Es una vivienda muy confortable que se queda a unos 400 metros de la playa. Muy cerca del centro, tiendas, restaurantes.
Del otro lado de la calle no hay viviendas, pues se queda un jardin con paseo para bicicletas. Pueden disfrutar sin problemas, principalmente los niños! Mascotas son admitidas.
Por eso, aqui tambien no hay problemas de aparcamiento en el Verano, pues hay muchas plazas para aparcar!
La vivienda esta toda equipada. Tiene sabanas, toallas, cubiertos y platos y todos los aparatos domesticos en la cocina.

It is a very comfortable villa that is about 400 meters from the beach. Very close to the center, shops, restaurants.
On the other side of the street there are no houses, as there is a garden with a bicycle path. They can enjoy without problems, mainly children! Pets are admitted.
Therefore, there are also no parking problems in the summer, as there are plenty of places to park!
The house is fully equipped. It has sheets, towels, cutlery and dishes and all domestic appliances in the kitchen.
