Our detached cottage on the farm is a large property. You will have a 1.5-hectare park to stroll around ancient trees and a fishing pond.
Our cottage sleeps up to 10 people and is handicapped accessible. With a total area of ​​160 m2, it comprises:
Ground floor: kitchen and dining room, living room, 1 bedroom (2 beds 90 or 1 bed 180), bathroom with sink, toilet, shower.
1st Floor: 2 bedrooms with 3 beds 90, 1 room with 2 beds 90 or 1 bed 180, bathroom with sink and bathtub, separate toilet.

At your disposal you will have:

Kitchen: Oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, other small appliances.

Bathroom: Washer and Dryer.

The cottage has underfloor heating for the ground floor. Outside you will find an enclosed garden with garden furniture, patio, barbecue.
You can park easily on the spot with 4-5 parking spaces. Botanical park with old trees and provided fishing pond. The many farm animals (donkeys, horses, sheep ...) will delight little ones. Cooking classes on request. Farm Inn dinners with local products on reservation. Sheets and organic cleaning products provided. Ecolabel green key.

Groot verblijf en fijn zwembad
Fijn en ruim huis, niet heel schoon. Veel steekvliegen en muggen in huis. Klein stukje privé tuin, verderop wel groot park aan het water beschikbaar. Rustige en mooie locatie, leuke kartbaan om de hoek en bakker in het dorp om vers brood te halen. Zwembad is leuk, ruim, wel ondiep, 1.20 mtr. In de advertentie staat vermeld dat het een boerderij is en er veel dieren rond lopen, alle dieren, behoudens de Pauw en koeien staan achter op het terrein waar je niet bij mag komen en een bordje verboden toegang staat. Je kan ze dus ook niet zien of langs lopen met de kinderen.

Très agréable
Le calme, le calme, le calme Très agréable maison, très spacieuse. Idéal pour familles avec enfants Piscine agréable. Accueil sympathique de Marie. Parc magnifique avec étang. Idéal pour jouer au ballon avec les enfants.. La description du logement correspond à la réalité.

Une semaines dépaysante et apaisante !
Une semaine à donner des noms aux chèvres, à se reposer au bord de la piscine, à profiter du jardin en observant les paons dans les arbres. Maison spacieuse et agréable, tout le monde y a trouvé son bonheur ! Merci !

15 jours de vacances reposantes en pleine campagne
Vacances d'été reposantes, entre amis au calme, en pleine campagne, entourés des animaux de la ferme : vache, moutons, chèvres, ânes, chevaux, oies, poules, paons, chiens et chats, c'est ideal pour ceux qui aiment la nature et les animaux. Nous avons fait des parties de pêche autour de l'etang, profité de la piscine et le dernier jour, nous avons dégusté un tres bon repas au manoir, preparé avec des produits locaux, par Marie, notre hôte. Belles balades dans la campagne environante et découverte des villes et villages de la Vienne.

Maison agréable et au calme
Grande maison en pleine campagne ou il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. A L'extérieur très joli parc près de l'étang ou toute la famille s'est bien amusée. La visite aux animaux de la ferme était super !

Sehr zufrieden
Dies war unsere erste Mietwohnung, die Teil eines aktiven Bauernhofs ist. Das bedeutet natürlich, dass tagsüber gearbeitet wird, dass bei den vielen frei laufenden Tieren - Hunde, Katzen, Hühner, Schafe und sogar eine Pfauenfamilie - auch die eine oder andere Rue de la Caq überquert werden muss. Dazu kommt, dass niemand auf dem Anwesen irgendeine Fremdsprache beherrscht. Aber mit Hilfe von Hand, Fuß und Google Übersetzer ist alles möglich, da die Leute dort alle freundlich und hilfsbereit sind. Während manche Hotelgäste etwas auszusetzen hatten, residierten wir wie die Könige. Zwar haben wir vor Benutzung des Pools selbst mal das Netz geschwungen, da der Roboreiniger ständig überfordert war, aber dafür ist er groß und das Wasser wegen der intensiven Sonneneinstrahlung warm. Die Küche und alle Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig geschnitten. Im oberen Stock muss man in den Türdurchgägen aufpassen, wenn man größer als 170 cm ist. Der hauseigene Grill ist eher eine Brutzelplatte, aber wir sind sehr gut damit zurecht gekommen. Mit der Rollstuhlfreundlichkeit waren wir auch zufrieden, weil man überall hinkommt und auch Spaziergänge/-fahrten im direkten Umfeld machen kann. Der nächste Einkaufsort ist ca. 10 km entfernt, aber wer hierhin kommt, will Ruhe und keine Party.

Emplacement OK : étions au courant de la situation géographique plutôt isolée, aucun soucis. Propriété qui pourrait être top si mieux entretenue. Les chambres d'hôte tenues par la propriétaire prennent sans doute trop de temps au détriment de la tenue du gîte. Descriptif annonce manque de clarté : piscine partagée avec les chambres d'hôtes même si dans l'absolu pour notre famille ça n'a pas été gênant, il faut être plus clair dans l'annonce. Logement sale à notre arrivée, un nombre impressionnant de mouches, impossible de rester dans la cuisine tant que nous n'avions pas acheté d'insecticide et de ruban tue mouches (nous avons tout laissé d'ailleurs sur place pour les locataires suivants) réfrigérateur éteint, et pas de 1re jeunesse, a mis quasiment 3 jours à faire du froid.. Trousse de 1er secours : existante mais vide. Baby foot : inexistant dans le gîte. Pas de lit bébé, pas de véritable chaise haute mais plutôt un objet de déco vintage dans un piètre état (ancienne chaise bébé en bois, sale et surtout cassée) Ampoules manquantes à divers endroits du gîte. Vélos : "pas eu le temps de les preparer" Quelques moutons en triste état : mourants à notre arrivée sous les yeux de tous, en Accueil : Marie est vite arrivée après mon appel, mais visite rapide et froide. Sans doute débordée entre la gestion des chambres d'hôtes et les soucis dûs à la météo.. Point positif : le calme du secteur, la literie de qualité et draps propres fournis.

Great location and could be good property but not well managed
Poor description, large house but poorly maintained and managed. Pool is shared which was not clear. Manager did not prepare well for our arrival - hot water and the had not been turned on so no hot water for 12 hours and nowhere to put fresh food. no information communicated re pool or house security and bins etc. lovely remote area with several towns with easy reach. Had to report dead lambs in the field which went unnoticed for several days.

Superbe sejour
Nous avons eu un bon accueil, si vous recherchez le calme c'est ce qu'il vous faut. (N'oubliez pas qu'a la ferme le coq chante..et oui.. la vache a sa cloche .....) Si vous ne supportez pas ne venez pas! C'est le paradis pour les petits et les grands.. le paon vient nous dire bonjour,l'étang de pêche pour les amateur, une belle piscine. .. Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine avec beaucoup de visites pas très loin, et un très beau et très grand gite
