Lake Delavan - Lake Front House

C & C Manor is a premium spacious waterfront home where you can enjoy a 50' of level lake frontage with gorgeous lake views and sunsets! This five bedroom home has a private pier and Ski Boat lift. The interior and exterior of this home was completely renovated in March 2018. You will love the warmth and beauty of the hardwood and tile flooring, beautiful custom kitchen, lake views from almost every room, etc. Huge outdoor deck and master bedroom balcony overlook the wonderful water views.

This open concept home has been tastefully decorated and has a lot to offer to those that would like to entertain or have family outings at the lake. The first floor has a new fully equipped custom kitchen, laundry room, dining room, full bathroom, two living areas plus a bedroom with a queen bed. Both living areas have flat screen TV's with cable plus a perfect spot for board games or quiet reading. High-speed Wifi also included if you want to stay connected. The second floor has four bedrooms and one full bath. With several gathering areas both inside and outside, this is an ideal retreat for several couples or a family reunion/vacation.

Delavan Lake is perfect for fishing, boating, and relaxing. We are also located within walking distance to Watershed (bar/restaurant), a baseball field, and park along with 10 min drive to Fontana and only 15 min to downtown Lake Geneva. Enjoy live music every Saturday night at Lake Lawn Lodge or plan a ski trip to Alpine Valley in the winter. Thank you for considering our property!

We arrived and everything was clean and neat. Very easy to access the home. Everything we needed was available for our use. Two clean refrigerators, double oven and huge kitchen island which we loved to sit around. There was also a huge table which we used for crafting. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t conducive to use the beauty deck! Over all perfect!

House was in a great location, obviously with excellent views of the lake. The kitchen was huge and really nice, and had everything you could ever need. A few of the bedrooms are a tad small, and there are only two bathrooms, but that wasn't a big issue for our group of 7.I would book this house again

We walked into this beautiful house and the first thing that my husband asked was if it was for sale!! It was perfect!! This remodeled home had everything that my family was use to in our own home!! This home is great for families looking to spend some Great Lake time!!! Comfortable and clean!!! We definitely would go back!!! Pretty view from the back deck.
We were there for a family funeral. The pictures this VRBO are amazing and accurate of the remodeled common areas. The downfall for us was how dirty the inside of the refrigerator, stove, oven and inside cabinets were. Nothing was wiped down and remnants of food in / on all appliances. A good DEEP cleaning is absolutely needed. Soon.

Great house for an all-girls getaway!
I'm so glad that we decided to rent a house instead of going to a hotel for our all-girl spa weekend. There were five of us and we all wanted our own bed. In this house, we all had our own bedROOM! The bedroom on the first floor was perfect for me, since I have some difficulties walking. Two full baths made it easy for all of us to get ready each day. We were able to cook our own meals in the newly remodeled kitchen, and Piggly Wiggly was close enough to shop twice during our stay. We spent each morning drinking coffee on the deck, while watching the activities on the lake. The view was perfect! The sunset was perfect! The neighbors were friendly! This house worked out very well for us and we were grateful for the opportunity.

Right on the lake
House is right on the lake. Can’t get better than that! Lots of beds for a large group. Kitchen is beautiful and family room has the view of the lake. Back porch/deck is great.

The property was very clean. The kitchen is amazing great place for large families. Lots of place to sit and sleep. The mattress and pillows are not comfortable and feel old. The air condition didn’t stay on due to programming issues and owner didn’t respond to messages. There was a lot of time where it was at 78 degrees which was very warm.

This was a perfect home for our family to enjoy lake living! Lots of extra’s, plenty of bedrooms for our large family. Updated large bathrooms and a gorgeous view of the lake. The open concept living room and family room was exactly what we were looking for. I’d highly recommend this home.

We stayed here the week prior to memorial day. Perfect place to spread out, we filled every single bed plus a pack and play and never felt cramped. Plenty of gathering places to spread conversation and games. Absolute peace and quiet during the week days, and neighborhood definitely livens up on the weekend but still peaceful evenings and mornings. Definite recommend.

It was the most amazing property for our first time in Delavan Lake. There are no words but GRAND and homey at the same time. We had a relaxing time and phenomenal view to wake up to. Great architectural work and the rooms are arranged for comfortable sleeping. My family on social media are already asking where the property is as they loved to seeing our experience all weekend.
