Schöne Tage in Tregastel

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Tregastel verbracht. Dieses Haus mit seinem großen Grunstück ist wunderschön, sehr behaglich eingerichtet, sehr ruhig gelegen und mit allem Notwendigen und mehr ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet für Ausflüge an die verschiedenen schönen Orte am Meer. Die ausgesprochen freundliche Gastgeberin hat uns viele gute Restaurantempfehlungen gegeben, so dass auch die kulinarische Seite dieser Urlaubswoche perfekt war. Bei einem nächsten Urlaub in Tregastel würden wir wieder diese Unterkunft wählen. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.

Très bonne situation pour visiter Trégastel et ses environs...Bréhat aussi. Bonnes relations avec Aude, propriétaire de la maison qui nous a bien accueillis. Vacances paisibles et agréables

Schönes gemütliches Haus in zentraler Lage

wir haben ein sehr angenehme Woche hier verbracht. Das Haus ist gemütlich und hübsch eingerichtet, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Das Bad ist ganz neu, im Anbau, der Durchgang dahin ist sehr niedrig (ca.1,60 m), aber zur Sicherheit mit Polstern an der Kante versehen (mich hat das Kopf-Einziehen trotz 1,82m nicht gestört). Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und herzlich und nebenan schnell zu erreichen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, per Rad 3 Minuten zum Zentrum/Bäcker, 3 Minuten zum Supermarkt, 5 Minuten zu diversen Stränden. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Un endroit calme, spacieux, très bien situé, proche de la côte, extrêmement propre. Idéal pour un séjour apaisant en couple ou une famille. Notre hôte était très accueillante, et tout à fait réactive lorsque nous avons eu besoin d’elle.

il s'agit d'une jolie maison locale bien aménagée très confortable on se croirait chez soi! la maison est proche des commerces ce qui permet d'y aller à pied le site de Trégastel se prête bien aux balades qui sont magnifiques Bref un super séjour avec une hôtesse très agréable

Dated and unsafe

Tregastel is a beautiful place, but I wouldn't rent this particular property again. As others have mentioned, the house is dated, with a very old kitchen and bathroom. In particular, the gas stove is ancient and there are no fire safety measures, no CO2 alarm, and I only found the smoke alarm hidden in a drawer near the end of our stay. As the only escape route from the bedrooms is a creaking wooden staircase, it is negligent not to have alarms fitted. The "enclosed" garden is also unsafe for small children - it has large gaps in the hedges which lead on to a road with traffic coming around blind corners, and there is a well at the end of the garden covered only by a flimsy-looking wire fence. More generally, the standard of accommodation was rather poor for the price we paid. There was wifi, but it wasn't very reliable and kept cutting out. The beds were uncomfortable and unusually short, the bedding smelled damp and made us sneeze. The parasol outdoors was tattered and the deck chairs mildewy. The sofa cushions and rug had not been cleaned for a long time. In general, a bit old and tatty, and not in a particularly "charming" way. There were extra charges for linen, towels and cleaning, and once we had paid the cleaning fee we were told we would actually have to do much of the cleaning ourselves (beds, floors, dishes, table, bins...). Although we complied, the owner then tried to take our entire deposit, claiming that there were crumbs on the sofa, that we had broken a lock (how??) and also broken her washing machine (it was working when we left). I've rented about 20 houses in France over recent years, and this one doesn't compare well. I've never lost any deposit previously, and never paid nearly so much for a property of this quality. If you read the owner's replies to some other reviews, you will perhaps get a sense of her attitude towards her guests. You have been warned!

Séjour agréable

Maison très agréable avec un petit bémol pour la salle de bain (baignoire peu pratique) mais très bien située pour partir se promener et profiter des magnifiques paysages. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Logement agréable à la cote de granit rose

Très bonne situation, à l'écart de la grand route mais proche du marché de Trégastel et de la cote de granit rose (plage du Tourony à 15min à pieds). Idéal pour partir en balades sur les différents itinéraires cyclables et randonnables du coin. Logement ancien mais fonctionnel et bien équipé. Séjour et chambres rénovés. Cuisine assez ancienne (cuisinière four à gaz d'il y a plus de 30 ans), sanitaires peu pratiques (baignoire et WC sous descente de toit, pas de douche) et pas adaptés aux personnes ayant des soucis de mobilité (attention à la marche et bien baisser la tête). Le jardin (pelouse) est très grand et bien clôturé (idéal pour laisser jouer les enfants). La propriétaire, très sympathique, fait tout ce qu'elle peut pour rendre service.

