Charming wooden house located 600 m from the city center and 300 m from the beach of Trestrignel (one of the main beaches of Perros-Guirec) and Pors ar Goret (small sandy beach in a quiet area).

The house can accommodate 5 holidaymakers, has two bedrooms, a beautiful flower garden in a property with trees and with sea views.

The house, facing south, is surrounded by a beautiful wooden terrace and all modern comforts.

In winter, the wood stove will warm your evenings ... in summer, the barbecue will brighten up ...

We have an umbrella bed for the little ones and a high chair.

Was in all aspects outstanding! - straightforward and pleasant communication with Alexandra, our host - friendly reception - location in a very nice residental area - extremely quiet on a hill in a wonderful garden - no problems at all

Très bon séjour

Réservation prise sur 4 jours. Le logement est très agréable et calme. Notre hôte nous a très bien accueilli. Elle nous a présenté le logement ainsi que les activités possibles dans les environs. Sejour idéal. Je recommande.

wunderschöner Ausgangspunkt für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ermöglicht es zu Fuß den Ort zu erkunden und zum Strand zu gehen. Sie ist auch ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an der herrlichen rosa Granitküste. Die Gastgeber waren sehr sympathisch. Wir haben die Zeit in Perros sehr genossen.

Beautiful scenery and a lovely house

This house is perfect for a couple or small family and Alex is a friendly and communicative host. The Area is beautiful with many amazing beaches and great places to eat. Less mobile guests may have difficulty with the spiral staircase leading up to the bedrooms but it was fine for us. We would definitely like to return one day.

Très agréable séjour!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à la maison d’Alexandra. La maison est très bien équipée, très propre et très confortable. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la magnifique région de la Côte de granit rose. Elle est située dans un jardin magnifique et très tranquille. Nous recommandons sans hésitation la location de la maison. Alexandra est très accueillante et disponible.

Confortable maison au calme

La maison est très agréable, la vue mer de l'étage est très appréciable.Plages/GR accesibles à pieds facilement, la côte est superbe. La propriétaire est disponible et aux petits soins. Taille idéale pour notre famille de 5 personnes, par contre l'escalier en colimaçon plaira moins à des personnes âgées .Merci à cette petite maison de nous avoir abrité pendant la tempête Ciaran ! Les enfants comme les parents ont bien envie de revenir.

An entirely pleasant stay

The house is located 15 min by foot from the village center and 10 min from the bay (by foot). The footpath to the bay is somewhat steep but easily manageable. The landlords are one of the nicest folks we ever met. The house is perfectly equipped and the surrounding was absolutely calm during our two weeks stay (September 2023). Alexandra and her husband speak English very well. The only thing to note is that the upper floor with the bedrooms is connected by a spiral staircase which may be not suitable for guests with walking disabilities. The garden is wonderful and the guest area there separated by hedges from the rest of the grounds. We can highly recommend this accommodation for a wonderful stay at Perros-Guirec.

Maison très agréable et cosy bien située sur les hauteurs de Perros Guirec à proximité de la plage de Trestrignel. L'accueil des propriétaires a été très chaleureux. Un endroit idéal pour découvrir Perros-Guirec et ses environs. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et n'avons pas la moindre critique à formuler. A recommander sans réserve ....

Lovely cottage in a well situated location

We had a wonderful stay in Alexandra's cottage. It was clean and comfortable within a short walking distance of the beauitiful beaches and "centre ville". Great place for walkers along the Bretagne coast line. Alexandra communicated very well and gave us all the information we needed. Thanks !
