Our condo is perfectly situated on the South/West corner 22nd floor with Awesome sunsets and uninhibited incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 43" Smart TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, two Queen Beds in the 4th bedroom and a queen sized sofa sleeper.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Great location-AMAZING BIEWS!!

Centrally located, impressive decor and condo design, the surround windows of a corner unit 22 floors up gave you a try bird flying view and you can see the width and distance to the end of the isle-but also clearly see and hear the oceanfront waves! We’ll equipt kitchen, wonderfully thick bath towels, elevator and bag cart ease, ample parking but also-grocery, liquor and a few good restaurants were within walking distance. I felt safe enough to return solo!

Condo was as advertised. Beds were comfortable. Only thing missing in kitchen was an air fryer. Otherwise, plenty of everything needed in kitchen. Will rent again!!

Anniversary Trip

Beautiful condo. The unit was beautiful and lots of room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. The extra ice machine was awesome! We were 4 couples al friends have the same wedding anniversary. So we decided to celebrate together. We had the best time. I would stay here again. Great condo and view was amazing

Awesome place

We loved it! Make sure you buy toilet paper. We just assumed there was more and ended up in a minor crisis situation, lol. Other than that, the condo and facilities were perfect. We already want to return.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

You will not be disappointed with this condo! The description is highly accurate and the space was very clean. We had 10 guests and definitely had plenty of room. The pool was great and the beach was easily accessible. As a side note, we dropped a cell phone from the 22nd floor to the 16th floor. The property staff, as well as Michael from Phoenix Vacation Properties, were extremely accommodating and helpful in helping us to get it back. Their time was much appreciated!

We were here with eight people - four adults and four kids age 7-12. The condo was absolutely perfect. It was spacious, clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed. And the location - right on the beach with incredible views - couldn’t be beat! The pools and hot tubs were also terrific for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was just like we thought it would be with some minor cleanliness issues. Gulf Shores does a great job in keeping their city clean and safe. The city offers a wide variety of things to do for all ages. We are planning our next trip already!

The condo overall had everything we needed. The pictures are somewhat deceiving, making it look like it had a wrap around balcony. We had 9 adults and 3 children and had plenty of space. It lacked in cleanliness.

This year rented Unit 2202 in Phoenix Gulf Shores for the week of May 27th. Of all units and resorts we have stayed, this was by far the most beautiful, cleanest and best equipped of any. The beds were comfortable, every kitchen utensil imaginable, room to spread out, beautiful views, and convenient to everything. It was very quiet, and the air conditioning kept the unit very cool and comfortable. Parking was plentiful. We were even able to obtain a day parking pass for a local friend to visit for a few hours. I highly recommend this unit. It will be our first choice for future vacations to Gulf Shores.

Condo is stunning, stocked kitchen with a lot of space & storage. Great view, nice patio furniture, comfortable beds & linens seem practically new. Condo was very clean & ready when we arrived!! Ice maker very appreciated especially during July 4th week. Kids loved the waterslide! Ikes Beach Rental needs improving but this is no reflection on condo. Front desk not very helpful- parking passes are not available after 5 & check not before 4:30. Don’t dare show up outside their hours. They will make it very clear 9-5 only! Property Management emailed check in & check out instructions, door code which is all you need. Amazing Condo!!! Highly recommend! I will say that the pictures don't do this place justice (and the pictures are awesome)!The location is PERFECT! It is within walking distance to restaurants and shops (less then a mile). If you want to get further than Gulf Shores "downtown" you'll want to bring a vehicle. Everything listed in the descriptions is 100% accurate! The kitchen is WELL stocked! You will want to bring a dish cloth and kitchen towels. The wet bar has every kind of glass you'll need for your drinking pleasures! The ice maker at the wet bar does make a lot of ice and it tends to spill over when you open the door to the ice maker, but we laid a hand towel down to catch the ice and then just folded that up and dumped the ice in the sink. Easy fix! The unit was super clean, everything worked. There's a full size washer and dryer in the hallway that's easy to operate and worked like they should!The views aren't even describable. You're up so high and you can see for miles. It's truly amazing!Beach access is literally right out your back door! The beach area is impeccable and well kept! The pool area is amazing as well. There are plenty of chairs around the pool area, should you want to take a break from the white, powdery sand. This will be the place I rent going forward and a HUGE reason for that is Michael, the property manager. From my first phone call to make my deposit, to the day we checked out, he was AMAZING!!! He is so patient and kind and so willing to do whatever is necessary to make sure the stay is enjoyable! I wish I could go on and on about this place. It's THAT awesome! Do yourself a favor and book this place now! You WILL NOT be disappointed!