Sur la maison il n’y a rien à redire. Son équipement est excellent et son aménagement fait qu’elle est vraiment très agréable à vivre. Mais si c’était à refaire nous choisirions une maison plus proche de la plage ...

magnifique sejour sur la côte de granite rose

La maison avait énormément de charme, beaucoup de cachet, exactement ce que je m´etais imaginé, elle était en plus proche du centre. Nous avons été très heureux dans cette magnique région et la maison y a beaucoup contribué.

Ruhiges Haus auf großem Grundstück, gut gelegen, angenehme Abwicklung

Haus aus rosa Granit (passend zur Küste), Ausstattung angemessen, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr niedriger Durchgang zu Bad und WC, Badewanne vorhanden, aber Duschen im Stehen für normal große Personen nicht möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist im typisch bretonischen Stil gebaut. Trotz der Nähe zum Ortszentrum ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Innenausstattung komplett inkl. Geschirrspül- und Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und Warmwasserkocher. Wer kein WLAN braucht, mit der niedrigen Durchgangshöhe zu Bad und Toilette zurecht kommt und auch nichts gegen eine Dusche im Sitzen hat, der sollte sich hier sehr wohlfühlen. Neben dem Haus ist eine kleine Einfahrt, so dass ein Auto auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden kann. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, zwei Bäckereien am Ort in die andere Richtung in 6 Minuten zu Fuß (in der Nähe des Marktplatzes). Montags ist Wochenmarkt. Einer der größten, die wir bisher in Frankreich gesehen haben. Schön sind auch die Wochenmärkte in den Nachbarorten. Die Vermietungsagentur vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Strände und Landschaft sind toll. Wer gerne spazieren geht, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Kurz und gut: Wir waren mit unserer Wahl sehr zufrieden und können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Nicht für aeltere Personen geeignet

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und hat gute Ausgangslage fuer Ausflüge in die Umgebung . Der Beschreibung sollte jedoch hinzugefügt werden,dass Bad u. Toilette nur durch einen ca 1,70 m hohen Durchgang zu erreichen sind. Duschen kann man nur sitzend oder gebueckt. Ansonsten komplett und gepflegt eingerichtet.

Sehr nette, einfache Hütte in Tregastel. Hat alles was man braucht.

Gute Lage. 5 min zum Meer, 5 min zum Super U. Der Wochenmarkt in Tregastel ist unvergesslich. Vermieter sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Bettwäsche sollte mitgebracht werden, ist aber auch gegen ein Entgelt erhältlich. Die Endreinigung kann selbst durchgeführt werden. Kann den Ort, sowie das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Une maison très cosy!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette chaleureuse maison, très bien située à Trégastel et très bien équipée. Après de longues balades en bord de mer en cette période hivernale, nous avons beaucoup aimé retrouver ce logement très cosy. Nous avons aussi eu le plaisir de profiter des améliorations faites par la propriétaire qui ne figurent pas sur les photos de l'annonce. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Un excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ensoleillé sur la superbe Côte de Granite Rose. La maison est confortable et bien équipée. Le quartier est très calme, à 5 min à pied des commerces et du marché (lundi matin). Un plus : la terrasse ensoleillée (plein sud) et le jardin clos (pratique pour des enfants). Accueil très chaleureux de Céline, qui donne de bons conseils de visite et qui a été très disponible pour nous. Nous reviendrons!

Agréable location

Location très agréable, confortable et très bien équipée. Idéalement située pour accéder au centre bourg à pied mais aussi au bord de mer. Un hypermarché n'est pas très loin non plus. Location située au calme avec stationnement privatif pour la voiture. La pelouse est très appréciable avec sa terrasse où il est possible de faire un barbecue. Coté visite, la côte de granit rose de TREBEURDEN à PERROS GUIREC est à faire. C'est FABULEUX et MAGNIFIQUE. Location à recommander. Seul regret, la durée du séjour. Une semaine c'est trop court pour tout voir et visiter. Encore merci pour cette excellente semaine. J’espère y revenir un jour.

Maison très agréable

Nous (maman seule avec deux enfants 3 et 5 ans) avons passé 10 jours très agréable dans cette charmante maison tres bien conçue et très bien équipée. Les draps sont fournis pour 15 euros par lit, pas de serviettes, a prévoir donc dans la valise. Le quartier est parfait, proche du centre et du supermarché, proche de la mer et des centres équestres. Très agréable à vivre par temps ensoleillé comme par temps de pluie. Très très dommage que la cheminée ne fonctionne pas: la maison aurait été parfaite!! Cuisine tres équipée et très pratique. Salle de bain avec baignoire (pas de douche). Céline et Carole qui vous accueillent sont très aimable et compétente. La propriétaire habite une maison juste a coté. Je recommande vivement cette location!
