About this property

Beautifully situated on the wine route, right in the center of Alsace. This old cabinetmaking was completely renovated in 2015 and decorated in a contemporary style.

Located in the heart of the village, close to shops, and yet in the vineyards. Chatenois is ideally located in the center of all Alsatian Christmas markets.

The apartment can accommodate 6 people in 3 different bedrooms (2 140x190 beds and 1 160x190 bed)
The apartment consists of a large living room with sitting area, a dining room for 6 people, a fully equipped open kitchen (down to the smallest detail) for your comfort.
Hob, oven, microwave, hood, dishwasher, toaster, raclette machine, stone, Nespresso, ... Washing machine, dryer.
Wifi, 132 cm flat screen TV, DVD player will be at your disposal.

Week-end prolongé entre amis, très bel appartement avec terrasse agréable. Bien équipé,très bien situé sur la route des vins. Accueil au top, rien n’a redire

Appartement à privilégier l’hiver

Appartement très accessible, très propre, très bien aménagé et bien équipé (même s’il nous a fallu demander la nespresso et le fer à repasser), Arrivée tardive facilitée par une boîte à clés Avons néanmoins regretté l’absence totale de vue /verdure : un immeuble trône en face de sa belle terrasse, une fois assis sur la terrasse nous entendions toutes les conversations des personnes sur le balcon situé au dessus de l’appartement (personne sur la terrasse du rdc à côté de la nôtre ) et enfin 2 chambres sur 3 donnent sur les voitures du parking (et local à poubelles) du bâtiment collées aux fenêtres…du coup intimité assurée en descendant les volets et réveillés en jour de semaine par les départs de voiture ou mise à disposition des poubelles car nous dormons toujours les fenêtres ouvertes.

Gunstig gelegen en lekker koel huis

Gunstige en rustige ligging aan de wijnroute. Alle bezienswaardigheden zoals Colmar, Riquewihr en Straatburg makkelijk bereikbaar. Veel privacy. Het huis heeft vloerkoeling en rolluiken, hetgeen in een hete zomer zeer welkom is. Het huis is verzorgd en modern ingericht en de keuken is zeer compleet.De ontvangst is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Eigen parkeerplaats op binnenplaats. Een prettig huis.

Perfekt gelegene Wohnung für Elsass-Erkundung!

Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gute Betten, sehr gute Dusche, schöne Küche sind nur ein paar Highlights der Wohnung. Aber das Beste an der Wohnung ist die Lage: egal ob Straßburg, Colmar, Ribeauville, Riquewihr, die Wohnung ist sehr gut an der Weinstraße gelegen, um den Elsass optimal zu erkunden.

Tolle Wohnung, sehr nette Gastgeber

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung bietet tatsächlich alles, was man auf den Bildern erahnen kann. Die Umgebung bietet sehr viele Möglichkeiten und für jeden Geschmack etwas. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

Perfekt!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter für den herzlichen Empfang mit Kuchen und Cremant. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und gepflegt. Genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Der Ort bietet ein paar schöne Restaurants und ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Aktivitäten wie Städtebesichtigungen oder um die Natur zu erkunden. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne, saubere und gepflegte Ferienwohnung, ruhig gelegen neben einem Weinfeld. Die Ausstattung entsprach dem Inserat. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wohnen gleich nebenan. Bei kleineren Problemen haben sie sofort geholfen. Bereits während der Anreise haben wir Tipps über Veranstaltungen am Abend erhalten. Die Freizeitmöglichkeiten waren sehr abwechslungsreich. Ob Wandern in den Vogesen, Radfahren in der Rheinebene, oder Städtebesichtigungen, alles ist in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Selbst rund um den Ort gibt es schöne Wanderwege.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben diese tolle Unterkunft mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern für fünf Tage bewohnt. Der Urlaub in der Unterkunft war aber eigentlich mit vier erwachsenen und vier Kindern geplant. Der Platz wäre definitiv ausreichend gewesen. Alles ist sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht und die Unterkunft ist super sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei schönem Wetter gibt es eine tolle Terrasse mit allem was man braucht. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Wir haben uns wegen der zentralen Lage von chatenois für diesen Ort entschieden. Von hier aus kann man viele tolle Ausflüge in die Elsass-Region machen.

Perfekt

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Unser Auto konnten wir direkt neben die Eingangstür stellen. Die Vermieter sprechen Deutsch und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist komplett mit allen Elektrogeräten (Küche und Unterhaltungselekronik) ausgestattet und hat 3 Schlafzimmer mit guten Matratzen. Wir waren nur zu zweit, so dass jeder ein Kingsbed für sich hatte:-). Der Ort liegt an der Elsässischen Weinstraße genau zwischen Straßburg und Colmar - der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir möchten uns bei den Vermietern bedanken und die Wohnung unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

simplement parfait !!

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Olivier qui nous a fait visiter son magnifique appartement. Son épouse nous avait préparé un délicieux kouglof et une bonne bouteille était au frais ! Accueil parfait ! Appartement neuf, tout confort, des matériaux de qualité (voire même de luxe!), une literie au top, il ne manque rien ! Nous avons apprécié la jolie terrasse sécurisée (avec enfants cest parfait) et la vue sur les vignes ! L'appartement est situé dans une rue tranquille et le centre de chatenois est facilement accessible à pieds depuis la propriété ! Chatenois est une petite ville très chouette ! N'hésitez pas à réserver, vous ne serez pas déçus! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !! Merci encore !!
