The villa "La Croisette" classified 3 stars, is located south of Aubenas just 1. 5 km from the city center and near the village of Saint Etienne de Fontbellon.
A bright Architect house, with its large windows, ideally installed in nature and modern furnished.
You will have in a large enclosed property, a detached house with PRIVATE HEATED POOL just for you. This villa with a capacity of 6 people, enjoys a quiet location on a plot of land of about 8000m² widely planted. It offers wonderful views of the surrounding countryside, yet is only 800m from the shops and restaurants.
There is a small grove south of the villa, an alley of pine trees to the north which borders the pool, and to the west a relic of the time spent with a majestic viaduct.
Our property is ideally situated between the Ardèche Mountains (Mount Gerbier rushes, Issarlès lake, waterfall-pic Ray, basaltic flows, ...) and the gorges of the Ardèche, with its magnificent natural sites (Pont d ' arc, Orgnac, the Pont d'arc cave, etc ...)
From the property you have direct access to hiking and biking trails. Possibility to play tennis in the village (500m)
The possible activities are numerous especially with canoeing in the natural reserve of the gorges of Ardeche.
The best sights with the sinkholes, the typical villages :, Antraigues (Jean Ferrat), Labeaume, Ruoms, Balazuc, Thueyts, Vals les Bains spa town, Thines, Banne, etc ...
Finally you will stroll the markets of Provence Aubenas, Vals and Joyeuse and enjoy the local products (wine, goat cheese, chestnuts, nougat ...).

Excellentes vacances

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. La maison est très bien aménagée, le jardin fleuri, la piscine tout est réuni pour passer d'excellents moments. Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis très gentiment et ont été de bons conseils concernant la région et les commerces alentour.

Fantastische plek!

Zeer aardige ontvangst met goede uitleg over het huis. Fijn huis, groot genoeg en alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Heel fijn verwarmd zwembad met daarbij een toilet en een douche. Handig is de grote supermarkt dichtbij. Fantastische plek voor je vakantie!

Séjour agréable en Ardèche

La maison est situé en haut de Saint Étienne de Fontbellon, joli village aux portes d'Aubenas avec tous les commerces à proximité. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée avec une vaste piscine, bien entretenue et chauffée à 27 degrés. Le jardin était vaste avec des oliviers et diverses oiseaux le matin qui venaient nous saluer(picvert, huppe, geais)Table de ping pong, jeux de boule ont bien occupé les enfants. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur charmant accueil et bienveillance avec du rosé et plusieurs boissons fraîches dans le frigidaire à notre arrivée. En raison de la canicule, dormir était difficile sans climatisation. Plusieurs ventilateurs ont fait le bonheur de mes enfants. En résumé, un excellent séjour dans une belle propriété que je recommande vivement. Famille W.

Belle propriété au calme, avec grande piscine. Idéalement située en sortie d’Aubenas, tout en etant a proximité a pieds des commerces et sur la route des sites touristiques Ardechois. La maison est tres propre et les proprietaires tres courtois.

Très bel écrin

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour à Aubenas chez Michele et Léon DEPREZ, lesquels ont eu la gentillesse de nous accueillir avec une journée d'anticipation (nuit facturée évidemment) pour nous permettre d'avoir moins de monde sur la route, et ont pris le temps de nous présenter l'endroit, son fonctionnement, et son entretien (notamment la gestion de la piscine, son usage, sa maintenance). Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de la maison (proche d'un tout petit centre avec pâtisserie et des accès routiers, et à quelques minutes en voiture du centre d'Aubenas), le très grand jardin (beaucoup de places pour jouer avec nos enfants de 6 et 8 ans), la piscine très agréable et bien orientée (avec douche et sanitaires à proximité sans avoir besoin de rejoindre l'intérieur de la maison), la terrasse et son BBQ, et enfin l'organisation des chambres (3 chbres à l'étage, une 4ème au rdc avec sdb attenante, idéale pour le couple parents). Nous avons également eu accès à de nombreuses activités à proximité (même si les km sont parfois longs en routes ardéchoises). Nous conseillons vivement cette belle location et aurons peut-être la chance d'y revenir. Merci !

