Beautiful house with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean

We had wonderful week in this beautiful house. Nice pool Great outside eating environment with great view Easy check-in Entrance a bit narrow, but for our car ( Audi A5) ok Modern kitchen with with a big refrigerator and a freezer Well stocked with all kinds of kitchen equipment Good appliances (dishwasher and washing machine) Living room beautifully decorated Our daughter's bedroom was very pretty with a gorgeous view The master bedroom was a little small and not a lot of natural light

Great location

We spent a wonderful week. A very nice terrace with sun until late in the evening. A comfortable and well-equipped house with a large heated swimming pool. The only problem was cloudy water in the pool. But that was solved immediately after we complained. Overall highly recommended.

Lovely house with gorgeous view

We had a wonderful stay in this very good equipped and charming house, located on the hills of Les Issambres with an outstanding view on the golfe of Saint Tropez. Everything was as described by the owner. We enjoyed very much the terrace with wonderful old trees and the heated pool. The house is located in a very calm and safe area with the opportunity to park the car on the property. Communication with the host was excellent und very friendly. We would definitely rent this house again.

Sehr schöne Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einem gut eingerichteteten Haus: alles vorhanden, was man zu einem entspannten Urlaub braucht. Bei kleinen Problemen oder Fragen war der Kontakt zu den Eigentümer sehr schnell und effizient. Die Lage ist durch den Meerblick sehr eindrucksvoll. Die Zufahrt ist beim ersten Mal schon etwas verwirrend, ein Navigationsgerät ist zu empfehlen. Wir haben für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht.

Très belle vue!

Nous avons passé deux semaines vraiment agréable. C’est une maison avec une vue magnifique sur Saint Tropez. L’hôte était très accueillant!

Un séjour 50 / 50

La localisation est bien si on cherche le calme mais un peu excentrée. La maison est très fonctionnelle mais nécessiterait un rafraichissement car un peu vieillotte. La propreté n'est pas au top. Ok pour les sanitaires mais le sol était à peine aspiré et non lavé, nous avons dû le nettoyer nous-même. Côté cuisine, les plaques de cuisson et les poignées de porte étaient "collantes", nous avons dû les nettoyer également. Côté piscine, plutôt agréable mais nous avons dû un peu nettoyer nous-même le filtre qui était rempli de feuille et la grille au fond de la piscine. Par ailleurs, une personne qui nettoie la piscine est venue et ne s'est pas présentée, un peu cavalier !! Idéal pour une famille mais rafraichissement de la maison et propreté à revoir sérieusement.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.Ein paar kleine "Mängel" Die Zufahrt zum Objekt ohne Navi nicht möglich. Die Privatsphäre ist beeinträchtigt durch 24h Videoüberwachung. Die Betten mit 1,40m waren für uns zu klein (wir sind 1,80 gewohnt). Die Bilder im Inserat sind vermutlich schon älter. Aber im grossen und ganzen kann man dort sehr gut Ferien verbringen

Hervorragend

Das Haus hat eine der schönsten Lage in Les Issambres mit wundervollem Blick auf die Bucht von St.Tropez. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Terrasse und das Barbecue haben wir genossen, ebenfalls den Pool. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war hervorragend. Martine und Regis sind sehr symphatische und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschön

Highlights sind der grandiose Blick, der BBQ, das pool. Alles ist in einem guten Zustand. Gute Ausstattung. Um einzukaufen, ans Meer zu gehen oder essen zu gehen benötigt man das Auto, was aber im Vorfeld schon bekannt ist.

Great stay - eine wunderschöne ruhige Ecke in der Nähe von allem

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Haus. Es ist sehr gut gelegen. In kurzer Zeit ist man an diversen Stränden. Das Dorf hat einen unglaublich grossen & sympatischen Markt am Montag. Die Restaurants & Take away sind toll. Selber kochen war in dieser Küche aber auch gemütlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein paar neue scharfe Messer wäre aber schon gut. Die Aussicht von der lauschigen Terasse ist fantastisch. Sehr gut konzipiert mit den schönen Korkeiche Bäumen die Schatten spenden. Die Kinder liebten den pool.

Nous ne sommes pas restés car la description ne correspondait pas à nos attentes. Maison dans les hauteurs éloignée de tout. Nous avions choisi cette maison uniquement pour la piscine chauffée vu que nous avons un enfant en bas âge, arrivés à la maison la piscine n’était pas chauffée du tout, des feuilles s’y promenaient, il n y’avait également aucun de linge de maison, draps ou serviettes. Nous avons demandé un remboursement chose que les propriétaires ont fait.

