Adjacent to the game room there’s a cedar dry sauna and bathroom with private entrance.

The seven luxuriant guest bedrooms are spread between three interior floors, each with carefully selected furniture & decor, soft linens, toiletries and flat screen televisions. Needs improvement
Overall, the property is good! The listing and descriptions are accurate. The roof top views are really beautiful. However there are two areas that need improvement: the water heater and the AC system. The hot water is only sufficient for four people to take showers, and it takes about three hours to heat up again. Be mindful that we only take 10 minutes shower not long shower but hot water still only good for 4 people at a time. Additionally, the AC system requires adjustments every two hours, as it cannot maintain a stable temperature or else the room will be too hot to sleep at night. So we woke up every two hours to adjust the temperature. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the place!

"Farper Fest" 2024
We needed a place to accomodate 12 adults and this was perfect! We had a great stay!!! The accomodations were great and perfect for our family! The communication with the property managers when we were on site was great - quick to respond and very helpful (and friendly!) Pool, rooftop deck with fire pit, hot tub, big bright kitchen and each room was roomy and the feng swey was great! We highly recommend the place! (And hopefully we'll be back!)

The house was well kept with a great main floor layout. Only bummer was we never got the elevator working and the house has a lot of stairs. But we had a great stay with 12 adults and the views are amazing

My wife and I had a small (13 guest- everyone invited stayed at the home) wedding and this location was the perfect place to host everyone. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need to make big family dinners. We loved being able to play pool and hang out on the terrace. Communication and check in was a breeze and I would highly recommend this home for your next gathering. It was the most incredible weekend and the home was a huge part that made it work so well

The property view and spaces were amazing. The kitchen is fantastic and large. The rooms were clean. Bring your own extra towels and bath soaps though.

Magnificent home and location
Our extended family had a fabulous time in LA, and the house was perfect. There was plenty of room for our 14 adults, and we absolutely loved the outdoor space. The upstairs deck was a delight, and the hot tub was deeply appreciated at the end of the day. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were nicely stocked. The kitchen has plenty of refrigerator/freezer space, multiple dishwashers, and other conveniences for a large group. Managers were responsive, flexible and always helpful. The house was well-located for our main activities--hiking and a day at Universal--but it is also close to shopping and restaurants and more. It has so many amenities, we didn't even use them all (like the media room)! Treat yourself -- you'll love it!
