Contemporary villa in a large Mediterranean-type landscape garden

Located in the Hérault region, between Montpellier and the Pic St.-Loup Mountain, between the Mediterranean and the Cévennes. Come and rest with your family or among friends in this property that is entirely dedicated to leisure and the pleasure of meeting and sharing good moments. This architect’s villa of 270 m² was entirely expanded and transformed in 2015. It hosts you in a green bower of 3000 m² with unobstructed view, in the absolute calmness and close to the picturesque village of Assas. Its subtle architectural outdoor design with traditional material and modern wood assures the perfect integration with the surrounding nature. Splendid location.

The interior of the house is contemporary, refined, and relaxing. The spacious rooms and the picture windows offer an exceptional brightness. In the 3000-m² field, there is a secure and private swimming pool with salt water in the heart of luxuriant flora. There is a pool house of 65 m² equipped with a bar and games (ping pong table etc.), as well as outdoor areas with garden furniture, deckchairs, and hammocks for moments of relaxation and conviviality. In the house, there are 6 bedrooms, 2 of which are master suites, 3 shower rooms, and a big living room. The master suite on the first floor offers an outstanding view to the nearby forest. The other bedrooms on the ground floor have direct access to the outdoor areas.

The villa is ideally located for leisure activities: you can go walking or play sports directly from the house at a walking distance or by bicycle: ideal for exploring the exceptional natural sites of the territory of Pic St.-Loup. All facilities are 5 minutes away; you stay two steps away from Pic Saint-Loup and 30 minutes away from the sea. The village of Assas is surrounded by typical Mediterranean nature (grapevines, scrubland, and pinewoods). Its charm, life quality, and character are recognised. Its architectural patrimony is rich and full of history: castles, medieval towers, Roman churches, and ‘circulades’ (traditional villages built in concentric circles). You can discover the wine estates of the territory of Pic St.-Loup, which offers you well-known gastronomic experiences.

agréable séjour

Agréable séjour dans cette vaste habitation tout-à-fait conforme au descriptif. Nous aurions aimé un peu plus de luminosité le soir pour profiter pleinement de la terrasse mais aucune véritable mauvaise surprise. Les points que nous avons particulièrement appréciés sont la piscine (suffisamment grande et bien entretenue), la pool house bien équipée pour les enfants, les petits conseils de promenade (pour notre part, nous avons appréciés la promenade à travers les vignes), le barbecue au gaz très pratique et enfin, l’espace intérieur et extérieur largement suffisant pour 5 adultes et trois enfants.

Wunderschönes grosszügiges Ferienhaus

Ruhig gelegen, im Grünen mit viel Schatten. Schöner Salzwasserpool mit Liegemöglichkeiten. Grosszügige Raumaufteilung und Küche. Diese ist aber etwas spärlich ausgestattet. Ansonsten alles tip top.

Splendide !

Nous venons de passer une superbe semaine dans cette magnifique et spacieuse villa. Tout est fait pour passer un merveilleux séjour : Belle piscine sécurisée, un bon barbecue, un pool house avec plusieurs jeux. La maison est également très bien équipée avec bibliothèques, jeux de société, etc ... L'environnement est beau, calme et reposant. Le propriétaire est disponible (même avant le séjour) et a pris le temps de nous présenter la maison. Le petit plus : de très belles sorties vélo ou course à pied à faire ! Allez-y les yeux fermés !!

Bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances en famille dans cette belle villa située dans un joli jardin, avec une agréable piscine. La maison est très bien équipée avec des équipements de qualité, un bon barbecue et de nombreux jeux dans le pool house pour s’occuper. Pour être parfait, il faudrait prévoir une climatisation dans plus de chambres et avoir des voisins fans de nettoyage, jardinage moins bruyants.

Le bonheur en vacances

Superbe villa, très bien équipée dans un cadre agréable et calme pour des vacances avec toute la famille. Tout a été prévu pour un séjour dans le confort et la découverte de cette belle région. Le propriétaire est très disponible et plein de bonnes intentions avec des idées de sorties, balades, restos à proximité et avec une marque d’attention appréciée à notre arrivée. Allez y les yeux fermés, vous ne regretterez pas!!!!

Superb

We had a relaxing 2 weeks in this beautiful house. The pool was a favourite throughout the stay, and the games room was an added bonus both for adults and children. We made great use of the BBQ and ate outside for every meal, made easy by the ample tables and chairs on the patio area. Although we were only a group of 10, the house would easily accommodate the 12 people it can sleep. The lounge area is spacious and has a large TV and comfortable seating. All the bedrooms were spacious and the towels and linen provided were very good as was the living area inside, kitchen/living room/dining. Martin was exceptionally helpful both on arrival and throughout the stay. All in all it was a lovely property and we would recommend staying, without hesitation. Thank you.

Une semaine inoubliable dans un cadre parfait !

De superbes vacances en famille (et une grande famille ;-) dans un cadre magnifique où les petits comme les grands ont pu disposer de tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer une semaine sans souci (chaise et lit pour bébé, piscine clôturée, sanitaires et nombre de chambres en suffisance, bibliothèque et jeux de société, cuisine ultra équipée, environnement calme et tranquille tout en étant à proximité de plus grandes villes et attractivités touristiques,...). Bref, tout est là pour que les vacances soient réussies ! A conseiller les yeux fermés !!

Une très belle maison !

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances très agréable. Entre la salon spacieux, la piscine, la salle de jeux, la cuisine très fonctionnelle, le barbecue, le beau temps, finalement une semaine à ne rien faire, ça passe très vite...

Zalige villa!

We hebben met 9 personen (3 volwassenen en 6 tieners) een fantastische week gehad in deze villa. Ruim (6 slaapkamers voor telkens 2 personen - 4 WC's - 3 badkamers), modern ingericht, rustig en residentieel gelegen in het mooie Assas, supermarkten op 5 km en amper 15 minuten van Montpellier. Het zwembad is groot en het poolhouse super voor de kinderen: darts, petanque-set, kicker- en pingpongtafel, toog en 2 Fatboy-zakken. Een echte aanrader! Ook de eigenaars zijn sympathiek en doen er alles aan om hun vakantiegangers een fijne vakantie te laten beleven. Wij houden er in elk geval mooie herinneringen aan over!

Nous voudrions garder cette adresse secrète...

Villa à la hauteur de nos "très exigeantes" espérances et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Magnifique séjour entre amis (3 couples et 4 enfants). Villa spacieuse, moderne, bien équipée, et aménagements superbes. Tout a été pensé pour se sentir comme chez soi. Les hamacs, la piscine, le pool House, la terrasse, les chambres et les sdb sont magnifiques. Bref, une bonne adresse. Un tout grand merci au propriétaire pour sa disponibilité de tous les instants. Nous aurions voulu garder cette adresse pour nous...
