The best of convenience and mountain escape come together like few others at our clean & comfortable condo at the TOP of the Linderhof Mountain Resort in the heart of the White Mountains, truly a four seasons vacation resort area.
This two bedroom, two full bath condo is ideal for a family vacation or couples getaway with, hands down, one of the best views of Mt. Washington, year round.
A fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar with 5 seats, dining area, TV/DVD/VCR, 50" HDMI TV, free WiFi, laundry & 2 sliders opening to the patio, yard and grill all combine to provide you with all you need as a home base for a complete vacation getaway in the Mt. Washington Valley/North Conway area. You will be minutes from Storyland, The Red Parka Pub, the Jackson Loop and surrounded by Presidential Range hiking, golf, shopping and restaurants. Activities for all interests and ages. Your rental includes access to the Linderhof Country Club: Outdoor pool, tennis and par 3 golf all for a small fee for our guests. And for rainy days, the condo is well stocked with movies and games and TVs in both bedrooms.
Home to some of the best day hikes in the Northeast, the Presidential Range of the White Mountains can literally be studied from our patio. After deciding which peak to summit, drive as little as 5 minutes to a trail head. Pinkham Notch is only about 15-20 minutes away with trail heads to the Summit of Mt. Washington. Climb it, then head back to the condo and look across the valley at what you conquered.
Also close to Saco river swimming holes, fly fishing on the Ellis River, great waterfall hikes, and stellar trail/mountain biking and road biking throughout the Mt. Washington Valley.
Stop at Kringles at the base of the hill for essentials, a pizza at the end of the day, or breakfast before starting your adventure.
1.5 miles to StoryLand, 6 miles to Attitash, 8 miles to Cranmore Mountain Coaster, Giant Swing and Mountain Biking and the North Conway Recreational Trail, 10 miles to Great Glen Trails and Wildcat Disc Golf and Scenic Chairlift rides, 10 minutes to the Saco River for swimming, tubing and kayaking.
5-10 minutes from top area restaurants in Jackson and North Conway Villages.
Bretton Woods, Crawford Notch and The Mount Washington Resort & Spa are a scenic 35 minute drive.
For golf in a mountain setting, drive 10-15 minutes to some of the most beautiful public courses in New Hampshire: The Wentworth in Jackson, and the North Conway Country Club offer challenging and picturesque 18-hole courses, and the 9-hole Hale's Location Golf Course said to be “One of the most unique and singularly beautiful golf developments in the country” (Golf Magazine), is in North Conway. Bretton Woods is 35 minutes away with the renowned award-winning Donald Ross championship course at the Mt. Washington Resort.

Quiet Mountain View Oasis

This was a cozy, comfy, felt like home condo. It was quiet on the mountainside with a view to die for! The owners thought of so many things! The board games and VHS'! What memories! The little mirror for kids to brush their teeth, the first aid kit, a laundry room filled with household supplies, crayons, notepads. The decorations were thoughtful and interesting. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds (although I was a bit fearful!) Bath towels and beach towels, a highchair, plenty of fans, and de/humidifiers. I would have liked an AC unit in the kitchen b/c we cooked a lot. but the condo was cool through out the day, regardless. The first floor was great so the kids could run out and play. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the country club, because it was located down the hill and across the street. Not convenient with our little ones. The bathtubs for kids, showers with hot water. Clean, dusted, the entire kitchen was stocked with supplies. Our family truly enjoyed our annual family summer trip to Story Land and even made it to Santa's Village. Reasonably priced for the holiday week. Definitely worth the stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

June 2024 fishing trip

This was amazing. Ive stayed at a number of property in this area and this was easily the best.it was very clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Check in was a breeze and was even given a lot of leeway as far as time goes, same with checkout. I look forward to many more stays at this locstion.

Very nice 3 weeks stay. Owner is very responsive. Spent time in the Whites to do some hiking. View of the mountain range was beautiful. Nice quite place to stay.

