Best time, hosts, property, and the VIEW!

Paul and Cynthia are the BEST hosts you can ask for. Very responsive and go out of their way to make your stay the best (homemade pizza dough recipe, they left our kids rafts in the pool). They checked up on us to make sure we didn't need anything and were responsive to our questions. It's a beautiful property, and they are giving with letting us use their amenities. We will be back for sure!!

Fabulous family vacation

We stayed for 2 weeks at this property and had a wonderful time. Our 2 sons age 9 and 6 loved the pool and hot tub. Though we brought our own pool toys and rafts; the owners left some additional rafts for us to use as well. The owners Paul and Cynthia were very responsive anytime we had a question or an issue. They made sure to text or call afterwards to make sure everything had been handled. This is a wonderful home with incredible views of the bay bridge. We spent many nights sitting outside in their aderoindak watching the sun go downThe sunsets are spectacular and the best part of this house.

Relaxing weekend getaway

The home and pool/spa/outdoor kitchen overlooking the Bay is wonderful. Despite the chilly, overcast and rainy weather we experienced over the Memorial Day weekend, we couldn't get enough of the water views, or time in the heated spa overlooking the Bay. We were very appreciative too when Cynthia and Paul offered to extend our check-out time so we could enjoy the sunshine and warm weather that had alluded us over the weekend. That was truly above and beyond. Thank you, Cynthia and Paul, for being incredibly gracious hosts. We look forward to returning!

Wonderful trip!

We had the best time at Paul and Cynthia’s home for the week! We had our toddler son and both sets of grandparents with us and the house felt extremely spacious for our group. The house had everything we could think of for entertainment and activities, both indoor and outdoor. The photos do not do justice to the home or the absolutely stunning bay view and sunsets. Paul and Cynthia thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and we look forward to returning for another vacation in the future.

Beautiful Bay Getaway

Our family adored our time at Paul and Cynthia’s beautiful home - the most incredible waterfront views, beautiful sunsets, and frequent sightings of the neighborhood bald eagles! The pool and outdoor kitchen area are both impeccable, and the home itself is very comfortable and well-stocked. We would definitely return to this beautiful place!

Great Getaway

We are an older, married couple from the Metro DC Area. We found Kent Island an ideal spot for a nearby getaway. We stayed six nights in mid-July, 2020. It was one of the most restful breaks we have ever had. The house is in a quiet, neighborhood right on the bay, facing West, which allows for stunning sunset views while having dinner outdoors on the handsome patio. The custom stone pool and hot tub are particularly inviting. The house is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed using the bicycles that were available. We found a number of excellent seafood restaurants a short drive away. We were able to order dinner in advance and get safe, curbside pickup, which was particularly helpful during the pandemic. We also found the owners, Paul and Cynthia Sullivan, kind, responsive, and always available. The owners recently installed an outdoor kitchen, which we, however, did not use on this trip. We had such a restful time, we have already made plans to return.

Really loved the setting. Beautiful location. Kids loved the hot tub and the pool. And the pool table and the pickle ball. Great neighbors and great community. Really enjoyed it.
