The new year is available again but rental is only weekly during this period.
Rent 280m2 house on 2900m2 of land located on the heights of Arreau in the High Pyrenees 5min walk from the village center with a 360 ° view of the mountains Arbizon and the Col d'Aspin.
The house with a large capacity consists of a fully equipped kitchen (2 ovens, induction hob, raclette, fondue, party pancakes) opened on a dining room of 65m2, 50m2 living room with a stove, the 1st floor with 4 bedrooms of 15m2 with double bed in 160, 2 bathrooms with WC and finally on the 2nd level a dormitory with 8 beds in 90. Duvets, pillows and bolsters are provided.
It is located 10 minutes from the gondola of Saint-Lary, 10 minutes from Lake Loudenvielle and Balnéa, 20min from Peyressourde / Peyragudes and Val Louron, at the foot of the Col d'Aspin. It has a large south-facing terrace and parking for cars.

Fin de semana globero
Estuvimos 12 personas adultas a los que nos gusta andar en bici. Desde la casa, Aspin, Tourmalet, Hourquette, Beyredes, Cap de Long..... Todos en un radio muy cercano. La casa tiene de todo. Muy recomendable.

Muy buena opción para grupos
Hemos ido un grupo de 16 personas, entre adultos y niños y nos ha gustado mucho la casa. Es amplia, cómoda y bien preparada. La zona es muy bonita. Es una casa que nada más llegar sabes que repetirás. Gracias por todo.

Large house in the centre of the Pyrenees
Superb house in the centre of Arreau. So easy to book via HomeAway and the owners. The house was fully kitted out and in wonderful condition with everything catered for. Perfect for a large family/group. We would love to go back again next year.

Hola La casa está fenomenal, muy bien equipada, muy amplia y confortable. El jardín es ideal, con plancha y barbacoa, para comer en verano o con buen tiempo Por poner un pero, la anfitriona no pidió una fianza de mil euros al entrar en la casa, pero luego hizo una llamada y no fue necesario Pasamos unos días estupendos. Si vuelvo a visitar la zona, desde luego intentaré alojarme en ella de nuevo. Muchas gracias

Une prestation haut de gamme!
Cette location est exceptionnelle sur de nombreux points. Pour son emplacement, idéalement situé à 4 minutes du centre-ville. Pour la qualité de ses équipements (deux fours, deux micro-onde, deux frigo, deux services à raclettes, fondues, crêpières...) Pour la qualité et le goût de sa décoration. Bref des vacances inoubliables pour une famille de 16 personnes. Un sans faute!! On y retourne l'année prochaine!!

Un gite décoré avec goût, complet, très propre, avec des superbes vues sur les montagnes et les vallées. Tout est pensé pour accueillir un groupe de plusieurs personnes, rien ne manque. Une chose est sûre, on reviendra forcément !

Gîte magnifique et très spatieux
Magnifique gîte très spacieux où rien ne manque. Situé dans une impasse, il très facile d'accès. A 5 minutes à pieds d'Arreau. Nous y avons passé deux très belles semaines (5 adultes et 5 enfants). La maison est très bien équipée. Tout le confort est présent pour y passer un excellent séjour. En en bonus, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques ;o). Nous recommandons vivement.

GENIALISSIME!
Nous avons loué cette maison pour un weekend (3 couples et 5 enfants) et nous sommes tombés sous le charme. Elle est spacieuse, chaleureuse et très bien équipée aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Nous avons également apprécié la proximité avec le centre d'Arreau à 5 min à pied. Nous avons profité cet été des terrasses extérieures et reviendrons certainement en hiver passer des soirées auprès de la cheminée.

FORMIDABLE !!!!
Un endroit merveilleux et des propriétaires charmants et arrangeants, que demander de plus?! Idéal pour un grand groupe, le gîte a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût, les matériaux, meubles, ustensiles, électroménagers sont de qualité et en parfait état. Il ne manquait absolument rien! Un immense merci pour un merveilleux moment en grande partie du à la beauté et qualité du lieu!

Nous étions 12 dont 6 enfants. Très bon accueil. Grande maison équipée de façon moderne, très fonctionnelle, très propre. Tout y est. L'espace réservé aux enfants est très bien pensé. Nous étions 12 dont 6 enfants. Un accueil parfait, une grande maison décorée de façon moderne, très bien équipée, très fonctionnelle. Il ne manque rien (ou prévoir peut être un sèche-linge 😋). Le coin enfants est très bien pensé. Maison idéale pour séjourner dans la région. Week end super
Nous avons séjourné pendant 4 jours à 12 personnes dans ce chalet. Rien à redire. Le chalet est immense, on ne se marche pas dessus. De plus il est très bien équipé pour des groupes nombreux. Je le recommande fortement.
