SUNNY APARTMENT with URBAN GARDEN:)

The apartment is located approximately 5 minutes walk from subway (M3) and about 15-20 minutes walk from downtown about 5-10 minutes walk from the Danube. Parks and food stores ( in the street) are really close within walking distance as well. Two windows are overlooking a gorgeous inner garden with fountain. There are windows in every room including the kitchen except for the bathroom.
There is a huge living room with a sofa bed that opens up ( sleeps 2) with heating and fan-coil system that provides warm air in the winter cool in the summer.
The kitchen is furnished with fridge, dish-washer, electric cooker, coffee-grinder and a small coffee-maker.
The bedroom sleeps 2, linens are provided. There is a bathroom with shower and bathtub with washing machine.
Also a huge walk-in closet where you can store anything basically.
The building has a 24 hour security. The gym and finnish sauna is in the building (for basic fee of about USD 17-20).
There is an elevator and weekly cleaning service in the building.
