Located in a desirable neighbourhood on Quadra Island, walking distance to beautiful Rebecca Spit beach and amenities, (coffee shop, gift and licensed grocery stores, pub and restaurant).
This large and spacious West Coast Contemporary family home is the perfect getaway home for a small or large group! 4 bedrooms that can accommodate multiple families: 1 master suite with King Bed/ensuite, another master room with Queen bed/ensuite, 1 bedroom with Queen bed and one room with 2 single XL beds (bunk bed). 3 bathrooms, wood stove, soaker tub, large screen TV, Internet, high cedar ceilings with sunken living room, all appliances and washing facilities. Large kitchen is well equipped for any type of cooking/baking, with BBQ located on large deck. Adult and kid friendly entertainment provided, board games etc.
This property takes full advantage of the sun with decks on either side, perfect for BBQ’s overlooking our 3/4 acre property with fruit trees in a family oriented neighbourhood. A separate suite is attached to this home with a site host that can answer any questions you may have, and be available to help when needed.

Beautiful cabin
Beautiful house very convenient. We were 8 people : 4 adults and 4 kids. Maritte was very nice and available when needed! Quadra island was amazing: kayak rental very close and we were lucky to see whales from our kayaks !

Perfect Location
Myself and a few friends stayed here while we enjoyed the climbing and fishing around Quadra. A perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Would definitely return.

The best weekend
The house is amazing. I understand why it’s hard to capture it in photos because the lay out is very dynamic! We had the most amazing time in the house/ on quadra. The house was fully loaded with everything you need! It was amazing :) Thank you so much!

When I was younger I had the opportunity to travel parts of the world. I have stayed in many a hostel, hotel, campground etc. and every place I stayed left me with a lasting memory. I believe those experiences and the people I have met along my travels have made who I am today and allowed me to truly appreciate where I live in beautiful British Columbia. Now at this point of my life I am blessed to have the opportunity to share my family home on Quadra Island and allow YOU to have a new experience and adventure and make lasing memories enjoying and exploring all Quadra Island has to offer!

We lived in this home with our family and LOVED the access to outdoor adventure, the island charm and the laidback atmosphere of the island. We bought this property knowing it was located in a prime location of Quadra Island just minutes away from beautiful Rebecca Spit Provincial park beach and close to all amenities, coffee shop, gift shop, licensed grocery stores, pub and restaurant, and close to many hiking spots, trails & lakes .

What makes this property unique

For sun lovers our home is thoughtfully positioned on the property to take full advantage of the sun. Soaking in the sun with your morning coffee or BBQing in the afternoon. The home is set up perfectly for multiple families, lots of room to roam inside and outside the property. The home has amazing cubbies for a great game of hide and seek with the kids and an amazing outdoor swing for hours of entertainment. A great location to enjoy a stroll down to the beach, go to the near by pub for a great meal or just sit by the fireplace or outside on the spacious deck for an evening cocktail!
