Our home features a spacious and relaxing downstairs living room, with two oversized recliners, 55” flat screen television, access to wifi, and Amazon “Alexa™”. And while there is plenty of activities and entertainment in Phoenix to keep you and your family occupied for weeks, we’ve included a Roku© so you can stream all your favorite movies and television shows.

The kitchen has been upgraded with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It comes with a fully stocked coffee bar, perfect for those early mornings at the driving range, or before taking the kids to LegoLand or the aquarium. While our kitchen provides enough space to prepare a full holiday meal we are also only minutes from some of Phoenix’s best eats - including the famed “Rustlers Roost”, the delicious Bagel Man”, and the authentic “Los Taquitos”.

For added convenience, we also have a powder bathroom and washer and dryer located on the first floor.

Upstairs are 3 spacious bedrooms, each adorned with ultra plush pillows, extra soft linens, and pillow top mattress covers. Our master bedroom features a luxurious king sized bed and flat screen television, and our guest rooms have cozy queen sized beds, sizable reach-in closets, and new ceiling fans.

Also upstairs are two full bathrooms - one shared hallway bathroom, and an en suite bathroom adjoining the master bedroom. Our bathrooms come supplied with extra soft towels, toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, soap - and even spare toothbrushes and make-up wipes!

Our private outdoor patio & yard comes equipped with a gas barbecue and seating area - perfect for family game night. In the shared spaces, our guests can enjoy laying poolside, or soaking in the hot tub, as well as playing on the two playgrounds within the condo grounds. You don’t even need to leave the grounds to enjoy a great day of sun and fun!