Wunderbare Aussicht

Wir haben die Woche im April in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Die Lage mit weiter Sicht auf die Bucht von Saint Tropez ist einmalig und das Haus sowie das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und freundlich.

Fantastischer Blick über die Bucht

Wir waren Ende Oktober mit 8 Personen in dem Haus. Durch die Lage am oberen Teil eines Berges, hat man einen fantastischen Blick, bis in die Bucht von St. Tropez. Neben dem beheizten Pool, war das das Highlights des Hauses. Alles in allem fanden wir das Haus groß genug für uns 8 Personen, da wir fast nur auf der Terrasse waren. Die Küchenausstattung war ausreichend und angemessen, obwohl wir uns manchmal ein bisschen mehr Besteck gewünscht hätten. Das vorhandene war aber grundsätzlich ausreichend. Bei der Übernahme war alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Übernahme war pünktlich und hat auch ohne persönlichen Kontakt hervorragend geklappt. Die Betten waren in beschriebener Zahl vorhanden. Wir fanden die Betten in zwei Räumen etwas schmal, sind aber auch kein Maßstab, da wir zu Hause sehr breite Betten besitzen. Geschlafen haben wir trotzdem gut.:-) Wir können das Haus ohne Einschränkung weiter empfehlen.

Schönes Sommerhaus mit tollem Blick

Uns hat es in der Villa ZANNOU gefallen. Der Blick ist toll, das Plätzchen unter den Korkeichen herrlich und der Pool war auch im Oktober noch schön warm. Schnelles Internet! Wir waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern, also zu viert, vor Ort. Das Haus ist unserer Meinung nach für sechs Personen optimal (vier im Haus und zwei im separaten Studio). Für acht Personen ist es evtl. zu klein, da sollte man sich schon sehr gut kennen. Die Option, Handtücher und Bettwäsche zu mieten, empfehlen wir, da die Bettdecken riesig sind und man Bettbezüge in 200x200 benötigt. Im Sommer reichen vielleicht auch dünne Laken. Wir hatten reichlich Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Die Matratze im beigen Schlafzimmer ist prima, in den Einzelbetten und im blauen Schlafzimmer sind die Matratzentopper eher weich. Das muss man mögen. Im Studio ist die Matratze auch gut, wenngleich wir nur kurz zur Probe dort gelegen haben. Das Studio ist schön und neu. Die Küche auch. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist zweckmäßig, das Geschirr ist aus allem ein bisschen zusammengewürfelt ;-) Was irgendwie auch seinen Charme hat. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist so, wie man es von einem südfranzösischen Sommerhaus erwartet: verputzte Wände, rustikaler Fliesenboden, Einbauschränke in den Wänden, kleine Bäder, großer Wohn- und Essbereich mit offener Küche. Die Einfahrt ist so breit, dass ein VW Touareg hineinpasst, natürlich muss man beim Hineinfahren aufpassen. Der Kontakt mit Martine war immer sehr angenehm und in der Regel wurde schnell geantwortet. Wir können dieses Haus also empfehlen für alle, die gerne in einem typisch südfranzösischen Sommerhaus ihren Urlaub verbringen möchten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellente semaine! Nous avions besoin de nous reposer après une année fatigante. Cette maison était tout indiquée . Calme, superbe vue, pas de vis à vis. Nous y avons passé une semaine de mistral à nous baigner nuit et jour dans la piscine chauffée alors que la méditerranée était à 22 degres. Un vrai lavage, positif, du cerveau 🤗 En outre, la maison comporte tous les éléments domestiques que vous avez chez vous. Vous pouvez exprimer vos talents culinaires sans vous soucier d’un manque de robot ou autre. Propriétaires tres aimables joignables dès que besoin. Un seul regret, revenir à la vie trépidante de la maison...😊

A real gem

We had a fantastic stay at this house! It is just as described and more. It has so many lovely and thoughtful details. We really appriciated the two studio bedrooms with own bathrooms. Perfect for the older kids with their partners. Good parking opportunities, we had two cars and they could both park at the property. Area and house felt very safe, the house has an entry gate and motion detectors behind the house. The outdoor area is amazing with beautiful plants and trees that provide a lot of shade and give the area that lovely provencial vibe. The pool is clean, spacious and deep enough to dive or jump in. The views are absolutely stunning. Communication with host was excellent, everything went smoothly. Would definitly rent again!

Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour à la villa Zannou. Ce bien nous a offert tout le confort souhaité.
