About this property

Lake of the Woods - quiet waterfront cabin, great fishing

500 sq ft guest cabin on very private treed 2.5 acre lot. Surrounded by water and crown land, with sheltered dock. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Circular driveway with parking for boat trailers. Room for 2 additional boats at the dock.

5 minute drive to amenities in Sioux Narrows. 15 minutes to White Moose golf course and Sioux Narrows Provincial Park.

Fantastic fishing lake with guides available in the area. Clear swimming water right off the dock. 2 kayaks and life jackets available with a signed waiver. Explore the islands nearby and Sioux Narrows Provincial Park directly across the lake.

No indoor smoking.

There are stairs down to the dock followed by a path that has a moderate incline with rocks and roots (doable in flip-flops but not ideal for folks with mobility issues).

Fully stocked kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, and BBQ provided. TV with DVD player and kids movies. Starlink WIFI (usually reliable). Drinking water, firewood, and lawn chairs provided.

Sleeps 5 comfortably, max 5 (queen bed + 2 single beds + sofa bed).

Note that there are security cameras on the driveway and down by the dock facing the boats. We have 2 dogs (a double-doodle and a labradoodle) who run loose on the property.

Peaceful retreat in the Canadian Shield
This is a lovely little cottage on a very quiet, peaceful property overlooking LOTW. Ideal for a couple plus a few kids. Very clean and well maintained.

Lovely stay on Lake of the Woods
Cute little guest cabin with everything we needed for our get-away. Even though the days were warm, the cabin remained comfortable due to good ventilation and cross breeze. Enjoyed the deck and lounge chairs. Nice large gas barbecue. Very private and quiet, close to Souix Narrows attractions. Be careful for poison ivy close to the walking paths.

We brought our canoe and enjoyed paddling the bay where the cabin is located, and the greater Sioux Narrows area. Perfect cabin to getaway and unwind.
