Our two bedroom condominium is an inviting retreat on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Our condominium awards you the opportunity to sit or lounge on our private balcony to watch the dolphins' jump, parasailers, or the gorgeous sunsets of the Gulf of Mexico.

This condo is our second home and we invite you to use it as your own or share it with your family and friends. It is professionally decorated with comfortable and inviting furniture, and all the luxuries of home. You will find everything you need including a porta-crib and high chair. We have all the 'extras' necessary to make your stay as comfortable and well-equipped as your own home.

Our condo features two bedrooms with 2 KING size beds, each with a private bath. Bunk Beds are also in the condo and such a great feature.

We are located on the twentieth floor, with a breath-taking view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. We offer no charge high speed internet, so you can stay in touch with family and friends, and three high definition TV's and DVD's.

Only problem you will have is what to do? Championship golf, great restaurants, spectacular shopping, sport fishing, scuba diving, parasailing, and amusement parks ... or just lay on the beach or around one of the three pools with a great book. The resort features AQUA Kids Club, which offers supervised children's activities for the children four through twelve years old. Including treasure hunts and arts and crafts in the summer months.

Aqua is within walking distance PIER PARK which offers great dining, shopping, and entertainment destination; Pier Park. Aqua is located off Hwy 98 on Front Beach Road and is convenient to all the highways that lead from the Southeast to the Gulf of Mexico.

Great stay!

Thanks for a great stay. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The location can’t be beat. Having complimentary beach service was wonderful! The pools and deli are a great benefit as well. We will be staying here again!

Panama City Aqua Beach Resort

We had a wonderfull vacation at this location and the condo. There were a few minor issues with the condo, but the owner had them fixed in a timely manor. the owner was very good to deal with and would highly recommend the condo.

Vacation at the Aqua

We enjoyed our stay. The condo wasnt very clean. Bathrooms had hair all over the floors, i swept all up. The tables in living room had rings from glass or soda cans. Livingroom carpet and on couch had sunflower seeds. Dont like to give negative reviews . The condo was great, just cleaniest not good. Thank you.

We had really high expectations for this property. We have been coming to PCB for years and have always wanted to stay at Aqua. Aqua is nice, awesome location to pier park and restaurants, within walking distance.The elevators are very fast and getting in and out of the parking garage was easy. Nice pools and owner provided beach chairs which was a bonus. Check in and out was good. Good communication from owner as he did respond quickly to my messages. Upon arrival we noticed the condo wasnt as clean as it could have been. As the days went on we found muliple issues with the cleanliness of this unit that was very disappointing and frustrating since we all pay a cleaning fee! As previous guests had mentioned the dryer took a really long time but wasnt a huge deal for us. There was one kitchen towel and one kitchen washcloth provided, would have been nice to have a couple of each. Balcony furniture was just ok.

Softball Tourney

We were down there for a softball tourney. Condo is in the heart of everything! Traffic was a bit hectic and loud at times- but that’s expected staying right on the strip. Condo and beach was clean and well kept. Hosts replied quickly and gave us all of the info we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely property in Panama City Beach

Enjoyable stay in Panama City Beach - nice unit with a great oceanfront view. We enjoyed 4th of July fireworks from our balcony. The unit had plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Only hiccups: No power at all in the 2nd bedroom when we arrived; we notified the owner at 5:50p on July 3 but it wasn't repaired until July 5 - we didn't understand why the person cleaning the unit didn't notify the owner earlier -- an electrician probably could have fixed the problem before we arrived. We ended up staying in the unit for several hours the afternoon of July 5 because, although we gave permission for Aqua to let the repairman in, he had to come and go a few times to get repair parts - either he would have had to leave the door open or would have had to ask Aqua to let him in a number of times. We found it odd that all the lamps and clocks in the unit were unplugged when we arrived. Toilet paper wasn't great - wish we had brought a few rolls of Charmin from home. Overall, we would recommend this property.

Beautiful ocean view

The condo had a beautiful ocean view plus great amenities. We loved the pools, the beach chairs, and how close it was to the pier and pier Park. The table and chairs on the balcony was a big hit with us. Being able to sit there while having lunch or breakfast, and looking out at the ocean was the best part of our trip. We had great communication with the owners and will definitely stay there again.

Perfect condo for one month stay in PCB

We loved the condo and everything in it. The view was spectacular. Bed was extremely comfortable. Communication with Mark while on our stay was quick and helpful. Can't wait to comeback.

Excellent Condo! Deserves the 5 Star Rating!

Super Clean!! This was the first thing we noticed upon walking in to the unit. We stayed a month in February and it truly felt like home away from home. This unit is fully stocked with everything you need and many extras! And the owners are exceptional! I can't say enough good things about them! But if you need them, they will be there for you! Beautiful sunset views from the balcony or the comfort of the couch on cold evenings! Walking distance from Pier Park and great restaurants! We have been going to PCB for several years and always choose Aqua. No issues with elevators this trip! This unit deserves the 5 Star rating!!!

Our stay at Aqua #2005 Auggust17-22

The Condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The only problem we had was the dryer. Took 2 or 3 cycles to dry towels and clothes. Loved the view! The bedrooms took awhile to cool off. Had everything we needed in the condo! We would definitely stay here again. We have stayed at the Aqua the last 3 years. Love the location. Pier Park within a block of us. Great restaurants all around.. Great communication with owners! Would definitely recommend this Condo! Thank you for for a great vacation!

Great property with owners who clearly genuinely care about your experience

We've been staying at Aqua for over a decade, in several units across a few owners. One, we rented from directly for many, many years. This has been our favorite unit of them all. The owners clearly really care about their guests' experience and have gone out of their way to make sure that it's a pleasurable and convenient as possible.

The best yet!

We’ve stayed at so many condos in PCB over the years and this condo and unit was above our expectations. Everything was in tip top shape. Dryer needs some repair but after 2 cycles clothes were dry. Unit was a great size, all appliances in great condition. Bathrooms are large and so are bedrooms. Nicely decorated with a wonderful couch. Condo was very clean. Had to wait till 430 to check in but no biggie. Access to the beach was easy. All elevators moved quickly. Owners are great and you can tell they take pride in their condo. We will be back!

Almost perfect spot

Overall, this condo is great and we would 100% stay again (hence the 4 stars). However, here is why it was not 5 stars for us. 1. As mentioned by other recent guests, the dryer does not work well and requires multiple runs - especially for towels. 2. Upon final confirmation, we were informed that there is a $20 registration fee to use the garage. Not a huge deal, but I don't think there is any reference to this on the listing.
