After graduating from the University of Missouri, we both fell in love with Columbia, MO and decided to make it our home. We have now lived here for over 25 years and have no plans of leaving. We hope you will enjoy all that Columbia has to offer, just like we do!
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this historic property and knew we wanted to purchase it and make it our home. In a previous life, the house was known as the Taylor House Bed & Breakfast, popular among locals and visitors alike and used for events such as weddings, business meetings and reunions. After purchasing the home, we converted the main house back into a single family home, and maintain two separate apartments on the property. The historic charm is undeniable, and the close proximity to downtown Columbia, the University of Missouri and the MKT Trail is an added bonus!

The Taylor House was built in 1909 and is on the Historic Property Register.
