On the banks of the Loire, you will be welcomed in an old light house with a garden of 1500 m2. You are at the heart of the Regional Natural Park Loire-Anjou-Touraine.
This cottage is located in the town center in a quiet area 200 m from the route "the Loire by bike", near the vineyards and close to shops. Many restaurants in the town and its surroundings allow you to enjoy the local cuisine, local specialties outcome.
The town of Rosiers-sur-Loire, a UNESCO World Heritage Site under the remarkable cultural landscape is an ideal place to visit the area on foot or by boat, bike or hot air balloon.
The owners on site will be available to guide you in your discovery of the region.

Perfect French village life

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. A few minutes walk into the village. We rented bikes from Saumur and enjoyed many rides along the Loire River. House is well appointed with all mod cons and a fire place

Lovely little gite!

Two American couples traveling through the Loire Valley. We found the property easily, checked in and explored the area for 4 days. The village had all we needed (boulangerie, butcher, a few restaurants) and a nice grocery store 10 minutes away. It was so quiet and peaceful, had a rustic backyard and nice bathrooms. Only thing we could have used was a bit more ambient lighting in the living area(old eyes!) but otherwise we were very comfortable.

Très agréable maison pour des vacances en famille. Jardin idyllique pour prendre les repas, s'allonger, cueillir les fruits et les roses ! Boulangerie accessible à pied, supermarché proche en voiture. Plein de visites possibles, de balades en bord de Loire : la région est magnifique. Coup de coeur pour le jardin du Puygirault. Pour bien dormir l'été, fermer les volets au 1er étage en journée et aérer le matin + le soir lumière éteinte. Le RDC est très bien aménagé handicap - du coup la porte coulissante de la chambre n'isole pas du bruit de la pièce à vivre. Cuisine très bien équipée. Enfin, Cécile a été très à l'écoute de nos besoins, nous a prêté des jeux de société et du matériel qui nous a bien rendu service ! Un grand merci.

Beautiful cottages in Les Rosiers near Saumur

Spacious, clean cottage. Helpful and welcoming host and beautiful area. Les Rosiers-sur-Loire is a pretty village with a few small shops, two good boulangeries. It’s right on the banks of the Loire at the bridge to Gennes-Val-de-Loire so easy access to other places. Great place for a family holiday.

A welcoming cottage

The welcome on arrival was very good. We are three people on motorbikes and found the cottage ideally equiped and in a great location. The weather was hot and one bedroom did get very warm at night. A good fan would help. We loved the garden and having a BBQ, it would be a great place for a family or cyclists to use as a base, with a quiet location and lovely garden. The town is limited but everyone was friendly.. Probably better with a vehicle and self catering.

We enjoyed our stay, very much - this is a relaxing cottage. The inside is just about perfect, but the garden really needs attention - the vegetation is threatening to overrun the building.

Wunderschönes Cottage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem für Ausflüge sehr gut gelegenem Cottage. Es fehlte nichts. Die Ausstattung war umfangreich. Die Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Den tollen großen Garten haben wir jeden Tag genutzt.Wir werden gerne diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung mit angenehm schattigem Garten

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und immer zur Stelle wenn man Fragen hatte. Besondere Freude haben uns die beiden Hühner gemacht, die uns jeden Tag besuchten.

Super Gite is a great location.

It is a spacious property, with all the amenities needed to explore the region or relax in the garden. Excellent hosts, and we could happily adopt Tarzan the chicken. Easy walking distance to the pretty town, and a relatively short drive to many great locations nearby. We hope to return and have no hesitation in recommending this lovely, relaxing property.

Great experience just by Loire

Cozy place that feels like a home. Friendly host and and great location. We visited with my mother in law and our 2 year son - we all got what we needed from the place. The village is small and cozy and castles and wine caves are all nearby.