Wonderful stay in the Ardeche

We had a wonderful stay. Leon and Michelle were very helpful on check in and before that, and the house was ideal. A perfect location for exploring the stunning ardeche region, while having the luxury of a lovely house and pool for our chill out days. The local ameneties ar excellent with wonderful bakeries nearby, and a hypermarket very close to the house. The local towns, such as Vögue, Val Les Bains and Aubenas are beautiful. We had a fantastic holiday

Lovely house in a beautiful area

From the start of our visit to the end, everything was great. We were made very welcome by the owners on arrival, who took the time to explain everything to us, and were happy to answer any questions during our stay. The house is lovely, nice and simple but has everything we needed. The main draw for us was the privacy of the property and the extensive garden and pool, which we made good use of. The house is close to Aubenas and its restuarants and bars, as well as beautiful local towns, villages, the Ardeche river and many other attractions. There is so much to do in the area - if you're willing to travel a bit further for a day out, Avignon is an easy drive away, as well as the Cote du Rhone wine area, as well as the Ardeche wine region. All in, a great place to stay.

Sehr schönes Areal, toller Pool, großzügiges Haus

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig gebaut, gut ausgestattet und lässt sich komplett mit Jalousien gegen die Sommersonne schützen. In der Küche ist alles zur Selbstverpflegung vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der große Kühlschrank, den man im südfranzösischen Sommer wirklich braucht! Es gibt insgesamt 3 überdachte Terrassen zur Auswahl (davon 1 am Pool), so dass immer ein schattiges Plätzchen vorhanden ist. Auf dem Außengelände ist genug Platz für Fussball- und andere Bewegungsspiele der Kinder. Der Pool ist geheizt und sehr gut gepflegt. Sehr schön auch die neu vorhandene Dusche und Toilette am Pool! Wir werden sicher noch einmal wiederkommen, wenn die Kinder größer sind!!!

Très bon accueil : merci à M. Me DEPREZ ! Maison très agréable , au calme, très bien équipée et très propre avec de grands espaces intérieurs et un grand terrain très agréable. Il fait bon vivre à la villa "La croisette" dans une région où les visites de sites et de villages et les randonnées sont nombreuses et...magnifiques ...et variées. Enfin tout pour réussir des vacances familiales !

Vacances au calme

Maison bien équipée et fonctionnelle avec un très grand terrain sans vis à vis: super agréable, surtout quand on vient d'une grande ville. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine et du terrain: soirée apéritif dans le pré (très agréable). Commerces de proximité à quelques minutes à pied. Nous avons profité de notre séjour pour faire une descente en kayak de la rivière du pont d'arc (très sympa) et visiter la réplique de la grotte Chauvet (assez touristique, mais cela vaut vraiment le coup). Bref, un très bon séjour ! En plus, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques : ils donnent de bons conseils sur les visites et ballades à faire, les magasins dans les environs...

Magnifique vacances

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances. La maison est très bien équipée. Le grand terrain et la piscine ont fait le bonheur de tout le monde. C'est très tranquil et calme. De plus très bien située des commerces, du centre d'Aubenas et des attractions touristiques qu'offre l'Ardèche. Nous recommandons vivement cette destination et cette propriété. conforme en tous points

Extérieur immense et bien entretenu, piscine chauffée (presque nécessaire lors de notre séjour), maison conforme aux photos et descriptifs. Electroménager et ustensiles divers présents et de bonne qualité. Propriétaires prévenants. Du fait de la taille du terrain, très calme et aucun vis a vis, le pont sur la photo est un vestige et n’entraîne aucune nuisance. Présence de jolis villages alentours, commerces très proches.
