About this property

Very comfortable house for 2/5 people. Regularly maintained and well equipped. Couples and families with children are welcome. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed because we are allergic to it. It consists of a living room (with sofa, TV, dining table, coffee table) with an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 3 beds 90 CM), a bathroom with shower and WC. The house has a courtyard at the front to store bikes and an enclosed garden at the back without any opposite.

Maison typique de bord de mer

location conforme à la description. Décorée avec goût.Le : produits d'entretien (même pour la lessive !), sacs poubelle, base pour cuisiner...un grand merci aux propriétaires pour les cadeaux d'accueil toujours appréciés.De plus le soleil était de la partie...

Erholsamer Aufenthalt am Meer

Angenehmes, hübsches und gut ausgestattetes Häuschen. Alles da, was man braucht. Hübscher kleiner Garten, sehr ruhig gelegen. Sehr nah zum Meer. 5 Minuten mit dem Rad zum sehr angenehmen Strand in la Bree, oder direkt über die Straße zum Strandabschnitt nahe Douhet. Zum Markt und centre village nach La Bree sind es max. 10 Min. per Rad. Hier gibt es alles für den täglichen Bedarf, Bäckerei, Lebensmittel und mehr, auch ein kl. Café. Sehr schöne Atmosphäre. In der anderen Richtung kommt man vom Haus aus in 15 Min. zu Fuß an den Hafen von Douhet, wo es verschiedene sehr gute Restaurants gibt. Alles in allem ein super Standort und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Très agréable séjour à deux pas de la plage

Très belle semaine à la bree les bains. La maison est proche de toutes les commodités et confortable. A deux pas de la plage ce qui est très pratique avec les enfants, et a moins de 15 min de la côte côté chaucre et domino. Le marché de la brée tous les jours en été permet de faire ses courses de produits frais et locaux.

Gemütliches familiäres Charente-Häuschen

Wir haben zum wiederholten Mal unseren Urlaub in diesem gemütlichen Haus auf der Ile d´Oléron verbracht. Es war wie gewohnt sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die gemütliche Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir können die Crêperie am Hafen von Douhet empfehlen und natürlich das Café du Commerce am Eingang der Fußgängerzone von St Pierre d´Oléron. Wer Craftbeer mag, sollte beim Direktverkauf des lokalen Bierbrauers "Les Naufrageurs" vorbeischauen. Sehr urig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Die FeWo war perfekt für eine Auszeit. Alles vorhanden wie beschrieben, super Lage mit viel Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!! Die Küchenausstattung(Besteck/Kochgeschirr) könnte erneuert werden. Bettdecken sowie Schonbezüge waren leider nicht gewaschen. Haben wir dann gemacht, da auch Waschmaschine und Pulver vorhanden sind. Der zu Fuß 3min entfernte Strand, ist unserer Meinung nach der Schönste. Es war rundum ein sehr toller Aufenthalt!

Geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Schön gelegene Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Bei herrlichen Sommerwetter haben wir hier zwei angenehmen Wochen verbracht.

Wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren nun bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem hübschen Haus auf der Ile d´Oleron. Es war ein Gefühl, als würde man nach Hause kommen. Sehr netter Empfang durch das Ehepaar, das das Haus verwaltet! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Sehr gemütliches Haus in Laufdistanz zum Strand!

Wir haben uns in dem Häuschen sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist geschmackvoll und hübsch eingerichtet. Die kleine Küche bietet alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Alles sehr sauber! Die Lage ist gut, man braucht aber schon ein Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sejour tres agreable.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation de la location a 2 pas de l ocean, l environnement calme et l amenagement de la maison pour des vacances reussies. Propriété très propre a notre arrivee. Nous aurons plaisir a y retourner pour un nouveau séjour sur l ile.

Superbe vacances

Charmante maison au calme, le jardin est charmant petit plus pour la cuisine extérieure Tous le nécessaire s'y trouve. Idéal pour une famille avec 2/3 enfants. Merci pour les petits cadeaux de bienvenue qui ont été appéciés par les adultes et par les enfants. Nous reviendrons c'est certain.

Superbe séjour

La maison est très propre, très agréable à vivre et joliment décorée, on sent que les propriétaires y ont mis du coeur. La situation était parfaite pour nous, dans un environnement calme et tout près d'une charmante plage (5 minutes à pied). Le jardin nous a permis de prendre nos repas à l'extérieur. Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Ravissante maison à 100m de la mer

Location parfaite, très propre, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, côté vaisselle rien ne manque, c'est un plaisir de cuisiner ! Situation idéale à 100m de la mer au fond d'une impasse donc pas de bruit. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très à l'écoute. Il y a un tas de documentations sur la région, sites à visiter, restaurants, plages, pistes cyclables. Ces 15 jours se sont merveilleusement bien passées. Adresse à conserver

De bonnes vacances malgré quelques inconvénients..

Une maison fonctionnelle et au calme mais un manque de propreté à notre arrivée (vaisselle, sol et coussins tâchés) c'est dommage ! Sans oublier un voisinage peu sympathique malheureusement ! Merci pour le petit cahier de recommandations laissé par la famille (restaurants...) judicieux et de bons conseils. Nous avons apprécié le phare de Chassiron, St Denis et Château d'Oléron.

Maison idéale

Jolie maison bien équipée et bien située

Nous avons trouvé cette location très bien. La maison est bien équipée et confortable. Il y a une petite plage à quelques pas. Nous étions une famille avec 2 enfants en bas âge et nous avons trouvé le jardin très pratique. L'accueil a été effectué par un couple très gentil et de bon conseil. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cette jolie maison.
