All utilities are included along with a bi-weekly and on-demand cleaning service to meet you needs. Washer and Dryer facilities located across the street. Location is perfect & quiet. Only 5 minutes to most Nikiski based corporate headquarters, public beaches, fishing, indoor public pool, rec/fitness center, ice rink, grocery store and restaurants. However, still close to Captain Cook State Park, Kenai, Soldotna and more!

We have options: Multiple Suites so call for availability! Beautiful new Cabin and simple dry cabin in heart of Sterling’s fishing country also possible! Dry RV Spaces available upon request.
