Nice appartement nearby the sea. Perfect for surfing.

Biscarosse is a nice place to be. With many restaurants in the neighbourhood. You can walk, rent a bike nearby for cycling in the dunes. A perfect place for driving to other places like Pyla sur Mer.

Bel emplacement proche de l océan

Biscarrosse lieu de vacances de toute mon enfance et plus. L appartement est très bien fidèle à l annnonce, proche de la plage. Parfait à cette période l été cela doit être bruyant à mon avis.

Schönes Appartment mit Blick auf die Dünen

Sehr gute Lage. Strand und Restaurants sind in max. 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Surfschule ist direkt im Gebäude. Als Bewohner der Residence haben wir einen Rabatt für Surfkurs und Leihgebüren erhalten. In der Ferienwohnung war alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden.

Le calme,les pieds dans l'eau.

Surpris dès notre arrivée,par la situation de l'appartement à même pas 100 m de la mer,qui d'ailleurs est accessible sans se "brûler les pieds". La résidence est calme,de jour comme de nuit,l'appartement est conforme au descriptif,les commerces (boulangerie,épicerie),les restaurants sont à deux pas,et donc pas besoin de voiture (place de parking prévu) Très agréable également d'avoir une piscine dans la résidence. Vraiment enchantés de notre séjour,évidement trop court.Nous retenons ,et nous recommandons cet appartement.

Mitigé.

En dehors de la qualité de l'emplacement de la residence, l'Immeuble est mal isolé, on entend le voisin comme-ci ce dernier était dans notre salon. Aucune pression d'eau pour prendre sa douche, et si vous aviez le malheur d'utiliser en même temps l'eau de la cuisine, il ne sortait qu'un filet d'eau qui sortait du pommeau de douche avec des dépôts noirs de moisissures. Sans parler des problèmes récurrents de connexion quo saute à chaque fois. J'avais séjourné l'année dernière à la même période et paradoxalement cela s'était plutôt bien passé.

Schöne Wohnung sehr nahe am Meer

Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung, es war schon sehr eng, und leider ist der Balkontisch zu klein um auch draussen zu essen, für den Apéro hat es gut geklappt. Ansonsten war die Wohnung gut. Besonders gut war die Tiefgarage.

Schöne Wohnung 3 Minuten zum Strand

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung die wie in der Beschreibung in einer gepflegten Wohnanlage vor einer Düne 3 Gehminuten zum Atlantik liegt. Biscarosse ist ein sehr schöner Surferort der mit seinen kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants durchaus zum Bummeln und Verweilen einlädt. Die Vermieterin bzw. Verwalterin hatten uns die An und Abreise leicht gemacht, Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten hoffentlich längeren Urlaub. Vielen herzlichen Dank

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung in Fußnähe zum Strand

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und und modern eingerichtet, mit dem nötigen Komfort (Mikrowelle, DVD-Player, 2 Fernseher, DVDs, Brettspiele, Hochstuhl etc.). Den Balkon haben wir nicht genutzt, da er uns an Privatsphäre mangelte. Die Wohnung ist in einem Ferienwohnung-Komplex in der 3. Etage (mit Aufzug) und auf Urlaub am Strand ausgerichtet (es gibt einen Wasserschlauch im Eingang des Wohnkomplex, um den Sand loszuwerden). Es gibt auch einen von uns nicht genutzen Outdoor Pool im Haus. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Gemeinschafts-Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner (allerdings beide gegen Entgeld) sowie einen Raum mit Mülltonnen, der anscheinend täglich geleert wird. W-Lan ist gegen Gebühr bestellbar. Das Meer ist vom Balkon aus nicht sichtbar, was aber der dortigen Lage in Biscarosse entspricht. Dort sind fast alle Häuser hinter der Düne gebaut, dafür gibt es einen in 5 Minuten Gehweg erreichbaren fantastischen großzügigen und eben nicht zugebauten Strand (denn die Häuser sind ja hinter der Düne versteckt). Der Strand wurde während unseren Aufenthals streckenweise überwachtt. Die restlichen Stellen gehören eher den Surfern. Alle Geschäfte, Restaurants und Wassersport-Basen in Fußnähe der Wohnung erreichbar. Wer möchte, kann nach der Ankunft auf sein Auto verzichten. Es gibt aber auch einen, der Wohnung zugehörigen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage des Hauses. Fazit: Wer surfen möchte oder einfach nur die Seele am Strand baumeln lassen möchte, ist hier richtig. Verwalter und Besitzer sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Ich danke diesen für die schöne Zeit.

Sehr hübsche Wohnung! Äußerst gepflegt, hat alles, was man braucht!

Insgesamt prima Ort, um zu entspannen! Sehr kurze Wege zu allem! Einziger Nachteil: Nachts etwas laut, wenn das "Feiervolk" vom Strand oder der nahegelegenen Bar heimwärts zieht! Allerdings sind die Fenster wirklich schalldicht! Also einfach Fenster zu!

Bien situé

Appartement bien situé, joliment décoré mais la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous. Il est très petit pour accueillir 6 personnes (entre autres, il est impossible de prendre un repas à 6 sur le balcon). Nous avons été bien accueilli mais l'appartement n'était pas très propre ( vaisselle sale dans les placards, étagères des placards très poussiéreuses....). Nous vous déconseillons d'utiliser le matériel pour bébé, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d'avoir un lit parapluie dont le matelas était piqué de moisissures et qui avait un gros trou dans le filet du côté, la chaise haute quant à elle à bien vécu.... Le micro-onde fonctionnait mais ne chauffait pas, rien a été fait pour le réparer ou l'échanger durant notre séjour alors que nous en avons informé la propriétaire le lendemain de notre arrivée.

appartement propre et bien agencé .

Très bien accueillis à notre arrivée dans cet appartement récent et joliment décoré, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Manque cependant: -_ occultation des fenêtres des chambres _ des porte- manteaux dans la salle de bain . Ronronnement dans la chambre avec velux (sans doute à cause du vent) Les commerces sont à proximité et l'occasion de promenades sur le front de mer et la rue piétonne. la dune du pilat (ou pyla) n'est pas loin et offre une vue magnifique sur le bassin d'Arcachon. Le musée de l'hydravion nous a intéressé . les randonnées proposées sont faciles car elles sont en terrain plat et reposantes par leur calme.

excellent séjour

l'océanh l'hiver est un excellent moyen de se ressourcer. l'appartement se trouve en front de mer, et il nous a été trés agréable de faire des balades sur la plage. de plus l'appartement est vraiment appréciable. on s'y sent comme à la maison. la décoration et l'ameublement sont vraiment magnigique
