We would love for you to come visit our beautiful lakefront property with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths. There is one boat slip for your use (10x24)and you can also pull a boat up to the side of the our other dock that is14x32. Beautiful new dock put in place summer of 2022. House freshly painted on the outside. New Living room furniture and flooring.
View the beauty of the lakeside from the two furnished decks as you enjoy sitting by the lakeside and watch the boats go by. BBQ grill with propane and also a seperate charcoal grill. Gentle waters are a plus in this large cove. Great for swimming as it is a no wake cove. Enjoy our large swim mat and 2 paddle boats. Go by boat or land to the close by restaurants. Full service grocery store is just a few miles away. (Woods) This for sure is your home away from home. A boat rental company delivers right to the dock or you can rent a boat from Frankie and Louie’s at the end of the cove.
We are at the 10 mm at the large opening to the Lynch Hollow Cove.

Week at the Lake

The Lake House has stunning views of the lake, it’s very comfortable, and the dock and water access are very nice. It’s in a no wake cove so you can actually walk on the dock on weekends. We had a great time

Perfect Getaway

This home was a five star VRBO find! Lovely, clean, well maintained home that was thoughtfully furnished and well stocked. Our family loved the deck, the big dock, and the paddle boats -- the swim pad was a great bonus and a *huge* hit with the kids! Our only complaint was the constant boat traffic in the cove (we were there on a holiday weekend, so we're not sure if it like this all the time) which was loud and created lots of wake when the kids were trying to swim & paddle boat. The bar/restaurant at the back of the cove was lots of fun, but the music was so loud the windows rattled from about 8pm-1am. Again, it was a holiday weekend so it may be quieter during the week.

One of the best places we’ve rented

The owner and manager were great to rent from. The house was absolutely perfect! Being a 2 bathroom place is not an issue for larger groups as their are two doors entering the basement bathroom so that makes it convenient for multiple families. Beds were all super comfortable, TVs in rooms and definitely care about their guests. The swim mat listed had blown away so the manager made sure to buy a new one the day we checked in so we’d have one. We will definitely be booking again and again at this house. Thank you!

Great dock!

We had a wonderful time during the 4 th of July week. Everyone enjoyed the dock in the no wave cove. Our grandgirls enjoyed the paddle boat and lily pad. It was easy to have our boat in the slip. The home was very clean, but could be updated a bit. If you are outside people that like the lake atmosphere, you’ll enjoy sitting on the decks watching fireworks and boats going by. That’s what we did!

The property was clean and spacious. Very quiet location. Easy to find! Great dock and great location in a cove. Lots of boat watching without the waves. Property manager was easy to reach. The only downside was that there were no paper plates or more than one roll of paper towels. Also, there were zero condiments in the refrigerator. We had to purchase everything such as ketchup, mustard, steak sauce, olive oil, etc if we wanted to cook at the house and we had to do quite a bit of dishes. Be sure to bring your own condiments and buy paper plates to avoid dishes and relax! We would stay here again and enjoyed this property!

Great Location

We had a great 4th of July here! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The dock is huge, we caught fish right off the dock. We sat out on the deck & dock and watched fireworks every night. Diane was wonderful to work with. Couple things that could be improved, more furniture in the living room and new sheets and comforters for the bedrooms.

Weekend Escape Gone Good

My boyfriend and I decided at the last minute to take an extended weekend off work and drive down to the Ozarks from KC. We found this property and knew it was just what we wanted for a romantic and relaxing away from everything. While it was the end of the season, the cove was pretty quiet and it felt like we were the only ones around, minus the boat traffic to the bar at the end of the cove. We loved the peacefulness and also enjoyed watching the amazing boats coming in and out. We brought food with us and literally used the charcoal side of the grill nightly. My boyfriend loved grilling with a view and it was nice to watch the sunset while doing so. We were blessed with one of the prettiest sunsets of our lives while we were there. The sky turned pink/purple and it really was priceless. We had originally scheduled two nights but we were enjoying ourselves so much that we reached out to the Diane, the property manager, and asked to extend another night. Diane and the owner made that possible for us and we were extremely grateful. Easy and great communication! The house was well kept and stocked with everything we needed to cook at home and just relax. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Very nice lake house.

Great location with a nice view of the lake. Enjoyed sitting on the deck every night looking at the water and the stars. The windows also provide a nice view from inside. A great place to enjoy the lake.

Wonderful large windows

This property was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, etc. The large windows are wonderful. House is close to the water and there are multiple outside areas with lots of tables. New AC works great! Manager is more than responsive!

Beautiful views, great location.

We had a great time staying at this property as two young families w 6 small kids. The views were beautiful and the location was perfect for swimming, boating and a visit to the restaurant at the end of the cove. The house was clean and well-appointed. There were two issues that I would consider safety concerns. The dock had tons of rusty nails sticking up. We were able to find a hammer in the garage and tap most back in but that’s a tetanus shot waiting to happen, especially with kids. The hot water was scalding hot and got hot very quickly. It also fluctuated from cold to hot quickly if any other water(laundry, DW) was running at the same time. I noticed another review commented on this issue as well.

Great location and view

The best things about this property were the wonderful windows and view as well as all the different areas outside to spend your time. There were 2 outside deck areas, one covered deck area as well as the dock area. The swim pad was a great extra! Both bathrooms had double sinks which was nice. Whatever issues we had were addressed promptly by the property manager, Diane. She was a gem to work with! Great no wake cove which was good for swimming as well as watching large boats going to Franky and Louie’s.

Perfect for a quick family getaway

We brought our kids (ages 8 and 5) for a weekend on the lake and had a wonderful time. The house was the perfect location. We fished and used the paddle boat, then ran back inside to watch the NCAA basketball tournament. The weather and the deck(s) were perfect for outside dining and relaxing under the stars. Property management was very communicative and responsive. The entire weekend was relaxing and perfect.

Parents trip 2020

Over all we had a great time...the weather was great and the house was nice.. the only thing was I believe you guys would benefit from adding retractable curtains in the living room.. the sun was so bright, you couldn't really sit at the dining room table to enjoy breakfast and there was a lot of spiders. Fall Lake Getaway

Everything went great. Manager was easy to work with. House was beautiful. Sitting out on deck overlooking the lake was priceless. Definitely will want to comeback!!!
