturbed by any noise and had compete privacy. Joseph and Martina are by far the best host/hostess we have encountered and were immediately available for any and all questions, The apartment is spacious. The kitchen well stocked and plenty of towels and sheets for a lengthy stay. We HIGHLY recommend.

Fabulous apartment
This apartment was perfect for us as 2 adults and 3 children age 9,6 and 5. Lovely and clean with a gorgeous view. Martina and Joseph were the perfect hosts and even left a welcome pack for us. Perfect location and everything you need is literally on your doorstep. Will definitely return. Thank you so much!!

schöne Wohnung in schöner Umgebung
Die Wohnung ist in Top-Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone von Port d'Alcudia. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß bestens erreichbar. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen super Blick auf den Hafen. Wir waren mit 5 Personen da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr zentral und tolle Gastgeber
Das große Apartment ist sehr zentral gelegen und der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer auf den Hafen ist atemberaubend. Leider ist das Apartment etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das eine Schlafzimmer und das eine Badezimmer ohne Fenster (in dem es unangenehm riecht) kein Pluspunkt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und waren immer ansprechbar.

L'appartement est très bien situé, très calme malgré la rue piétonne, les boutiques et les restaurants juste en dessous. Les propriétaires très sympathiques. Le seul bémol ; les 80€ de ménage , qui n'étaient pas inscrits dans l'annonce !!

Die Lage und Anbindung ist wunderbar. Martina und Joseph sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider ist ein Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster zum Aufzugschacht zwar mit Duftbeutel bestückt, aber das ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Nichts desto Trotz haben wir eine sehr schöne Zeit dort verbracht.

The hosts were really friendly & attentive, but not at all intrusive. The apartment is in a brilliant location close to the beach, shops, restaurants & bars. The view of the harbour and sea is unbeatable. We think Alcudia is the best place to stay in Mallorca! Muchas gracias Martina & Joseph!

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist toll und der Balkon bietet genug Platz um mit 4 Leuten gemütlich zu frühstücken. Die Schlafzimmer liegen weg von der Straße, sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und ruhig. Martina und Joseph waren sehr nette Gastgeber und immer hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Wohnung.

Perfekt!
Das Apartment ist einfach toll. Es liegt direkt am Hafen in einer Fußgängerzone. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Abends auf dem Balkon sitzen und die Leute beobachten ist einfach herrlich. Der Strand 300m entfernt. Perfekt mit Kindern. Martina und Joseph sind toll, absolut zuverlässig und nett. Wir kommen wieder!!

Absolutely splendid!

For me it has always been a primary requirement when purchasing a home that had a clear view where you could see the sea and all that nature gives us the island and certainly this house gives me.

What makes this property unique

What I like about this house is the view. Breakfast on the deck watching the sunrise and evening dinner at her watching moonrise. It is an unforgettable experience.
I also like the decoration and equipment.
Also ,On the quiet, sunny and central location. Able to walk everywhere: beach, bars, seafront promenade, clubs, shops, restaurants, market, etc.
