Beautiful Toledo Apartment With Private Terrace And Parking
This is a fantastic apartment in the heart of the historic (casco) area of Toledo. It couldn´t be situated in a better place. The Cathedral is less than 100 metres away, the Alcazar less than 200 metres. There is a small amount of on street parking and a garage space is available (email us for details).
The apartment is on the first floor and has 3 double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and the other bedroom has a double. Best of all the apartment has a terrace with beautiful views of the city. See the photos!!
This is an duplex apartment and two of the bedrooms are in the roof. There are two bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs and both have a shower. The living room is lovely and has a beautiful leather sofa and a 50' television. Also included is a kettle, toaster, microwave and a washing machine. All sheets and towels are provided. We have also provided a small selections of books so you can relax after a hard day exploring this truly beautiful, historic city.

Hi, we are Concha and Danny, Concha is a Spanish Doctor and Danny is an English teacher. We can both speak Spanish and English and we would love to welcome you to stay at our fantastic apartment. We have tried to make this a home from home and have included lots of home comforts to help you relax as much as posible when you are not exploring our beautiful town Toledo. If you have any questions please let us know, we can help with airport transfers and taxis, advice on where to go and what to see, if you have children or babies we can also help as we are big kids ourselves and we have a 2 year old baby! We are looking forward to having you visit.
Why they chose this property
This is a fantastic three (3) bedroom apartment that sleeps six adults comfortably and if you have children, could sleep eight if the kids are happy to be on a sofa bed. There are 3 double rooms and a double sofa bed. The house is in the historic Casco area of Toledo and as well as 3 double bedrooms also has a beautiful lounge and a terrace with spectacular views of Toledo and the river. There is one double bed and 4 individual beds, 2 in each room. The property is situated in the heart of Toledo and benefits from a garage space in the same building. There is also a small amount of on Street parking available and there is a public parking within 200 metres.
What makes this property unique
The house has a beautiful private terrace with spectacular views, a kettle, hair-dryer, DVD player and DVDS, books in both Spanish and English, 2 bathrooms with a shower in each. Free WIFI, a nespresso coffee machine and all the other amenities you would expect including plates, cutlery, fridge freezer, washing machine, pans and of course clean linen and towels. If you are staying for a week, the cleaner will come on the third or fourth day to clean the flat and change the towels and sheets.
