This is one private 7 bedroom in downtown Athens: space, style, & convenience (not to mention the best views of the nearby Acropolis). There are beds for up to 20, 6 bathrooms, and sun-soaked spaces to dine inside and out.

When Basil and I are in Athens we do have our own studio in the building - it's on the terrace level - the 2nd level of the property, so you may see us around (and we're always happy to chat & answer any questions in person if you'd like to meet us!)
LOCAL LIVING

Our Acropolis View Sky Villa offers luxury living in one of the best neighborhoods in Athens, giving you the chance to really live like a local.

Join your neighbors for a coffee outside in one of the 4 city squares, then follow your nose to the two nearby farmers’ markets. You’ll also find cafes, pastry shops, and authentic Greek restaurants right outside your door.

Then, when culture calls, it’s a short walk or tram ride to the city’s best museums and archeological attractions.
Our guests have exclusive use of the terrace, BBQ, sunbeds and outdoor dining and living areas. (We may or may not be on the property, we do maintain our office/studio on site, so you might see us there if we're in town.)

Up to 6 couples traveling together love that they can each have their own private bedroom and bathroom, while enjoying the spacious indoor and outdoor living areas to gather together pre and post sightseeing.

Retreat and study groups enjoy the spacious Sky Villa as a place to sleep and study - with 7 bedrooms and 6 baths - the Sky Villa is like having their own private boutique hotel with the extra comforts of home.

NOTE: Bedrooms 6 & 7 are part of an adjoining suite - they have a sliding door between them. Each room has it's own full bathroom with a walk in shower.

While the open concept living space accommodates 16 to dine indoors, it’s the outside options that really wow our guests. The inviting wraparound balcony beckons guests to kick back with a morning coffee as the city awakes below on the treelined boulevard.

For that special occasion, why not celebrate on the roof terrace? Exclusively available to Sky Villa guests. Meaning those sun loungers, BBQ grill, seating for 20, and views of Mount Lykavittos and the whitewashed rooftops of Athens are all yours.

We’ve made sure every detail is covered to create a perfect mix of home comfort and vacation pampering. Think high thread-count linens, organic Greek bath products, fluffy robes, wifi, and unlimited international phone calls - and you’re halfway there.

We’ve also imported Sealy Posturepedic mattresses, ensuring a great night’s sleep for everyone. And US-style charging stations for you can't-be-without devices. Plus, the full-sized appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, and separate dryer) make sure entertaining still feels like vacation.
