We want to provide your little LUXURIOUS paradise in Marrakesh: so we give you the full Riad to yourself and you can start to fully enjoy the peace and the tranquility of the Ancient Medina of Marrakesh, located just a stone-throw away from the hustle & bustle of the souks.

We offer a small luxurious & private Riad with your own EXCLUSIVE luxury suite in the Marrakesh Medina:

Lovely Little Riad in Marrakesh

Suitable for 4 adults - one room had a bathroom connected, the other had one outside the room but on another level. No big deal, but one couple would have to accept this. The dinner was amazing, and the service was great. Pierre was always available to answer questions and help with our stay. Close to the center square, which made it a great location. Thank you!

A lovey Riad from which to experience Marrakesh

Magical place

The Ryad es an amazing place !… well located in the heart of the medina and 5 minutes away from de main square . The house is beautifully decorated and with a lovely roof terrace where you can relax and have breakfast an dinners . Zineb cooks the most tasty food and she is very kind and helpful. Thank you .

Magnifique!

Ce riad, magnifiquement aménagé, est un véritable havre de paix au cœur de la médina. Tout était très propre lors de notre arrivée. Zineb, l'adorable personne qui s'occupe du logement, nous a préparé chaque matin de délicieux petits déjeuner, servis sur le toit terrasse:le bonheur! Si nous retournons un jour à Marrakech, notre pied à terre est déjà choisi :)

Great Riad in the Heart of Marrakech

A comfortable riad in the centre of the medina, convenient for all the major sites.

We enjoyed a very pleasant week in this peaceful and relaxing property only a few minutes away from the main central square of the medina. Fatima, Zohra and Ahmed looked after us royally with delicious meals and by keeping the whole property clean and tidy. Pierre the owner kept regular contact and arranged efficient transport to and from the airport that removed all the stress of finding the property in the small alleys of the medina. All in all I recommend this property highly, part of Marrakesh’s charm is it’s chaos and full on experience. The haven of the Riad and the wonderful team running it gave us the necessary downtime to recharge our batteries when needed. Thank you

100% recomendable en todos los sentidos

Hemos estado muy a gusto, la casa es perfecta para cuatro personas, la terraza una maravilla. La gente que te atiende desde Pierre al resto encantadores y predispuestos a ayudar. La situación inmejorable, cerca de la plaza, un lugar para empezar a perderse en el caos de Marrakech ideal.

Amazing ambience and elegance, step out of the door into shopping, eating, entertainment or history, be served by a lovely staff, the owner was reachable if necessary , but the place felt very safe. The locals are a warm , kind , generous people. Highly recommended this vacation paradise !

Außergewöhnliches Riad, toller Aufenthalt

Wir waren das erste Mal in Marrakesch. Das Riad ist wie beschrieben. Das Riad ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert worden und eingerichtet. Ein kleines Paradies.Der Vermieter und der Service vor Ort waren sehr freundlich, herzlich, sehr umsichtig, eben perfekt. Alles war auch sehr sauber. Wir haben den Aufenhalt sehr genossen. Wir können das Riad wärmstens empfehlen. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Marrakesch reisen sollten, kommen wir in diesen wunderbaren Ort zurück.

Magnifique séjour !

Très joli riad, idéalement situé. Nous n'avons que des raisons de le recommander. L'endroit est superbe : la décoration est raffinée. Le service proposé est discret et charmant : Zora est une excellente cuisinière. Pierre, le propriétaire, a été très disponible pour tous les conseils dont nous avons eu besoin. Merci à eux deux.

A wonderful oasis in the heart of the Medina

Completely as advertised. The Riad was comfortable, quiet, and beautifully furnished. The service was terrific and food prepared by Fatima and Zohara was a real highlight. The ability to enjoy the sensory overload of the Medina right outside the door and then retreat to this oasis made for a very enjoyable week.

Dear Pierre Thank you so much. We had a wonderful stay at your Riad. Service was excellent and the food prepared from Zohra and Fatima simply the best (sorry for the restaurant in Marrakech, to stay home was the better choice). We can only recommend your Riad. Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche im privaten Riad von Monsieur Pierre. Ruhig, sauber, exzellenter Service durch das Hauspersonal und Monsieur Pierre selbst, der immer und für alle Fälle telefonisch oder per Nachricht erreichbar war um unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Hausdamen Fatima und Zohra sorgten so gut für unser leibliches Wohl, dass wir auch abends gerne die von ihnen zubereiteten Gerichte genossen und die Angebote der Restaurants ausser Acht liessen. Wir können das Riad als zentral gelegenes, sehr ruhiges Haus bestens empfehlen. Danke für den umfassenden Service.

The Riad was lovely Very clean Fatima Zoha and Armad were brilliant would do anything to help you

The Riad was fine and central to the main square (Whitch has to be visited at night) the only problem could be for elderly persons is there are two sets of narrow stairs without a hand rail up to the first floor and roof terrace which isn't mentioned. Un Riad d'exception !!

Séjour de 3 nuits Tout d'abord un grand merci à Pierre, Zorha, Fatima et Ahmed pour ce séjour. Si Pierre est au comande par téléphone, courriels... il s'appuit sur une équipe de choc sur place... Un taxi vous attend à l'arrivée à l'aéroport (prestation sup de 150 drh -14€). Prix très raisonnable qui vous permet une arrivée en toute tranquillité avant d'aiguiser les jours suivants votre capacité à négocier les prix... À la descente du taxi Ahmed vous attend et vous accompagne au Riad (environ 5mn) et prendra même en charge Mesdames votre valise. A l'arrivée au Riad Zorha vous attend avec un thé marocain, des amandes, des dates...puis vous fait visiter les trois niveaux du Riad. La première impression d'ensemble est une sensation d'harmonie oú l'on se sent bien. La décoration et le mobilier sont de très bon goût. La propreté est remarquable. Cet accueil se poursuit par un repas en terrasse. Option que nous avions pris avec ma femme (nous sommes arrivés en fin de journée). Il faut compter 150 drh/personne. Entrée / plat / dessert. Pierre vous envoie à l'avance une dizaine de propositions avec des suggestions. C'est excellent et le cadre est particulièrement appréciable. Le lendemain matin votre petit déjeuner vous attend sur la terrasse (jus d'orange avec des oranges pressées, crêpes marocaines...). Tout est parfait !! Les petits plus Avant votre arrivée Pierre vous envoie des suggestions d'excursions avec des liens, des adresses de restaurants... Ahmed vous donne un téléphone portable pour votre sejour avec les coordonnées de Pierre, Zorha.... pratique si vous avez le moindre problème durant vos déplacements Pierre vous appelle à distance le premier soir pour savoir si tout se passe bien Pour conclure à la question est-ce que vous recommanderiez ce Riad, je répondrai : c'est déjà fait !! Très bon séjour à toutes et tous Christophe

I wanted to create a space of tranquillity, calm and relaxation in the midst of the madness and frenzy of the Medina of the Marrakech which I fell in love with since the year 2000.

My team and I want to offer to you and enchanting, fresh, calm, relaxing house in Marrakech right in the centre of the Medina, 2 minutes away from the Main Square Jema El Fna.
