The property was wonderful and the owners are on-site to see to any issues. We had trouble getting the heat turned on the first morning and they fixed it within 30 minutes. It was a comfortable, compact, affordable stay with everything we needed. If I had realized how far away everything we wanted to do would be, I might have picked a different location to stay. The drive up and down all the little roads made me terribly car-sick... But if you don't mind the drive to activities, this is a great place to stay!

We didn't realize this place had a rocky, gravel walkway to the stairs. We also didn't realize that there were stairs up to the rental. We're old and beat up from wrecks and this didn't work for us. Also the air conditioner wasn't working so we found another place to stay. Curtis was very helpful, it just didn't work out for us.
Super cute and cozy little house with comfortable bed and furniture, relaxing jetted tub, and generous amenities. Excellent communication with owner. Easy check in and out. The guest house is located at the rear of the owners' home, but it butts up to the woods for a secluded feel. We stayed three nights for our anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our stay Recommend 100%.

What I loved the most is my husband and I wanted a secluded getaway with little distractions and this was the perfect place! It is definitely away from city life but not too far away that you would lack anything! We met Curtis and he was extremely kind and down to earth (and I loved the animals as well!!!). We loved the old record player and that there was no tv so no distractions for us - we actually talked a lot and listened to music and was just present in the moment. Next time we need a getaway from the busy-ness of life, we will definitely be looking back here!!!
Curtis and Eugenie were awesome hosts. The location was nice and secluded and the attached guest house was clean, quiet, and cozy! We loved the record player, our favorite records were Billie Holiday and Otis Redding. We definitely recommend this property for small families or couples who want to enjoy a few quiet nights in the Ozarks!

This property is lovely. The kitchen has great appliances and a beautiful wooden bar countertop. A large window in the bathroom overlooks the woods.
It was a wonderful space and my boyfriend and I enjoyed the space and loved using the kitchen! They even had candles in the drawer for a relaxing candle lit soak in the jet tub. Love the cute little art pieces through the house and absolutely loved the record player!
We enjoyed our stay. The attached cabin was well kept and had all the necessities. The bathroom was large with a wonderful view. We loved our first family trip to Arkansas.
We loved our stay here! The vibe was amazing it was the perfect weekend getaway for us. We needed to get away from the busyness of life to recharge and this was the perfect place to do that. The view from the window from the jacuzzi tub was one of my favorite things in the house. The owner was so friendly we love chatting with him! Would definitely recommend this place!
We had a great time here. It was cozy and so so cute. I loved that the shower was stocked because we forgot our body wash. The host responded very quickly to our messages. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice little place, clean and cute. The owners were nice. Great views
Nice little place. Instructions to find it were a tad confusing once we got there as it said follow the lights but we really had to turn left at some point but we found it fine after we asked someone. Beautiful woods in the back and loved the bathtub. TV would be nice to replace the old record player but for only one night we didn’t need tv. I would stay here again.
This is a hidden lil place with great views of the rolling hills that can be enjoyed from the jacuzzi tub. Communication was a breeze, even with recommendations. The property was super clean and nice even with updates currently being made. We already want to come back and can't see what it looks like after finishing updates are made.
I expected it to be more isolated. There was a whining, barking dog and noise from a workshop under the room. Other than that it was fine. Curtis was a good host and the place is nice. It could use a kitchen sink. The bathroom was immaculate with an awesome bathtub.
Peaceful and relaxing. The owner's dog was fun to play with. Enjoyed the jacuzzi with a view. The bed is comfortable. Gracious host. The kitchen is a work-in-progress so you were not able to cook at this time but it looks like they're trying to make that available in the future.
Relaxing, comfortable bed, and off the beaten path, which are the most important qualities for us. Jacuzzi with a view was a wonderful bonus! Great communication with the owners~~highly recommended!
Very clean place to stay and affordable! Not far from everything you want to do! We enjoyed it...favorite part was the beautiful view from the jacuzzi tub and no access to TV was great for the kiddos to unplug! Record player, books and toys for everyone to enjoy!
Curtis was super helpful with everything! 15 min uber ride to downtown eureka springs. 25 min from leatherback. The records and record player were icing on the cake!

Very Enjoyable!
Our stay here was fabulous. The property was so nice and clean. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet. The jacuzzi bath was great. We were able to use the grill out on the deck to prepare meals and the washer and dryer for laundry. The owner is such a nice person. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an awesome getaway.

Why they chose this property
Our property is slightly remote without being isolated at all. There is literally no light pollution so the night sky is full of amazing, bright stars. We have only been here for a short time and have already seen wild turkeys, road runners, hawks, deer, turtle (coming up to our front door) and so many birds; our favorite are the hummingbirds.
What makes this property unique
Beautiful house at an exceptional value in a stunning area with lakes, rivers, mountain bike trails, hiking trails and so much more literally within minutes from our home.