Great White Mountain base

I was lucky enough to stay here for 34 days in September + to visit and hike the White Mountain experience. Caught some substantial leaf color. Centrally located and hence proximate to most of the interesting potential, the pleasantness of the condo made it a very enjoyable experience. Especially since it faced Mt Washington some 20 miles distant with a broad view of neighboring mountains and the often spectacular sunrises and sunsets. While I planned for a solo time, visits by various family members were accommodated well because of the set up. A small but fully equipped kitchen enabled easy meal preparation. The furniture was simple but very comfortable. The amenities were as advertised so I needed little more than groceries. And not least, the hostess was excellent and gracious with very prompt and helpful communications. I would highly recommend it as a base, small but excellent, for activities in the area. If I didn't have a number of other areas on my bucket list, I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Amazing home well stocked with an unbeatable view.

We were plesently surprised when we arrived at the cozy space. The bedrooms and beds are spacious and the ensuite bathroom is always a plus. There were hundreds of DVDs and VHS movies and a closet full of games. The kitchen was stocked with a lot of the essentials to cook with. All in all it had everything you need for a nice getaway in the mountains. The best part (for us anyway) was the view of Mount Washington. Sitting out back watching the weather roll over the mountain range with a cup of joe is one of the best ways you could possibly start the day, and end it. We would highly recommend, and hope to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic home in NH

I like to be detailed so the person considering this property can have their questions answered. To start, the check in process was smooth. The owners send you directions a week beforehand but are available at the time of check in via cell as well. We got in around midnight so they asked that we let them know we got in okay in the morning, which worked for us. There is nothing you will need coming here. The owners supply literally everything - body wash, shampoo, beach towels, linens, pots/pans/dishes, etc. The list goes on. We packed heavy but didn't need to. There is a washer/dryer there as well to use which helped a ton. While this is a condo, once inside you'd think you're in a cabin. The aesthetic was really well done. There are 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The ONLY negative I have about my entire stay was the firmness of the main bed. This is a personal preference, so it's nothing against the owners. But, I will say my husband loves firm mattresses and even he was hurting after the first day. This was easily fixed by using the futon mattress though and didn't affect our impression of the home, Again, completely personal preference. This is in a great location. To get to town it's about a 10 minute drive. It's close to Cog Railroad & Saco River tubing. There are ample eateries close by as well, but we made most our meals right in the condo. To end, I would stay here 100x over. This was our first VRBO experience and I can only hope they are all like this. So, if you're looking at this place, just hit rent now.

Great location and view of Mountains

Very nice weeks stay. Unit was well stocked with kitchen wares, linens, towels, firewood. Plenty of room for us. The location was great for hiking and cycling and trips into town. View of the mountains was outstanding. The unit is aged and tired. Needs to be updated, windows need to open and close. Deep cleaning of appliances is needed.

Great month in the Whites!

We really enjoyed our stay here over the past month. Sarah was quick to reply to all our questions. The condo was clean and stocked with anything you might need when we got there. There was also an unlimited supply of board games and movies. We had to work remotely for part of the trip and never had an issue with internet connectivity. The view of Mount Washington is incredible from the front yard! The condo was in a great location for our hiking adventures. It is only around 15 minutes to Pinkham Notch and 30 to Crawford Notch.

Great spot for a relaxing vacation

Beautiful spot for a base to explore the White Mountains. We enjoyed relaxing inside and outside with the incredible view of the White Mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and our hosts were very pleasant to deal with. We highly recommend.

Perfect stay for a relaxed getaway

This must be one of the best vacation rentals that I have stayed in US. The condo is beautiful and the view from the backyard is breathtaking (uninhibited views of Mount Washington!). Sarah is a wonderful host and very prompt with her replies. The house is so well maintained and neatly stocked up with board games and movies that there isn't a single moment when you could be bored. Even if you do end up getting bored, you could just sit and stare at the vast expanse from the backyard or just use the grill to cook up a nice meal. Both the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The condo is equipped with a functional washer and dryer also for use. I can't wait to come back in the winters for another relaxed weekend!

