Beautiful Home and Location

My family enjoyed a stay in this beautiful home the week of Christmas. There were four adults and a 3 year old. The kitchen was honestly the best stocked kitchen of any rental I’ve ever stayed in! It also had a lot of “toddler friendly” amenities that made it much easier for our family. The location to River Run was perfect. Just walk across River Run Road and it’s a straight shot to the Gondola. April, the host was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Great Stay in Keystone, CO

The townhome is an excellent location with easy walking access to river run gondola, restaurants, and activities. We visited Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, and Breckinridge which were all within 10-30 minutes drive. The house had everything we needed and the host was quick to respond to a few initial questions we had after check in. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again without a doubt.

Wonderful place!

We had a great time and the condo was wonderful! We didn’t realize there was no air conditioning :) but got fans out and opened the windows and doors and it cooled down. The pool and hot tub were always very busy so we weren’t able to enjoy that. Wish there was a hot tub on the property, that would be my only complaint. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay!!

Great Keystone Condo

Great property near River Run Village in Keystone. Clean/modern/updated. More than enough space for our family of 4. We had a great stay here over Spring Break 2022. The only thing that would make this property more perfect would be a hot tub on the lower rear patio but there is access to the Dakota House pool and hot tubs just a short walk away which our kids loved. Highly recommend this property.

Nice place with some considerations

resort fees, cleaning fees, processing fees, resort taxes add close to 30% to your overall cost of your stay so consider that when booking...not a ski in/ski out on this unit. the walk in boots and skis is a little hike from the unit to the chair so just be patient and take your time. Overall a nice new mountain/rustic unit.

Great place!

We loved our stay here- lots of room for our family of 6, comfy beds, and a good location! The only thing missing to make it perfect is a hot tub:). Ski lift within walking distance though we chose to drive due to having little kids in snow boots. Property manager very responsive and flexible when we asked to check in an hour early.

lots of room to spread out - super clean!

Loved this property - boys all had the downstairs and I had the upstairs :) The extra couch/sitting room downstairs was perfect. We had friends over for dinner and easily all sat around the big dining table and then enjoyed the firepit outside. Fireplace was wonderful also! Close to everything, easy to find. Host was very kind and communicative when we had accidentally parked more cars than allowed. Highly recommend!

Great Keystone Ski Rental

This is a perfect Covid rental. The townhouse has direct entry, and it's a 7 minute walk to River Run Gondola--no need to get on a shuttle bus. It's close enough to go home for a lunch. The property is well cared for and well stocked. In the morning, look for the sweet little fox sleeping under the tree right outside the bedroom window. We highly recommend it!

Great location

We had a great time at the River Run Townhomes. With 4 adults and 3 kids we had more than enough room. The location was perfect! We had kids at ski school in both locations and were easily able to walk to both or take the shuttle. The gondola is also easily walkable, especially if you pay $5 to store your skis there. The townhome was very clean and all of the bedding was super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Nearly perfect!

This property was beautiful, spacious and well appointed from the kitchen to the linens. Plenty of room to spread out with 6 adults and 2 kids. I would say the only thing we really missed was a hot tub on the property, especially after a long hike. The hot tub isn’t convenient and the pool is very small. With Covid-19 it and it’s limits, it was impossible to get a time slot to swim, even days in advance. So, a hot tub on site would be a terrific amenity. Other than that, we would most definitely stay again!!!

Perfect VR for Family Ski Trip

Love the property and was perfect for our family. We had a wonderful time lounging in the family room and cooking in the well equipped kitchen. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for our three boys.

I bought this house to share my love of these mountains with family and friends. It's large enough to hold two families with kids and its part of River Run Village - so you're close to restaurants, shops, and most importantly the gondola!

What makes this property unique

The property has an incredible view deck with a fire pit and grill, perfect for apres ski. There is a heated pool and two hot tubs in the community. It's right on the bike path, so in the summer you can bike to Lake Dillon or Breckenridge. In the winter, you're within 20-45 min from 7 major ski resorts: Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, Loveland, Vail, and Beaver Creek. Get an Epic Pass and ski at multiple resorts from a convenient home base in Keystone!
