The villa is south facing and enjoys sunshine all day

The villa is located in a quiet residential area, close to beaches (Arenal, Muntanyar, La Grava, La Granadella 9km) and all amenities (restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shopping center).

Una casa perfecta
Es una villa muy bonita y espaciosa, con todas las comodidades, que te hace sentir como en casa. Tanto el interior como el exterior son preciosos y plagado de detalles y elementos naturales.La piscina y el jardín son maravillosos y además la localización es perfecta…5 min en coche del pueblo y la playa! Perfecto para pasar un tiempo en familia…Volveremos seguro!

Cette villa ...que du bonheur l'intérieur moderne avec tout le confort nécessaire ( et même plus ) tout est bien conçu pour y être comme dans un cocon. Fantastic Villa in Javea
A beautiful modern style villa with great fittings and a superb pool area. We had a great time at the villa and some slight early issues were dealt with quickly and professionally by the owners and the local manager. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to friends and family and I am sure we will return.

Superbe Séjour
Nous avons passé 2 semaines magnifiques à Javea. La maison est conforme à sa description. le propriétaire avait pris le temps d'équiper la maison d'un lit bébé avant notre arrivée. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine ( les grands aussi). 15 jours de soleil, à quelques kilomètres de la plage del arena, et de ses restaurants. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir bientôt.

ENTRE MER ET CAMPAGNE
Villa bien située et au calme entre Javea et Moraira ! Accueil bien organisé : L'agent local vous reçoit ou vous laisse les clés dans une boite prévue à cet effet si vous arrivez en retard. La villa est prête à vous accueillir, tout est prévu : ustensiles cuisines, lits fait à l'arrivée, linge de toilette, savon, gel douche et même des bouteilles d'eau et lait pour les premiers jours si besoin. Tout est neuf, confortable et propre. Le jardin est magnifique et une vue plongeante sur la campagne s'offre à vous depuis la chambre parentale et privative à l'étage. Il y a aussi des transats prévus autour de la piscine. Seul (petit) hic, nous n'avons pas pu en profiter car trop froide, malgré le soleil très présent. Sinon, un confort absolu ! Séjour réussi. Merci aux propriétaires.
