Approximately 15 km from the center of Aveiro and about 20 km from the beaches (Barra, Costa Nova) house in quiet, 60 km from Porto and Coimbra among others, who also wants to visit Portugal. House fully furnished and fenced for family or friend who can accommodate up to 6 people. A room with a double bed and a second bedroom with 1 single bed plus 2 bunk beds, living room with sofa bed and a fitted kitchen and a bathroom. Outside a garden table plus a barbecue all in a fence yard.

Bonne emplacement au calme, mais pas trop propre à l’arrive . Pas de télévision ( facultatif en vacances ! ) Petits problèmes vite résolus par le propriétaire. Bon séjour.

Un peu déçus

Arrivée un peu catastrophique avec des toilettes qui se deversaient des la cour , heureusement problème résolu en fin d aprem. La maison aurait besoin d un petit coup de neuf , et un peu de karcher dans la cour .

Petite maison à la campagne

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette petite maison, bien agencée, pratique et avec tout le nécessaire (vaisselles, machine à café, machine à laver...). La maison dispose d'une cour à l'arrière et d'un jardinet devant, pratique puisque nous sommes partis avec nos chiens. Nous pouvions rentrer la voiture dans la cour. Elle est située dans un endroit calme en pleine campagne, et donne sur une forêt d'eucalyptus. Elle est à proximité de Aveiro et des quelques lieux de balades autour. Belle semaine de vacances dans ce petit coin tranquille, en pleine nature

Vacaciones 2023

Pasamos tres días estupendos en el alojamiento de Ana y no echamos nada en falta y todo estaba muy limpio. La ubicación es perfecta para ir a visitar lugares tan bonitos y pintorescos como Aveiro. El alojamiento cuenta con parking privado y es de fácil acceso. Y he de destacar algo muy importante para mí, las camas, que eran muy cómodas y permitían un confortable descanso después de andar de acá para allá visitando maravillas :) La comunicación es fluida y la anfitriona extremadamente amable. Gracias Ana por todo... recomiendo tu alojamiento en un 100%

Beau voyage au Portugal à moto remorque plus iloa petite chienne de 3klset et ma femme. Beaucoup de visites, Porto, caimbras etc... Bonne température, seulement deux orages,évidemment des vacances toujours pas assez longue.

Casa acogedora

Casa equipada completamente, a 14 km de Aveiro. Nuestra estancia fue de solo 3 noches pero disfrutamos de la zona. Perfectamente recomendable.

On ne nous a pas tout dit...............

Pas de chauffage central comme indiqué ;en remplacement un radiateur à bain d'huile qui a fait fondre la prise de la chambre (isolée en attente de réparation) en remplacement un ventilateur air chaud qui nous a permis de se réchauffer tant bien que se peut 15 degrés dans la maison un chauffe eau en panne malgré plusieurs essais de réarmement par moi même et la sœur de la propriétaire Qui a répondu comme elle a pu à nos problèmes .D'après le propriétaire il suffisait d'appuyer sur le bouton de réarmement afin que le chauffe eau remarche Celui ci étant coincé il fallait démonter le panneau avant du chauffe eau ce qui n'est pas à ma charge malgré mes compétences en maintenance sans ce problème de chauffe eau vétuste nous ne serions pas en train de parler de ces désagréments

O local é ideal para quem quer estar no meio da natureza com bastante floresta. Não havendo incêndios é o ideal para passar uns dias de sossego .

Belles prestations pour cette petite maison, un peu perdue quand même...

Rien à redire sur les prestations offertes. La maison est accueillante, charmante, avec une cour à l'arrière sympa, mais nous avons bien tourner en rond avant de la trouver ! Elle est juste un peu trop excentrée, mais sinon tout était parfait.
