About this property

Luxury home with stunning lake views

Our home has a stunning view of the Lakes of Killarney. It has been recently completely renovated, with every modern convenience and enjoys a very tranquil setting.

The open plan living/ dining area provides panoramic views of the lakes and mountains. After a day touring, our home would provide a welcome retreat whilst curled up near the wood burning stove. Guests would enjoy the peacefulness and tranquillity of dining whilst gazing out at the magnificent lakes.

There are 3 bedrooms, with an ensuite in the master bedroom. The master bedroom also has 2 large windows overlooking the lakes- what a marvellous view to wake up to!
Located just 4kms from the centre of Killarney town, in a quiet locality, it is an ideal base from which to tour the magical kingdom of Kerry.

Our home is set in the beautiful countryside, yet it is only a very short drive to all the wonderful amenities that Killarney town has to offer.

Our home has been lovingly finished to the highest standard with ample parking onsite.

We live nearby so we can be easily contacted during your stay.

As we are located in the countryside guests would need a car during their stay.

Wonderful Stay

Great house and location!
One of the best VRBO experiences I've had. Tara and Paul provided excellent service. We very much appreciated meeting them to get questions answered quickly about the house, and also get suggestions on things to do while we were there. The house was perfect. It was a great place to slow down, relax, and take in the lovely views, but also a quick 10 minute drive to town. Would highly recommend staying there and would definitely come back and stay there again!

Man kann es kurz machen: Das Objekt ist top! Exakt so, wie beschrieben. Die Lage war für uns optimal. Ruhig (mit grandiosem Ausblick) aber doch so zentral, dass man in 5 Minuten in der Stadt ist. Aber das Beste sind die Vermieter Tara und Paul. Wir haben noch nie (!) in den letzten Jahrzehnten so nette, hilfsbereite und herzliche Vermieter erlebt. Sie kümmern sich um alles, haben auf jede Frage die passende Antwort und sind einfach nur super. Allein wegen Tara und Paul kommen wir noch einmal zurück.

SCHÖNES Haus mit mega Aussicht
Wir wurden von den Gastgebern freundlich empfangen. Sogar Kaffetabs und Chipse und Schokolade gehörten dazu. Tara und Paul beantworteten uns alle Fragen. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. braucht unkompliziert

Much needed getaway
The Killarney area provided a centrally located point to enable our family to visit the southwestern portion of the country. And this property felt as though we were far from civilization yet, in reality, we were just a short distance from markets, restaurants, and the roads. The grand view of the lake, hills, and the horizon were spectacular.

Perfect place near Killarney
This was the perfect place for my family (4 adults) for our stay in Killarney. The house has everything you could need and is an easy drive into town. We enjoyed getting back each night to take in the sunset view of the lake, town, and mountains right out front. Tara and Paul were so welcoming, taking time to greet us and share many great recommendations locally, as well as tips for other places we went after Killarney. They helped make Ireland feel like home! The house was exactly as listed, the perfect amount of space for us, and easy to find. We loved Murphy’s for dinner and had a great breakfast on our way out at Manna. Killarney has so much to do and this house was the perfect home base to have quiet and a view while also easily accessing town and making a day trip to Dingle.

Five Star Accommodation in Beautiful Area
Everything about this stay was perfect. Tara and Paul are the most welcoming hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. The property is superb on every level, and commands wonderful views over the lakes and mountains. Killarney is simply a must visit place with all it has to offer, and being the gateway to three absolutely stunning peninsulas. Quite simply, it was the perfect holiday week.

I could stay here for a month
We had the absolute best time at Paul and Tara’s home. The view is spectacular. It is very quiet, tons of space and exceptionally clean. We were shocked at how many extras were in the home. It had a well stocked kitchen along with some of the basic needs (ie, spices). All appliances were fantastic. They even supplied laundry detergent, some milk and bread! Paul and Tara are exceptional nice people. They responded to our questions quickly and because we had trouble accessing their location online Tara came to find us and lead us to the house. I’m sad we had to leave. We have arrived at our next destination and the superb place of Paul and Tara’s just makes us feel like we should have stayed longer.

The perfect accommodation for Killarney
We were a group of 5 and the house was perfect for us. Tara and Paul were such great hosts. They gave us tips on what to do in and around Killarney and stayed in contact with us during our stay so we could ask them anything. We really enjoyed our days there.

Incredible stay!
Easily one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at! The house itself was in the perfect location, it had more than enough room for the two of us, and was very clean. The property owners, Paul and Tara, were also very kind and so nice to deal with! It’s clear they want their guests to enjoy their stay :) We would absolutely stay here again

The hosts of this house are awesome. The house has everything you need and is very clean. We made several dinners and breakfasts here and had everything we needed. We did a lot of touring and this house was the perfect location for all of Killarney and surrounding areas. Don’t miss crag caves when you’re here.

Great house in Killarney
We stayed at Tara & Paul’s house in Killarney in early September and it was truly as advertised. From the cleanliness of the house, to the well equipped kitchen and bathrooms to the hospitality offered by Paul & Tara. Everything was wonderful. We were given great recommendations and Paul & Tara even left a little welcome package for us in the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Killarney. We recommend it highly with no reservations…

This home is located above Killarney national park and the views are amazing. The house is very nice , incredibly clean, and has everything you need . The hosts Tara and Paul are so nice and very helpful. This is hands down the best VRBO experience we have ever had. I would 100% recommend this home . Wish we could stay longer . We can’t wait to get back to Killarney!!

We (2 sisters and hubbies 65 yrs) came all the way from California and had a lovely stay at this beautiful picturesque home. Killarney is a great town and exploring from the house is easy, but we didn’t really want to leave it! 4 days was not enough. It was great to meet you and explore your tips and National Park recommendations. We want to return as soon as we can
