About this property

The apartment is a three-piece ground garden, ideally located in the residence since it is very near (40 meters) from the main pool 25 x 20 meters with a separate children's pool, all nestled heart of a pleasant oasis. You also parking right next to the apartment. The park of the residence is extremely pleasant, it has an area of about 22 hectares with three swimming pools and a tennis court. nature is beautiful; pomegranates, palm trees, bougainvillea of all colors, birds chirping. This place is perfect to energize and de-stress. You are also next to the golf Golf Palace Hotel Palmeraie, nightclubs and stage .. It there's many activities to do in the near vicinity.

Immediately on arrival you have access to your beautiful and large terrace of about 50 m2.

The apartment consists of a beautiful big enough and well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, etc.

Then comes a beautiful living room where there may be widely installed 4 people as there are three Moroccan sofas very comfortable, equipped with a nice flat screen TV LED LG 108 cm or 43 inches, and a DVD.

There is also a lovely bathroom in blue and beige traditional mosaic. with an American shower, bidet and toilet.

For sweet dreams, a beautiful master bedroom with a large bed 160 cm for two with lots of storage and another nice sized room for kids, teens or adults who want to sleep only with very large closets as well.

The living room and the second bedroom overlooks a second small terrace of sight where a table for lunch, and a machine to wash clothes.

The furniture is fine quality furniture ...

We advise you to be powered by a car or a scooter to move because the residence is set back from the center of Marrakech. This is what gives it its charm and that is appreciated because we both take about 20 minutes to go to the Jemaa el Fna square, and both we have the impression of being in a cozy cocoon of total zen tranquility and once we returned to the residence. It is an oasis ... One can perfectly well organize and do the shopping thing and stay at home to bathe, read, play tennis, walk for days .. everyone does as he wants it all depends on what 'we are looking for ! For those who wishes they can access on foot to an evening disco.

The place to be in Marrakech

The only negative thing was that the flat was difficult to find - especially at night in the dark. (But we have had this experience with many accommodations in Morocco) Otherwise everything was great: flat, furnishings, equipment, quiet location (you should have a car, then it's perfect), pool. We would love to come back! :-)

Petite semaine dans une oasis

Superbe jardin et piscine tellement appréciables pour se remettre du tumulte de Marrakech. L appartement est idéalement placé car à quelques mètres de la piscine et proche d une zone commerciale pour y faire les courses. Louer une voiture est indispensable. Les locataires de la résidence sont très charmants. Un big up à Nadia, la maîtresse de Foxy qui a accompagné nos sorties matinales autour de la piscine et aux jardiniers et aux gardiens de la résidence, chaleureux.

Pas le paradis

Très déçu de cet hébergement. Odeurs égouts moustiques cuisine d un autre temps 2 tabourets pour repas inconfortables logement pas lumineux et froid. Salle de bains mitigeur ne fonctionne pas robinet sur flexible pour ouvrir et fermer pas lumineuse ampoule grillée télévision mauvais fonctionnement et intervention d un technicien pendant au moins 2 heures.A notre arrivée bouteille de gaz vide. Une deuxième bouteille serait nécessaire. Location bien trop chère pour peu de confort. Nous ne reviendrons pas. Residence en décrépitude. M.Simon

Résidence agréable a 20 min du centre de Marrakech

L’appartement est bien situé pour se rendre facilement sur Marrakech. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables ainsi que le salon. L’équipement est correct. Le fait d’avoir un lave linge est top. Pour que tout soit parfait, une nouvelle poêle, une cafetière récente et un nombre de verres plus importants seraient un plus La résidence est un peu vieillissante même si elle paraît récente. Les jardins autour de l’appartement sont très bien entretenus. C’est très joli avec tous ces palmiers. La piscine principale est très grande et très agréable (manque de bol pour nous, sur les 2 semaines elle a été fermée à plusieurs reprises pour traiter et nettoyer) Les propriétaires répondent rapidement et l’agence qui gère aussi.

#Zaten er in februari. Gehele zwembad voor ons alleen :) #Mochten eerder inchecken en later uitchecken Ivm vluchttijden , super. #problemen worden direct opgelost ( we zaten zonder gas, werd direct actie op ingezet) #Keuken is niet echt schoon.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Marrakech.

La résidence est très agréable surtout pour un séjour familial. Appartement proche des piscines qui sont très grande et agréable. Une des piscine est pour enfant avec une faible profondeur mais assez grande. Chose surprenante il avait très peu de monde dans la résidence et donc dans les piscines. La résidence est bien entretenu avec des gardiens à l’entrée. Elle est propre et calme. Seul bémols sur l’environnement peu de commerce de proximité il faut retourner sur le centre de Marrakech ou à Marjane. Ainsi que la présence de moustique, vaut mieux s’équiper : prise antimoustique, bombe etc. Malgré les moustiquaires aux fenêtres les moustiques pénètrent les appartements. Concernant l’appartement: appartement agréable. Nous avons rencontré une difficulté pour le ménage mais l’agence a été très réactive j’en remercie d’ailleurs le responsable. L’appartement a un certain nombre d’année et on commence à le ressentir. Ex: frigo qui fait un bruit important par phase et cela peut arriver en pleine nuit. Malgré cela je recommande cette adresse. Nos filles ont adorés notre séjour et nous également.

Mooi huis in Palmeraie Marrakech

Leuk huis met 2 kamers en airco en goede horren zodat je geen last hebt van muggen. Zowel voor als achter een terras waar je lekker zit. Het zwembad is super! En het ritje naar de stad Marrakech is goed te doen. Een auto is wel fijn want anders is het wel ver naar de stad. Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad!
