The spacious wrap-around lanai offers outdoor dining with breath-taking sunset views. The unit has coffered ceilings in the Great Room, Dining Room and Dual Master Suites. Enjoy the 70" flat screen t.v. in the Great Room. All bedrooms are outfitted with King beds and flat screen t.v.'s. Zoned air conditioning throughout, plantation ceiling fans, cherry wood cabinetry and natural stone floors in the entry, kitchen and baths. The large kitchen has an island for casual seating, granite countertops and top of the line appliances. The Ridge at Wai'ula'ula is situated in a gated community at the highly desirable Mauna Kea Resort and within a mile of the world famous Mauna Kea and Hapuna white sand beaches. Guests will have access to the popular Hale Ikena Recreational Center, which features a wonderful infinity Baja edge pool, adult jacuzzi, toddler's pool, a fitness gym and spacious BBQ area. Also, by request a meeting room, function area with a kitchen and more. As a guest of the Mauna Kea Resort, you have access to the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel & The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort facilities which includes two magnificent beaches and swimming pools, two golf courses, nine tennis courts at Mauna Kea, as well as resort charging privileges at many of the hotel's restaurants, lounges and shops.
