A free nature, vibrant yet subdued, this chalet enjoys peace and calm in an area away from the hustle and bustle of the world, yet from the famous town of Sitges, which is a 10-minute drive away.



HOW TO BOOK:

COMPLEMENT ON THE LOCATION:
Villa Sitges El Olivo requires a car. It is located in the urbanization Mas Mestre de Olivella. It is 10 minutes by car from Sitges, and 5 minutes by car from San Pere de Ribes. The urbanization is very residential. Restaurants, Bars and Supermarkets, food stores 5 minutes by car from the Villa. There is a Nautical Club with a bar, restaurant and tennis courts 10 minutes walk away but it is only open in summer.
A magnificent road will take you from Sitges to Villa El Olivo through the vineyards and fields.



PRESENTATION OF VILLA SITGES EL OLIVO.
Located in the center of the large landscaped area that surrounds it, it has three floors and is ideal for families seeking tranquility and nature, friends who want to share intimate and fun moments, groups who want to visit a cosmopolitan city or crowded town, but doze in placid environments covered by vegetation and a comfortable house, with a ground floor through which there is direct access to the large private pool. The shallowest part of the pool is 50 cm.


ACCOMMODATION:
The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, a wonderful garden with natural grass (450 m2), a XXL heated pool of 10 meters by 6 meters with a bench inside the pool (heated pool option at 26/30 degrees + €300/week) and beautiful views of the valley.
The house is located in the urbanization -Mas Mestre-, a coastal and residential area with a magnificent view of the Olivella hills, with capacity for 8/10 people.
The villa has 250 m2 and 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + outdoor shower + 1 toilet, distributed over 3 floors.

OUTSIDE THE VILLA:
Villa Sitges El Olivo is oriented South-West and the sun illuminates the villa, its garden and the pool throughout the day. In the middle of summer like the rest of the year (especially in winter), its very sunny orientation makes the outdoor areas of this villa very enjoyable.


The Porch area, near the kitchen, with BBQ, Chill-out, pool and sun loungers (8), all together is a very comfortable living area. From breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors, always in the sun.
Pool natural temperature: May: 23º, June: 24º, July-August-Sept: 29º to 30º, October: 22º. November: 20th. December: 19th. January: 16th. February: 15th. March: 19th, April: 22nd.
With the heated pool option, in Spring and Autumn we can offer a pool at 30º and at 26º in Winter/Christmas (depending on the outdoor season).

The second chill-out on the first floor has sails to protect you from the sun, and has a magnificent view over the entire valley. Two umbrellas replace the sails.

Sitges with its micro climate usually offers temperatures of 20 to 22º at noon from November to March. With its South-West orientation and because it is very sunny all day, Villa Sitges El Olivo is ideal for getaways of 3, 4, 5 days from November to March. Your rate is very tight in these periods.
The heated pool option offers, depending on the month, a pool between 25 and 30º. Ask for the option 10 days before to give time to heat the pool before your arrival.

MONTHLY RENT FROM 1 MONTH TO 5 MONTHS.

MAINTENANCE of Villa El Olivo:
Mention that the awnings of the upper chill-out are being repaired and for the moment there will be two umbrellas in their position.
In 2021 the sofas in the villa and its outdoor loungers such as the BBQ have been changed.
Every year the villa is reviewed in depth to provide the best services.

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stays, ensuring that you only pay for the services you truly need. Our basic rental fee includes everything necessary for an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add additional services, below are the extra costs for each:

IMPORTANT ASPECTS RELATED TO BOOKING, RATES, AND PAYMENTS:

1. Payment via Vrbo with Visa card incurs a 3% commission on the total amount.

2. Payment by bank transfer is accepted.

3. Vrbo Assistance Service is available with both payment methods.

4. Cleaning Costs: For stays up to one week, the cleaning fee is €325 at the end of the stay.
For two-week stays: Intermediate cleaning of 2 hours by 2 persons midway through the stay, cost €80. Complete final cleaning at the end of the second week, cost €350.
For three-week stays: Two intermediate cleanings (one halfway through the first week and another halfway through the second week), each costing €80. Complete final cleaning at the end of the third week, cost €350.

5. A Tourist Tax of €1 per adult per day is applicable for the first 7 days of stay.

6. In low season (October to April):
- Provision of €800 per month for water, electricity, and gas expenses, based on actual consumption.
- For weekly stays in low season, provision is €250 for water, electricity, and gas expenses, based on actual consumption.

Price: 350 € per week (200 € base price + 100 € for electricity based on actual consumption).

Monthly Option:
Price: 1,000 € per month (600 € base price + 400 € for electricity based on actual consumption).

8. Late Check-in:
- From 20:00 to 24:00: + €45.
- From midnight onwards: + €70.

9. A supplement of €100 per week is applied for pets.

10. The security deposit is €800.
