Sleeps 12, 2 bedroom waterfront ranch home with a 40 foot long permanent dock for your use during your entire stay. Bring your boat , jet ski, swim or layout out in the sun right in your backyard with full water access right here. Public boat launch is less than 2 miles away. This waterfront property includes central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and off street parking for 5 to 6 cars. Right in the hub of the point on Greig St., with a great view of the pier, lighthouse and sandbar. Linens provided, washer and dryer, outdoor firepit, and bikes are available upon request, as well as a PADDLE BOAT and 2 SUP BOARDS to use for FREE as well ! Video Games, 50" smart TV, gas grill are all included. Great location, great home and great opportunity to make new memories. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, park and just a short drive to the golf course. You can stay right here if you prefer and swim right off the dock or layout in the sun on the large dock while the kids swim. Many great shops and restaurants to enjoy in town. Its only a 2 minute walk to Captain Jacks restaurant and downtown Sodus Point from home.

Nice week in Sodus Point

We really enjoyed our stay and Cory was especially helpful as he had to make changes to the dock due to the low water level. Without his efforts it would have been very difficult for us to get in and out of our boats.

Beautiful Weekend Away

This property is great. Me and my four friends got together for a long weekend away. There was enough room for all of us to sleep, eat together, and enjoy the beautiful dock. The owner was easy to contact and keeps the property clean and tidy.

I would like to let you aware that Corey stood are family up for are stays deposit claiming we left the place a mess. This was not the case. When we arrived the place was dirty, we did the dishes and vacuumed and picked up anything that we could see. He stated hardwood floors where damaged . The hardwood was damaged before we arrived. I would never recommend staying at this place to anyone. For someone to leave a message stating my family damaged property is very disturbing. And also a very low bold move. I will make sure I will leave as many bad reviews on this place being I was not given my refund.

Location!

Cory's place is well located to take advantage of all that Sodus Point has to offer. You can walk to restaurants, the beach and even drop your kayaks off the dock out back. We enjoyed the SUPs. It's a small space so if you have more than two couples or a family of 4 the private sleeping space is limited but the listing makes that very clear. Hopefully the flooding at all of the locations at the Point will subside soon.

Amazing location, and Corey and his family are the best ever!

We had an amazing experience overall. Fast wi-fi, central air, close to all the restaurants and beach, washer and dryer etc - Super clean. We would stay here again and again.

This home is great! Its perfect location and cleanliness was far beyond what we expected.

Cory went way out of his way to make sure our stay was the best it could be.He even brought us hypoallegenic laundry soap because one of us in the group was allergic to the brand name soap he originally provided originally! What more can you ask for! Awesome waterfront home ,great views,swimming,huge dock ,comfortable beds,super clean and a wonderful owner! We will definatelly be staying again!

Great Experience

Nice clean place, comfortable beds. Had everything we needed and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. Perfect location, right on the water. Nice neighbor and within walking distance to all the restaurants and bars.
