Wonderful, quiet, lots of pools and sun

We loved the location of this condo. It was beautiful overlooking the cactus garden. It was very quiet and hard to know anyone else lived there! We loved the pools and the stores within walking distance. Katie was great in communication and helping us with anything we needed. Highly recommend.

Hidden Paradise

When I first walked in this condo, my initial impression was “cozy”. It is very clean and has everything you need. There are shopping for groceries, restaurants, and a Target (just to mention a few) within walking distance from the complex. This condo has an assigned covered parking stall and also an elevator as the condo is located on the 3rd floor. I appreciated the convenience of a walk-in shower, the ADA toilet in the bathroom and the outlets in base of the lamps located in the living room as well as the bedroom. In addition, there are full size washer and dryer in the unit. There are ample plush towels for both bath and pools. Did I mention there are FIVE pools to choose from? If you feel like working out, there is fitness center as well. All eating and cooking utensils are provided. Dishes, drinking and wine glasses, coffee cups, travel mugs and pots and pans. There is also an ice maker in the freezer. The king size bed was very comfortable so much so it was hard to get out of bed every morning. The complex has a security gate as you enter and a secured pedestrian gate to go in and out should you decide to walk. I never had issues with the Direct TV and wifi. Kristie provides an information binder which includes points of interest in the surrounding areas as well as a map of the complex. This place truly is a hidden gem. You will not be disappointed.

Fabulous February in Phoenix !!

Our stay at this property exceeded our expectations ! Impeccably clean and thoughtfully provisioned, our condo was comfortable in every way. The Anasazi community is beautiful, friendly, serene and was close to everything we needed or wanted. We received prompt attention from the owner for the few needs/ questions we had.
