Bonjour Arrivés le lundi 14 mars 2022 après 8 h de train le logement est très très sale Nous nettoyons en raison du covid avec des nettoyants apportés dans notre valise heuresement L'eau des robinets est de couleur marron rouillée Le lendemain nous contactons l'accueil avec des photos à l'appui de la baignoire remplie d'eau marron du lavabo de l'évier La personne de l'accueil nous reçoit catastrophee et accepte de nous reloger mais au 5 ème étage d'un bâtiment sans ascenseur Ayant un problème de santé cardiaque nous acceptons quand même Nous montons les bagages sans aide et devons refaire le ménage en arrivant Aucune mesure de prévention covid Aucun respect du locataire Un dédommagement serait le bienvenu
