The Great Escape is a great 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin in the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area. Lounge on the private back deck and take in the beautiful scenery. Relax on the front deck with the wood rocking chairs and bench swing. Walk through the doors and entertain your family in the fully stocked kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor features a queen size bed. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a king bed and a futon. There is a third bedroom / loft area with two single beds. There is a full bath on the second level as well.
If you choose to venture out of the cabin you couldn’t be in a better location. The cabin is located just minutes from Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Gatlinburg golf course and the “Parkway” in Pigeon Forge. There are so many things to do, there is no way to list them all. There is Pigeon Forge, The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Clingman’s Dome, shopping, museums, restaurants and so much more! Here are some other features that might interest you:

Terms and Conditions:
The Great Escape
1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. EST.
2. This is a NON SMOKING cabin. There is a 250.00 remediation charge if this becomes necessary.
3. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
4. PAYMENT 50% of the rental rate is required at booking and the remaining 50% due 14 days prior to arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the cabin rent. Please make payments in the form of credit cards only.
5. CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
6This is a pet friendly cabin with a additional pet fee. If you plan on bringing your pet let me know, if you bring a pet without our knowledge an additional pet fee may be charged (double).
7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to Six.
(6) persons. .
8. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate.
9. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, maid services are available at an additional rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Please put dishes in dishwasher before you leave and take all trash to the bin out front. An additional charge may be assessed if these check out procedures are not followed.
11. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice.
12. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
13. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
14. State of emergency- No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory state of emergency in area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the National Weather Service orders a state of emergency area, we will refund:
a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the state of emergency is lifted; and
c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the state of emergency period.
