Comfort and Elegance with stunning views of Diamond Head
Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home on Maunalani Hts. Tastefully furnished with high quality bedroom, living room and dining room furniture. HD Smart T.V.s in living room, kitchen and bedroom. Fully functional kitchen with new dishes, silverware, glassware, pots and pans. Large decks with views of the ocean, Diamond Head and Waikiki. Hardwood floors throughout the house. Newly installed air conditioners in every room.
Guest Access - Guests have a private entrance off the attached carport. The house has 3 levels. Top floor is the living room with ocean and Diamond Head views. On the 2nd floor is the kitchen and dining room with a large lanai and expansive views of the Pacific Ocean and Diamond Head. The bottom floor has the 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and laundry facilities (washer and dryer). The master bedroom has a large deck with lovely views.
The Neighborhood - Located on Maunalani Hts. Kaimuki is 2 minutes down the hill where you can find Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Moroccan, Italian, Vegan, French, American and Pacific Rim Cuisine. Whole Foods is 4 minutes away in the nearby Kahala Mall where you will find Macy's, Ross's and many other shopping opportunities as well as the Consolidated Kahala Theatres. The University of Hawaii is less than 10 minutes away by car. Downtown is 10-15 minutes away.
Getting Around - The bus stops almost directly in front of my house. It will take you to Waikiki and back, or anywhere with transfers.

I am a cellist with the Hawaii Symphony and own a music school, the Masaki School of Music. I love teaching my young cello students and showing them what beautiful music awaits they practice.

Stay out of all the Waikiki crowds, high-rises and shops without sacrificing easy accessibility to the excitement, sites and shows when you so desire.
What makes this property unique
This house has a welcoming feel the moment you step inside. Someone said they loved the feng shui, but whatever, it feels good and homey. The high ceilings give you a sense of space, and large picture windows let you take in the stunning views of the ocean, Diamond Head crater and ever changing sky. Located up Maunalani Heights, it is easy to get to and freeway access is minutes away.
