This location of this property was great for everything in Sturgeon Bay and the rest of Door County. The property had everything we needed and was very clean
The house was amazing and had everything we needed and wanted to enjoy our vacation in Door County. The pack-and-play and highchair were greatly appreciated. We used the fire pit out back as well as the playground. Only recommendation to owners is to have more coffee and paper towels on hand. Otherwise, this was an amazing place!
We really enjoyed the house. We were doing a short trip to Door County and this house was really a blessing for us. I traveled with my wife, kids, and in-laws. Enough room for everyone to be able to sleep well and cozy enough for quality family time. I would definitely book again next time I visit Door County.
Host was quick to respond to questions. Very nice relaxing place to stay. Boat parking lil marginal i should have asked prior but made it work. Id stay there again.
Great place for families. The house was well equipped for our family, including our four grandchildren ages 1 to 7. They especially loved the play structure in the backyard. We had a faun and relaxing vacation!
As 4 senior adults, we enjoyed our stay in your home. The check-in process was very easy and the home was clean. One thing we did find lacking was soap in the bathrooms, yes, there was a pump for hand soap, but no gel in the shower or bars of soap to wash. The neighborhood around your home was very nice and quiet. We took several walks in the area. Thank you
Overall the house was as presented
Two items I would say need to be addressed (one major and one minor) would be
Major - fixing the back sliding door lock - it was completely broken and the only thing that we had to lock the door at night or when we were gone was a metal rod - bit unnerving for not knowing the area particularly well
Minor - clean up / landscape the bank yard - lot of overgrown trees / vegetation - could of been a very nice area if it gets cleaned up (also weeds were growing in gutters)
Other than those two things it was very enjoyable house/stay
We enjoyed staying in this home. The owner left a helpful notebook and responded to our questions by phone in a timely manner. It would have been nice to have two showers , but we managed. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils and tools. The coffee pot and pizza oven needed cleaning. Overall it was a good place to stay near all the Door County attractions.

Great Stay
We stayed at the property in June. It was perfect as we needed 4 bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Could have used more paper towels though. Master bathroom had a large countertop which made getting ready easier. Other bathroom was a bit smaller. Location was within close driving distance to main attractions. The house could have been cleaner. Wrappers under one bed and in couch. Slight odor when you first walked in the house. Overall, it met our needs as we were gone sight seeing all day long.
Very Pleased with the condition, cleanliness of your home.I would highly recomend it to friends, family. We were a bit short on towels (swimming, etc.) It was secure, all utilities worked (thank heaven for the A/C) A few more cooking pots would have been helpful. If we come back to Sturgeon Bay for another visit we will request to stay in your home again. Thank you!
Quiet neighborhood, close to all of the downtown features of Sturgeon Bay. Also close to the highway north and south. Our favorite room was the bright kitchen with seating for 6- 8. It had new appliances and a great view of private back yard. Alerts for older folks are that master bath does not have a walk-in shower but a tub was a deep step-in, the second bath had a small shower, and the beautiful deck is elevated with stairway to yard.
We had a family get together planned for quite some time. We had our granddaughter with her family stay with us at the beautiful Sturgeon Bay home. The house is located in a very quite, friendly neighborhood. Lake Michigan is within walking distance. The house itself was very well equipped, everything was there just like in your own home. The house was very clean, the rooms are big, especially the king size bedroom. Our granddaughter with her husband and her baby stayed at that bedroom. It was easier with the baby. Again, it was a very great experience, we highly recommend this beautiful place.
Comfortable but bring extra towels and TP with you!
2 bath towels, 2 wash clothes, 2 hand towels per person was not enough for 4 ladies staying 5 days and 5 nights, we understood there was a washing machine in basement but who wants to do laundry on vacation!
Ran out of toilet paper and paper napkins and had to ration the paper towels, needed to go buy more!
The bugs were bad outside but saw 2 small citronella candles on patio table but couldn't find matches, bought matches only to find out the candles were burned down to nothing.
The bedroom door off of the dining room was broke so couldn't shut it, should be fixed so whoever stays in that room has some privacy.
The place was clean and quiet and neighbor was friendly, with just a few minor changes (more towels, not only more but better toilet paper, bedroom door badly needs fixing) I would recommend this place to others.
We had a great time again staying at this house! It is close to Otumba Beach and a nice little drive to anywhere else you want to go to. Definitely recommend this property!
