Entrance: cupboard (wardrobe, shelves), iron, vacuum cleaner.
Living room: BZ sofa bed, CD radio player, flat screen TV and DVD player.
Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and grill, fridge, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine.
1 separate bedroom: 1 140cm bed, 2 bunk beds.
Bathroom: WC corner. Shower, washing machine and electric towel dryer.
Balcony: 1 teak table and 2 chairs.

Appartement tres bien placé, a proximite des commerces, des restaurants, et point de depart de nombreuses promenades, activités, etc. Tres bien équipé, il ne manque absolument rien !! Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Seul petit point a preciser la conciergerie n’est pas dans l’immeuble comme je l’avais imaginé , il faut se rendre dans un commerce du Mont Dore ( a 200 m, ce n’est rien mais quand on ne le sait pas...😉) Je recommande cet endroit. Et quelle belle region!

Repos et découverte

Venant du Sud et en plein mois de juillet,nous cherchions un coin de France à découvrir mais plus frais que notre région. Nous avons fait le bon choix.L'Auvergne et le Mont Dore sont magnifique. Les paysages, la ville, les loisirs, la gastronomie sont à recommander. Notre appartement était parfait,très bien équipé,très bien situé,au calme, avec une vue magnifique sur la montagne. Très bon séjour, à renouveler.

Très bien pour un long week-end

Nous avions réservé ce logement pour un long week-end en hiver (5 jours). Tous c'est bien passé, l'appartement est très bien équipé en vaisselle, couvert, etc... Pour une arrivée tardive, il y a une boîte à clés et ça c'est top !

séjour au Pradets- Mont Dore

Appartement conforme au descriptif : très bien équipé; Un plus : garage couvert fermé à clé. Un moins : à notre arrivée: chauffage pas mis en route ( séjour du 7 au 12/12/22) Très bonne relation téléphonique et par sms avec la propriétaire...qui a à cœur que le séjour se passe au mieux.

Une super location, un très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Idéalement placé pour parcourir la chaîne des volcans, le puy de Sancy. Centre ville du mont dore à 2 mn à pied, idéal pour passer les soirées tranquillement dans ce village. Je recommande vivement

Séjour impeccable

Le logement pour 4 est impec. Très commode, le petit plus pour le lave vaisselle très pratique. Appart près du centre à 5 min à pied et 5 min en voiture du Sancy. Si on revient, on relouera sans problème ce logement.

Un pied à terre agréable proche de tout

Le massif du Sancy est un trés bel endroit. Nous y allons chaque année. La location est de qualité. Située juste en bordure du centre - ville tout en étant au calme et sans les difficultés de stationnement. On va vite partout. A noter que le funiculaire pour le Capucin est à 100 mètres. Porte pour de belles randonnées sans avoir à prendre la voiture. L'appartement est spacieux et de qualité. Avec une belle loggia. Malgré une météo épouvantable : 6 jours de pluies ininterrompue et de nombreuses choses fermées - en juillet ... ( comme Royatonic espace thermoludique que nous avions programmé vu la pluie )nous garderons un bon souvenir de la location. Propriétaires trés à l'écoute.

Absence de la personne qui devait nous accueillir. Seuls contacts par sms le jour de notre arrivée et la veille de notre départ. Nous réclame 7.5 euros à déposer sur la table avant notre départ (somme correspondant à la taxe de séjour et déjà payée sur votre site). Inventaire et propreté à revoir

L’appartement est propre bien équipé dans une résidence très bien entretenue avec gardien le garage est appréciable la résidence est calme et située à proximité du centre. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et réponde rapidement. Perso nous reprenons cette appartement cet hiver

We stayed here for a week. A great apartment with everything that you need and near to the bus stop for the free navette to the ski resort of Mont dore. A 5 minute walk into the town of Mont dore with all the amenities. The person that gave us the keys was very pleasent and helpful. We recommend and would love to come back. Thank you Nous sommes resté ici pendant une semaine. Super appartement très bien équipé et situé juste à côte de l'arrêt pour la navette gratuite pour aller à la station de ski. C'est très bien situé à proximité de la ville de Mont Dore. Super accueil de la personne qui remet les clefs. Nous recommande et nous reviendrions. Merci

Le Mont Dore est bien située dans un cadre où les montagnes sont présentent partout où se posent les yeux. Station accueillante et calme. Belles promenades à faire lorsque la marche ne nous pose pas problèmes. Sorties en voiture proches parkings faciles. Séjour à refaire

Très bien, bonne situation , confortable et au calme. Le petit point négatif est le robinet de l'évier de la cuisine qui descend trop bas dans le bac , pas facile pour nettoyer une casserole , même si il y a le lave vaisselle...
