About this property

Our Ciamarella chalet, located on the terraces facing south from the Val Cenis / Lanslevillard resort, is 400m from the slopes and enjoys a full panorama of the Val Cenis Vanoise ski area.
It also enjoys a privileged location in summer for hiking in the Vanoise Park and the border mountains since at the foot of the great Alpine passes of Iseran and Mont Cenis.
We offer 2 apartments, one of 80 m2 for 8 people from 798 to 1898 € / week and the other of 150 m2 for 10 people from 1395 to 2795 € / week.
The whole chalet can also be available for 18 people.

Super séjour

Un beau chalet agréable et idéalement localisé, à proximité des commodités du quotidien et à distance raisonnable de nombreuses promenades, randos etc...les propriétaires très sympathiques nous ont donné de nombreux conseils.

Beau chalet, très bien situé

Très beau chalet, l'appartement est bien équipé, fonctionnel, agréablement aménagé et très élégant. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse et sa vue sur la montagne environnante. Pratique aussi d'avoir des départs de randonnée juste à côté. Bons contacts avec les propriétaires dont nous avons apprécié les conseils d'excursions. A recommander !

Un beau séjour dans ce joli chalet au calme au pied de la montagne. La location est bien équipée. Les propriétaires ont à cœur de vous faire découvrir les environs et de vous donner de bonnes adresses.

Pour découvrir une merveilleuse vallée, la Haute Maurienne

Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux et très sympathique avec de précieux conseils pour les randonnées. L'emplacement est idéal comme base de départ pour découvrir la Haute Maurienne, merveilleuse vallée offrant une multitudes de paysages et d'activités pour tous. Le chalet se trouve dans un lotissement tranquille de chalets encore en construction et n'a pas de jardin. L'appartement, situé sous l'appartement du propriétaire, est confortable et bien agencé. Le propriétaire a fait tout son possible pour éviter le bruit car le sol des appartements est en bois. La proximité des commerces est un plus appréciable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.

Excellent séjour

Tout était réuni : un chalet confortable et bien équipé avec une belle terrasse, des propriétaires très accueillants et connaissant très bien la montagne, une météo parfaite, de belles randonnées dans des paysages magnifiques. Que de bons souvenirs !!

Beautiful location, everything you need, lovely hosts.

We rented the smaller apartment for a week in July. The location of the chalet is beautiful, next to a massive open space, in a very calm area, but within walking distance of the shops and activities of Lanslevillard. Sitting on the patio or eating at the outdoor table was very enjoyable. The location of the chalet means you have access to not only the Lanslevillard town, but all the activities it has to offer, ample hikes, cycle routes, and enjoyment of nature. Damien and Agnes were lovely hosts, very friendly, accommodating and forthcoming with recommendations about what we could do. We really enjoyed our stay in Lanslevillard,and would highly recommend it. Next time I would try to go for the full chalet, or the larger apartment, as it is truly spectacular.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, le chalet est confortable et bien équipé, et son propriétaire très accueillant et sympathique et connait très bien la région. Météo au top, randonnée tous les jours, avec des endroits superbes. La terrasse du chalet est très agréable pour le repos au retour !

Ein sehr schönes, gemütliches Chalet mit allem was man benötigt. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst sympathisch und kümmert sich sehr gut um seine Gäste. Immer wieder gerne !

Superbe semaine

Agnès a donné de bons conseils avant notre arrivée. Ses réponses ont été rapides pour toutes nos questions avant départ. Elle était présente malgré notre arrivée tardive. Toujours à l'écoute. Le chalet est très bien placé. Quelques marches pour accéder à l'entrée avec grande terrasse très bien exposée et idéale pour prendre le déjeuner au soleil. 4 chambres bien agencées; 2 avec 1 lit superposé, 2 avec lits doubles. 2 salles de bain dont 1 avec WC + 1 WC indépendant. Linge de maison et de toilette inclus. Literie de très bonne qualité ! Pour votre location de matériel, je recommande intersports; très bon accueil, très arrangeants. Ils proposent la location du casier a ski capacité (x5) à 20€ au lieu de 50€, près de l'ESF et des remontées. La boulangerie est à 3 minutes à pieds, les remontées avec ESF à 10 minutes à pieds. Marché dans la rue principale le jeudi. Nous recommandons le logement d'Agnès