Fantastic getaway

The condo had everything we needed and I was confident in Sarah’s responsiveness should we have had any issues. We cooked and used the grill a few nights, watched movies and played games from the plentiful supply in the condo. A grocery store was nearby and it wasn’t a long drive to any of the activities we wanted to do. It was great for a relaxing week with my family which is exactly what we were looking for! Great place for a long weekend

We loved the location of this condo--super close to the only open restaurants (COVID closings) and close to some great mountain hikes. The condo was super cozy and had a fantastic view of the night sky (great comet viewing!) We were also so grateful that it was stocked with basics from shampoo and hand sanitizer to foil and plastic bags for hiking lunches. This was a great location with thoughtful hosts. Would definitely recommend!

Most amazing views in the Bartlett area!

This place was awesome! It was perfectly clean, and had a very comfortable feel to it. The fireplace, even in the summer, was enjoyable to use! But if the weather is nice, trust me, you will be spending all of your time at the home outside enjoying the most amazing mountain views! I've never seen Mt. Washington so up close in all my stays in that area! I highly recommend staying here!

Convenient location with great mountain views

Attractive condo with large open kitchen, dining, living room, 2 sliding doors to patio area and yard. Well stocked with kitchen necessities, games, DVDs, and VHS tapes. Master bedroom had plenty of space and was comfortable and attractively decorated. Other bedroom had full bottom bunk with twin on top. That was fine, but it had no place to store clothes. Closet in room was locked. (for storage?) and there was no bureau. It had a teeny, tiny TV. Master had larger TV which we never attempted to use. Living room had large, flatscreen TV which I could not figure out. Daughter managed to use it for DVD. We were busy and wouldn't have watched much, but it would have been nice to watch a little news/weather in morning. Convenient for Storyland. (Recommend purchasing tickets online and going from 3 - 6pm first day and full day on another day - do not have to be consecutive days.) Sunrise Shack 5 minutes away has great breakfasts and lunches. Red Fox restaurant also close (opposite direction) McGrath's also nice, serves a refreshing cocktail made with 3 olives grape vodka, fresh lime juice, and Sprite. Really good. Not far to North Conway, Saco River rafting, kayaking, etc. Close to Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, Diana's Baths. Jackson Falls is nice spot. Glen Ellis Falls. A bit of a drive to Kancamagus Highway. Indoor pool and hot tub closed. Daughter used gym. Never did see the playground. Checkout is at 11 AM and you are asked to bring trash to transfer station up the road, but it didn't open until noon. Perhaps checkout could be a little later to avoid the wait. All in all, this is a nice place to stay and we appreciated the supplies, games, large selection of videos and DVDs. I would stay here again. Adding a bureau in second bedroom and changing checkout time to a little later time given late opening of transfer station would be my suggestions.

Beautiful Condo in the white mountains

What a great stay! The condo was perfect for our family and we really enjoyed the beautiful views from the back porch. It is a perfect location to reach conway, mt. Washington or story land. Will absolutely be back again! The owner was very responsive and helpful regarding check in/check out process.

Beautiful view...........

We had a good experience renting the condo. Initially there was a problem with the cable tv but the owners worked with us to get the issue fixed in a timely manner. The condo was very nicely appointed and within close distance to all the attractions as well as to North Conway for shopping and restaurants. All in all it was a good experience.

We are an active family of four. We love to ski. Well, Sarah is the lone snowboarder - but she can certainly keep up with the rest of us. We also enjoy hiking, golfing, tennis, relaxing, watching movies, playing games and doing puzzles.
We are so happy we can do all these things here in the White Mountains, only a 2 hour drive from the border of southern NH.

Why they chose this property

We first started renting properties at the Linderhof when our boys were young for short summer getaways to StoryLand. When we decided to buy a property it made sense to look in the same area. Our motivation was skiing, what sold us the incredible view, and what has kept us there is the convenience to all the activities, the beauty in the area, and a love of the outdoors.

What makes this property unique

The view was the clincher. But the simple, open floor plan, the fieldstone fireplace, and the somewhat private feel made us realize this is a great condo to escape to when visiting the North Conway area. We truly feel like we are on a little vacation every time we visit. Yet, the condo is only minutes away from everything we need.
