Apartment completely renovated in 2015 of 96m2 located on the 1st floor of a villa with fenced garden, which consists of a new and equipped kitchen (coffee maker / dishes / microwave / oven / fridge / hob / toaster etc.). ..) and an adjoining dining area and a lounge of 20m2 equipped with a sofa bed and a TV and wifi included. It also includes 2 large double bedrooms and a garden with barbecue facilities. The city of Velaux is 19km west of Aix-en-Provence and 35km north of Marseille. Velaux is an old Provencal village set on a high mound and is strategically located in the middle of the triangle Aix-Marseille-Salon and surrounded by greenery and vineyards. Velaux is therefore fortunate to combine the tranquility of the countryside while being close to major urban centers in the region.

Appartement extrêmement fonctionnel, propre, nickel. Nous recommandons vivement.

Séjour magnifique. La piscine était superbe. Les enfants ont adoré. Danielle est une hôte trees sympathique, discrète, devouée. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Je recommande vivement cette appartement.

Toller Aufenthalt in geräumiger Wohnung

Wir haben 3 sehr schöne Urlaubswochen in dieser tollen und geräumigen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Highlights der Region zu erkunden. Falls man mal keine Lust auf Besichtigungen hat, kann man den Tag auch am schönen Pool verbringen oder in gut 30 Minuten am Meer sein. Die Vermieterin Madame Donnier ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Location idéalement située

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances. Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter la région. Il permet d'aller facilement vers Aix en Provence, Marseille, Avignon, Nimes etc .... Velaux est proche de l'étang de Berre. C'est un logement refait a neuf qui est très propre et très bien aménagé. La propriétaire Mme Donnier est très sympathique. Pour ceux qui apprécient le calme a la campagne, ils seront ravis.

Cadre et appartement très agréable

Pas de surprise, tout est en conformité avec le descriptif. Danielle est une hôtesse attentive, attentionnée, toujours à l'écoute de ses vacanciers. Rien ne manque dans l'appartement à la décoration soignée. Et cerise sur le gâteau, Danielle nous a préparé à notre demande la meilleure bouillabaisse de toute la région!! Nous reviendrons par continuer à découvrir cette magnifique région. Ne pas manquer de visiter le vieux Velaux et le village tout proche de Ventabren. Huguette et Michel

Agréable séjour dans une magnifique région.

Nous avons passés de très agréables vacances dans un très joli appartement. La proprietaire est juste adorable et super accueillante. Le logement est décoré avec goût et très agréable à vivre. Nous avons profité de la piscine d'eau salée et avons passés des soirées avec Danielle inoubliables. Merci encore pour tous les bons conseils et pour tous ces bons moments....nous espérons revenir rapidement. Je conseille vivement cette location a tous les futurs locataires car vous ne serez pas déçu. A bientôt. La famille Bretonne de Perros...😊

nos vacances du 11/7 - 25/7/2018

On a passé des super vacances chez Danielle avec nos 2 filles de 11 et 14 ans. L'appartement est très propre, grand et neuf, la piscine est d'une bonne taille. On a profité de la tranquilité. Il y a un Intermarché , Boulanger à distance à pied de l'appartement. L'appartement est situé central pour faire des sorties. Danielle est une propriétaire super , elle nous a fait une bouillabaise délicieuse , on s'est régalé. Nous c'est sur on y retourne. La famille Maes de Belgique

Séjour extraordinaire !!

Merci à Danielle pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa superbe maison ! Nous sommes venues à 4 amies pour un week-end et nous avons profité de l'appartement moderne et propre ainsi que de la piscine et enfin et surtout de l'hospitalité de Danielle. Un vrai bonheur dans un petit coin de paradis !

Des vacances au calme dans une superbe location

Nous venons de passer 9 jours dans cette location et tout etait nickel.Tres grande location avec deux belles chambres, super lumineux et surtout au calme.Acces en voiture a Marseille ou Aix en a peine 30 min.Supermache a 2 min a pied...La proprietaire est tres accueillante et disponible et surtout tres discrète..Je recommande fortement cette location.

TRES BEL APPARTEMENT

Un lumineux parfait, propre et moderne appartement de vacances dans un super endroit,un bel endroit

Danielle a été un si merveilleux & kind hote qui a tant fait pour rendre nos vacances si de très spécial , MERCI Danielle ! ! Nous sommes arrivés en étrangers mais se séparèrent en amis .Nous serons de retour de revenir très bientôt.

Déplacement pro. Superbe location - Super accueil

J'y ai séjourné 2 semaines au mois de Mars 2016, pour un déplacement professionel avec 2 collègues. Très bon accueil, la propriétaire est très agréable. L'appartement est très grand, 2 grandes chambres avec literie confortable, cuisine etc... On ne manque de rien, et pour nous qui étions en intervention sur le site de Shell, on y est en à peine 10 minutes. A réserver sans hésiter. Loïc.
